We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed(except for scissors) :-) This was our third visit to your KOA and I am certain we will be returning at another time.

Friendly and fast check-in. Excellent staff all around. Grounds were clean and well kept. Did not use washrooms or showers. They state "big rig friendly" for the pull-throughs. It was a bit tight for our 38' motorhome. Site 35 was narrow but no issues with trees. The park does show some age but kids did't care and had a blast. Recommend switching to electric golf carts to reduce noise.

This is our second stay in this same DC1 cabin. May long weekend. Compared to our first year - the state of the cabin was very disappointing. It had not been cleaned after the previous guests departed on Friday morning and before we arrived on Friday afternoon. Had not even been swept nor had the bathroom been tended to. This is not what I expect from KOA and certainly not post COVID.

The campground is really nice, super family environment, my whole family enjoyed ! However the facilities are really dirty , specially the washrooms, every time that I had to use was completely dirty , wet including the shower always with a lot of hairs on the floor, they said that they cleaned once a day, but for is not enough! The pool was also pretty dirty. It’s my 2nd time , both time sameth

There was a few things that needed fixing (blinds, deer mice, dirty barbecue and mold on shower) to be fair they were all fixed right away except for the barbecue. Beautiful location.

Everything is older but well maintained EXCEPT The washrooms/showers; Dirty in the corners, spider rags & dustbunnies from multiple days. Limescale from months old on the faucets ans shower curtains. This really a no go!! The worst thing is : this is the case for several years when you look at the reviews. These people are not worth operating under your name. They had the chance to improve...

WE enjoyed adult only hot tub. Our site has the added patio area which was great! Great access to the bike path. Great playground for our grandson and a cute little dog park. Very clean

Very nice owners that take care of the campers. The activities are great for the kids, ice cream floats, pancake breakfasts, rocket launchers, and many more. This is a great location for the bike and walking paths along the 1000 islands parkways. Dog park and dog washing machine.

We specifically reserved our Thanksgiving Halloween stay based on the activities that were listed on the website and KOA brochure. We were disappointed to not see the haunted/zombie "room" but in general the family had a good last weekend camping. About noise, partying and the spa, the 10pm quiet time needs to be enforced every night, and the spa tuning into a Cuban pool bar is very unacceptable

There was a lot of noise way past the supposed quiet time, all nights. There was no intervention when the hot tub was taken over by rowdy people drinking alcohol, both in the afternoons and evenings. For people like ourselves, who enjoy the relaxed and inclusive FAMILY atmosphere KOA is known for, your campground let us down.

Facilities were run down: arcade games not working, the cabin's propane BBQ not working, hot tub was lukewarm. There was also a large group that came in at 11:30pm to stay in the cabin next to us and they did not respect the quiet hours, making it a poor sleep for us. Would not recommend.

Friendly staff, nice location, easy after hour check in but. Baathrooms quite old and open ddor with light on during the nights lead to many bugs and spiders in the facilities

Our stay was alright. The kampground has gone downhill over the last couple of years. In our Kabin there were several curtains/blinds missing/broken. We had to use a garbage bag for privacy. The mattress is warped and the material has started to crack/break. The shower had black mold growing up the glass doors. Our site had garbage all over the place- there was no effort to clean up.

Our first campsite # 37, should not rented out. Too small, dusty, & dangerous with the road so close! All of the other sites along the road are large. After we moved to site 127. It was fine, tight to back into though.

The campground was clean our lot was somewhat level , We drove from New Brunswick to see to experience their chocolate festival however to say we were Soli disappointed it was less than an hour long you stood in a line, chocolate from the dollar store nowhere near as advertised on their website, totally disappointment.

Nice woodland lot, nice and quiet and plenty of shade. Bathrooms were good and staff was friendly. The sinfully chocolate weekend was great with a free assortment of chocolate treats. Weather was perfect the whole weekend and I would definitely go back if I could get that site

Updated – 2026, Jun: This has become our family's favourite campground. All sites are extremely well levelled and groomed. The whole staff is always friendly and available to help. The activities for adults and kids are just enough, and the amenities are very well-maintained. Bottom line: We strongly recommend The Ivy Lea KOA Holiday. 2025, July: This is one of my top 3 KOA options in Ontario. The site was very well-groomed, from the gravel to the trees, with some brownie points to the fire pit closer to the usable area instead of far in the street. The kid's playground, the jumping pad, the heated pools (one with a small water slide – the kids go crazy at it), and the jacuzzi for (adults only) deserve a special shout-out.
