I’ve seen the campground in better shape. Large cabin our family usually books needs a refresh. Screens in windows were ripped. Sofa looking very rough. Hot tub all boarded up. Shower drain clogged with hair. Air conditioner having trouble working. We still had a good weekend with lots of swimming and campfire’s.

We enjoyed our stay very much, because of the clean, quiet and friendly atmosphere. Thank you We are hoping to stay again next year.

This was our first camping trip at a KOA, it was all that I expected. Coming from provincial park camping and going to full service camping worked out well. Privacy was good and the park was set up well for kids and pets. I would stay again.

Beautiful setting with deluxe cabin in woods. There were carpenter ants & smaller ants in the cabin which need to be dealt with . The outside deck & chairs could use a good power wash. Staff was friendly & helpful. We did enjoy our stay.

Lovely staff and clean campsites. Wood bought was wet and that was disappointing. However overall would highly recommend this KOA.

We felt that the washrooms could have been cleaner. There was a shower out of service and there was no hot water in the woman’s washroom sinks.

The amenities were wonderful! we meet up as a family every year at a KOA booking a deluxe cabin, this year we had the cabin for 7 people and it had everything you could need. There was a bit of confusion with linens as the website and the app were conflicting about what was included, but it was all sorted out. The grounds are beautiful with flower beds and well maintain landscaping at every site.

This was our first KOA experience and it did not disappoint! Great dog park… well enjoyed by our Pomeranian. Good shower facilities. I would have liked the pool and hot tub hours to be open into the evening but I expect once summer hits, the hours are expanded. Thank you!

This was our third stay in the cabins. Friendly staff. We were in DC4. R&R weekendThis cabin had mice problems reported by the previous guests. Arrival Friday night..mouse appears...sleepless night with him knawing. Reported problem Sat. am...traps set. Owners should have been upfront about this problem. There was no apology or compensation...said we would have had to complain more? Not impressed.

A great place for kids and dogs. Staff were super friendly. Prices in store were reasonable. We went for the sugar rush weekend and had an amazing time eating sweets and pancakes! The dog park was grassed instead of sand which I love as sand can get all through your camper.

Gone downhill. Price increases, service/amenities decreases. Staff need to supervise the pool area. The adults only signs are ignored. Tweens jumping in and out of hot tub. Tween boys running around the deck, playing a football type game between pools, knocking into small children, unapologetically hitting guests with their ball, jumping near swimmers, their parents doing nothing. We only stayed for 1 night and were not able to take advantage of all the amenities. But our site was clean and roomy and the welcome by staff was warm.

great staff but showers have the same cobwebs and dead bugs for a while, hot tub is not always hot and site prices are high.

Grounds were in terrible shape. Grass is overgrown. Weeds have taken over what was once garden beds. Dead trees are crooked and about to fall. Lots are ridiculously small (we had to put in our awning to have a fire. And it was less than 6feet from our trailer and 6 feet from the trailer in front of us. Pool area has tall weeds between every interlock stone. Store unstocked. See google for more.

A nice welcome from the staff, very quiet campground( was in May) he only stayed 2 nights I loved the place but lot #37 is not a good spot. We had no pet, but surrounded by dogs every dogs did their business on our tree. Why asking if we have pet? Nevertheless. Nice KOA !

Very happy to see the hot tub looking so clean! Sunday morning pancakes, juice and coffee were a nice treat, The picnic tables need a little TLC. We have stayed here for many years and the weekend activities are always appreciated when our grandchildren are with us!

Stay quite often no happy this time...the weed Wacker.. all day everday..brutal..driveway in full of pot holes ..not good for bikes...womans shower knob fell off on my foot.not a quiet getaway like other times..love this campground

Great place to stay. Bathrooms could have been cleaner. Also, we could not believe that they closed the hot tub at 6pm. We were out all day long wanted to enjoy the hot tub after dinner, but it was closed. Then we decided to try it in the morning, the sign said that it opens at 10am. We went there at 10:30 and they didn't even start opening it. Around 11:15 they told us it was ready.

We love this spot, but was disappointed that there are ticks ( we ended up with 3 ticks in our dog). We didn’t know about them until another camper warned us. There really needs to signs warning people.

I have stayed at this KOA now for 3 years and this year I was surprised to see how poorly the grounds were taken care of. I actually thought new owners took over, but that was not the case, we enjoyed our stay, and everyone is super friendly and this rating is only to share my thoughts on the grounds and general maintenance of the location. The pool is great, hot tub was hot. We will be back.

Every thing was just perfect the weather, the staff were very friendly and helpful, our grandkids had a wonderful time riding their bikes through the park . It was a great place to celebrate our granddaughter’s seventh birthday. Fist time in three years and no rain on celebration day. Hallelujah ����݃���

Updated – 2026, Jun: This has become our family's favourite campground. All sites are extremely well levelled and groomed. The whole staff is always friendly and available to help. The activities for adults and kids are just enough, and the amenities are very well-maintained. Bottom line: We strongly recommend The Ivy Lea KOA Holiday. 2025, July: This is one of my top 3 KOA options in Ontario. The site was very well-groomed, from the gravel to the trees, with some brownie points to the fire pit closer to the usable area instead of far in the street. The kid's playground, the jumping pad, the heated pools (one with a small water slide – the kids go crazy at it), and the jacuzzi for (adults only) deserve a special shout-out.
