Clean the shower....clean the bathroom....fix the campground up..... never going back and sharing to all campers we know.... awful

Extremely private site (woodland) with individual electrical hookup / potable water tap; lots of trees/shade, firepit, just overall a beautiful area. We loved the pools and hot tub, the kids loved the playgrounds (there was a cat!) and bouncy pillow. This was our first KOA experience, and we can now understand the premium cost. Was very quiet (midweek camping), no music, no yelling/partying.

Overall good. Great location. Liked that the cabin backed into the woods with some privacy, but connected to the other cabins. Amenities were good. The only negative is that the bathrooms needed to be cleaned more frequently.

Dog running around with no leash when there is little kids playing and the neighbors were so lowed we couldn't even hear each other We had booked for two nights but left after one

The campsite was well kept, for the money paid out to stay, the WiFi could have been better, even cell service was spotty and one might say that you are camping, with the many events occurring eg. Olympics, having a good Wifi would have made it easier to keep up with events, a lot of people now work from sites and expect that type of service. The sites were clean and all amenities were great.

As far as the trailer sight goes it was OK. The daily activities for the children has not changed for at least 10 years,it was boring as he'll! And forget the free internet, if you had managed to get connected it would show only the bottom line!!,then you would loose connection again!!!

Started off with people set up on our site and took forever to gather up their stuff and move. Then that night we had a big group of people up all night with their music blasting and singing. Second night was better but for the most part the experience was not how we imaged it. Oh, and the second day my daughter bike got a flat tire and had to push it all the way back

we were a group of 19 staying in cabins and camp sites we had a great time. loved the hot tub and the fact that it fit lots of people was awesome I think 12 of the group were in there together at one time.

Our family ( a group of 17) have been staying at your KOA for years. We rent many cabins (5)and several camp sites(3)at a time. We have always loved it. I wish I had known that the tent allowance rule had changed. Meaning a tent can now be put on a site with a trailer and also on site beside a cabin. We witnessed this in a few spots this year so that will be a big saving in the future.

We had a fantastic stay! The kids loved it. The arcade most games were out of order so that was a bit disappointing for the kids. The bathrooms could have been cleaner. Otherwise overall it was great and I would recommend!

Really great time, lots of activities and nice amenities. The activities would have been even better if you hired a young person who was a bit more outgoing and actually ran the activities or even said hi, this is what we’re doing, instead of just setting them out and then stepping aside and sitting in the golf cart. More engagement would be exciting. Other than that great time.

Emplacement: magnifique Activités pour les enfants: parfait Propreté du bloc sanitaire: très décevant, douches malpropres, plancher devrait être fait plus souvent dans la journée étant donné la proximité de la piscine. Station de déchets: poubelles inefficaces et envahit de ratons laveur. En 2024, il y a plein de possibilité pour avoir des stations de déchets plus adéquates.

The free wifi would not connect and if did connect the bandwidth was terrible Rogers cell service is not good at this location Other then that very nice place and staff was great

Had a great stay. Campsite is very clean and staff friendly. Read so many comments about bathrooms, they may be a bit outdated but were always clean during our stay. Biggest complaint from us were the raccoons, but I guess we are invading their space so they have more right to be there than us. They were obviously well fed but very bold and not afraid to come right up to us and share our fire.

The campsite across from us had a dog who continuously barked at everyone coming past. The Wiifi was not very good. Staff were very courteous and helpful ! Nice site . Good location .

Overall the stay was good however the restroom/showers could use an update. Realize that most people now have their own facilities in their RV’s but I do like to use the showers as mine is quite small. As well, did notice that there was not much going on for activities compared to other KOA stays. Enough to do with pool and playground/inflatable just didn’t see much for organized activitie

the kabin was a bit more rustic then we prepared for… we’ll know better next time. good location, nice dog park and trails . lots of parking available for boat and trailer.

little pricey. Maintenance staff needs to slow down golf-karts to keep the dust down. Short for longer pull thrus. No rule enforcement at Pools and hot tub to keep rowdy customer in line making. It's unpleasant for others. Arcade needs lots of help. Staff very friendly.

Good quick check in by new employee ( must have been trained by Jen ) and Min ( the owner) . Always a warm welcome , no wonder it’s our favourite spot .

Park was nice and they did a lot for kids but did not enforce the adults only hot tub. Golf carts were driven a little too quickly and bathrooms could use some updates but staff was very friendly.

the campsites - great in size - the table and chair set provided on the site were nice, except for the umbrella's on the tables - they were very dirty, ripped and should be removed or replaced. The pool - cloudy, dirty and low level of water. The garbage area - very unsanitary. the staff - friendly and knowledgable. bathroom and showers - dirty

This was our first stay at this KOA. Loved how it was set back from the highway, warm pools, wagon rides, lots to do and friendly staff. Wifi was non-existent and sites a bit small but we had a great time!

We booked our group in Feb after discussing with the manager the location of the cabins. We were told we would all be next to each other. We ending up having 3 cabins in a row, then a stranger, and one more cabin. The Deluxe cabin we booked was a walk away. We needed them to be close so that we could leave kids at night. I was also disappointed that the office, lounge and pool were not accessible

No assistance finding site or which way to approach site once found. Note said turn at pool. You can’t see the pool for bushes and fencing.Labelling it with a sign would have helped. Mallorytown has someone guide you in.Landscaping way over grown and messy.Wood purchased was wet and sizzling-not ideal to get afire going with a ton of smoke getting directed to other sites.Pos- nice kids working

Updated – 2026, Jun: This has become our family's favourite campground. All sites are extremely well levelled and groomed. The whole staff is always friendly and available to help. The activities for adults and kids are just enough, and the amenities are very well-maintained. Bottom line: We strongly recommend The Ivy Lea KOA Holiday. 2025, July: This is one of my top 3 KOA options in Ontario. The site was very well-groomed, from the gravel to the trees, with some brownie points to the fire pit closer to the usable area instead of far in the street. The kid's playground, the jumping pad, the heated pools (one with a small water slide – the kids go crazy at it), and the jacuzzi for (adults only) deserve a special shout-out.
