Everything was perfect. The personal is professional, attentive to our needs. The pool perfectly maintained. A nice dog free leach park. I would suggest that the toilets and showers be modernized but everything was clean and in perfect order

Amazing! Very nice location of cabin. Some minor comments would be that the shower leaks from the bottom, shower glass door has a slit where water seeps out. Toilet did not flush well. Beyond that it was a great stay. Love ivy lea koa!

Campground is not as well kept as expected for a KOA. Disappointed to see basic upgrades are not done. Pool side has pavi blocks that are loose and uneven. Shower door in cabin difficult to open. Mouse traps present on the floor and can be dangerous for pets. First time in 10 yrs, we saw a raccoon on our balcony (being fed regularly by one of the workers). Hope the owners consider these reviews.

Reception was very efficient and welcoming , normally I take full hook up but none were available since park was full so I got electric and water making it necessary to use park showers which were in need of an upgrade . Showers were not clean , shower heads were pathetic to say the least , spider webs everywhere. I was very disappointed . As for our site it was functional as described .

Nice location , I chose this (cabin) in place of a hotel and it worked out well for me. Will definitely consider KOA campgrounds in my future travels. Staff is friendly, efficient and all areas are clean and well kept.

Great site but what makes the difference here is the staff , we’ve been going here for several years and have met many of the staff but not all . Ones worthy of mention here are Jen , Fraser and Len . Alway helpful and a delight to encounter . I’d bet the rest are just as good but like any business …its the people that make it . Keep up the great work .

I am a regular at this location. This year was Not the best. I got the deluxe cabin & the cleanliness was not up to par. I could tell that they did not do much as there was hairs in the fridge and the bathroom. There was cigarettes under the outside table. It was lacking the elements that makes this deluxe cabin cost over 300$ per night. I will still go back next year. This is my favorite KOA.

Wonderful site especially for kids. I would have rated it 5star except Wifi was very weak and we were unable to get any stations on our TV. Clean, modern toilets and Showers. Enjoyed our pancake breakfast on Sunday. Although we are seniors we enjoyed watching the children there having a wonderful time with all the activities that was offered. The best location for enjoying the 1000 Islands!

First and last time I'll camp here. Entire campground and its facilities are in dire need of modernization as it is currently looking run down. The price for a nightly stay is over the top expensive and the site I was on is very tight (small) as is most of the sites. This particular KOA does not meet the standards one would expect from KOA.

Our family was circled by a group of racoons at night while we were around the campfire. Quite a startling situation. Apparently this happens often we were told by fellow campers.

Quiet spot. Staff were very nice. Tidy camp. Great location. Lost water service for a day but staff worked steady to restore service and site bathroom and shower was available so not a deal breaker... it is "camping after all! Wifi was a little slow but decent enough to stay in touch... again it is supposed to be "camping"!

Our rented cabin lost water. We paid for a cottage with water. No communication to the guest about what happened and what to do. We chose to leave a day early. No attempt by KOA to reimburse us.

I don’t know if there is new owners, but it has gone way downhill. We stayed in a cabin and the bathroom smelled of urine so bad that we had to keep the door shut, the A/C didn't work, and the couch/bed was so broken that you were sitting on the bars. The pool/hot tub was the only postive, but it closed at 6 or 5:45(whenever they felt like it, even if you were still in it) Not up to KOA standard

The place was absolutely beautiful and we arrived very late in the evening at 10:30 and were pleased that the information was all laid out for us as you had emailed we were very tired from a 9 Hour Dr. and when we went into the cabin it was very upsetting there were ants everywhere and bugs even on bed we sprayed the cabin and went outside for a little bit for the spray to clear out of the cabin

I requested to be close to the cabins and looked at the map and site 71 seemed ok. It was the tiniest, most awkward site have seen. Our trailer is 27’ and we had no room for our truck. Had to park perpendicular at the end of the site. Very cramped to have everyone at our place for two meals. The activities were fantastic. . The hot tub was hot but the jets were not working well. Liked not loved.

Beau camping, par contre, nous avons eu droit à des commentaires racistes à l’égard des Québécois. En jouant au baseball avec les enfants sur le grand terrain, nous nous sommes retrouvés, sans le savoir, en conflit avec une activité organisée par le camping. It was ok. For 350$ weekend my expectations where a little higher. The staff was very nice but the spot we had wasn’t necessarily worth 350$. It was noisy at night. Speed limit didn’t seem very controlled. Site was very small - difficult to park SUV along with trailer. Fire pit almost on the road. Management of field activities could have been better. A family playing baseball on the field had toy rockets launched right into their game without any warning. Tie dye table was unsupervised at one point: dye was flung around onto people’s clothes. Kids activities were otherwise lots of fun.

Sunday we were having a friendly baseball game (with several children), the campground decided to set off plastic rockets directly at us. Althought this was a planned event that we were not aware of, the civil thing to do for a campground that prones to be so family-friendly would have been to advise us so we could get out of the way. Multiple anti-Quebecois comments were also made. Disappointing

It is nice that your group felt so free to use the activity field most of the weekend. Everyone who checks in receives a detailed event itinerary that lists all scheduled activities and location. It is a good idea to check this so as to avoid frustration with others who respect rules and regulations

Rented a cabin and the mattresses are so thin you sleep on a plywood! Also I found the washrooms a little outdated and needing more cleaning!

Didn’t like the peak season pricing with off season activities. The activities that they had were good and the activity staff amazing, just not very many. Also the pool closing at 6 was hard to justify to the kids.

Check-in was quick and easy!! Cabin wasn't clean upon arrival-bathroom floor dirty, crumbs all over table, dog hair on floor, couch covered in crumbs. Fridge wasn't working, new one was delivered very quickly in a rainstorm! No events. Pool yard's a dump. Weeds everywhere even the sites. Sewage stink. Excessive chlorine ruins swim suits. Deflated bouncy pillow. "Off peak" events "on peak" prices.

I have to say that we were quite disappointed in our stay. We were there Aug 29 - Sept 2 and all the hours had been changed to fall hours! EVERYTHING closed at 6pm. We paid “peak season” prices but got “off season” amenities, which was completely unfair. We were kicked out of the pool every night even though it was crowded and the weather was hot.
