One of my preferred … but not this time. Staff is friendly but the site requires some maintenance. Adult hot pool had a ring, shower stall and bathroom had the smell of urine (even though it was supposed to just have been maintained - two employees were busy on their phones) and what’s up with the soap dispensers in the showers and the cheap soap? This camping used to be way better than this.

Love ivy lea koa been going for years with my family never disappoints. Activities for all ages , pools for all ages, surprise snacks everyday and movie with popcorn every evening

We stayed for 5 days over a weekend and the first part of the week. We were sad to see the washrooms so poorly cared for. They were dirty and not kept up. While they seemed to be recently renovated cleaning was lacking. Also we rented a cabin and even the cabin had not properly been cleaned. We were very disappointed in the care and attention to detail.

Many great things about the campground, but unfortunately the 2 bad things far outweigh the good. #1) Please STOP selling customers wet firewood. The smoke created by people trying to start a fire becomes unbearable and uncomfortable. Not pleasant at all. 2) Please spend some money updating the public washrooms. Showers are borderline deplorable. Everything else is really great.

We love KOA camping. So much activities for the kids to keep busy all weekend long. They do a great job at that. Although this campground is very due for some upgrades. No waterfall into adult hot tub, no splash pad either, both aren’t working. Kids park is very run down and weathered. Interlock around pool all coming up. Ground around jumping pillow uneven. Needs lots of maintenance for saf

look your KOA was recommended by my neighbor said they had lots of activities for kids and they had a great time with their grandkids. They have a nice little trailer and I can see why they like it. I on the other hand just have a tent and it was a bad go. I got the car stuck. I was blown away there was only one bathroom and it wasn't a good experience for me and my family.

We love staying here. We did find this years fee too high compared to other places when touring Canada. This year we found that the younger male evening desk staff was unhelpful and a bit standoffish. We do look forward to coming back again.

My stay was pleasant, should have looked at the map of your campsite before reserving. Too crowded, my lot was good size for being in the end. Most lots are small, no lake for dog's to swim. My daughter came with us and they wanted to take their dog swimming. Great place for families with kids.

sites are a little too tight for my liking. hot tub was the highlight although there was a few kids in it even though it's adult only. � the location of campground is great, near the river/bike path. wifi was absolute garbage.. I could not hook up our entire stay, even with my new phone.

The service was excellent but washroom and showers were so dirty and needed to be cleaned. it looks like they were not cleaned at all during our stay. Another comment is that we needed to walk more than 200 steps to go to the washroom. This is far. the sanitary block should be Closer from the tent area, I would suggest that you install one in the tent area.

Beautiful campground; the kids loved the pool, playground and jumping pillow. Kids looked forward to the activities each day. Sites were nice and spacious. We had a great week, despite the rain!

We really enjoyed our stay here, we got a week in the basic cabin and while we got rained out most of the time the visit was wonderful. We have stayed at 3 different KOAs and this one is by far our favorite. The staff are friendly, and helpful. The owner drive me to get gas as much truck was empty and I was stranded. Very kind if him

We were greeted and checked in by the charming Jen , always a pleasant encounter . Pleasant stay other than the rain one day but having said that , the crew have been keeping the grass well tended despite the fast growth . Heading back in a couple of weeks , can hardly wait . Our favourite camping place .

The staff is very professional and will go out of their way to accommodate you, making our stay a very pleasant one. This KOA is close to many fine restaurants, golf courses, bike trails and various other activities. We will be back.

The property is very run down. The road leading in had very large potholes and ruts. The bathrooms are filthy and toilets had same toilet paper stuck to them the entire time. Camping qui a surement déjà été tres beau. Manque d’entretien des infrastructures du camping. Enceinte de la piscine / spa en piteux etat. Ne pas se fier aux photos publicitaires. Bloc sanitaire malpropre. Matelas dans les cabines inconfortables. Micro onde/ réfrigérateur pas nettoyés avant notre arrivee. En revanche le grand spa pour adulte est tres bien et les cabines tres coquett

Tent Campsites are small, no privacy. Bathrooms are cleaned once a day and are dirty rest of the day. Pool was ok….

Sites flooded, lunch hot dogs were cooked on pool deck at 11:30, for about 15 minutes. This was off schedule. Hot tub very dirty, no reason wasn’t busy. We were there 4 nights and never saw a person cleaning pools. Weeds very long around pool deck, prickly weeds scratched my legs trying to get a ball. Washrooms very dirty, shower has no pressure, shower heads clogged with water damage.

I’ve been going to your location for 20 years with my two daughters…they are now 25 and 29…I feel however that things there have changed and not for the better! Bathrooms need attention and staff has gotten younger and less efficient.

We had an amazing time at this KOA, of all the ones we have been at this one was by far the best. Especially as we had our grandchildren with us. The activities planned for the kids were great. They enjoyed the play ground and pools and the jumping pillow was one of their favorite activities. The staff were very helpful and great with the kids. Thank you for making our stay great.

This was our first visit to a KOA. It was over priced for what it was. We stayed in a cabin. It was very clean, AC wasn't working and ants everywhere in the kitchen. The campsite overall was not well kept... vegetation overgrown, lopsided play structure, broken pieces on playground equipment, uneven bricks around pool. Our children did enjoy the activities. Overall, overpriced and underwhelming.

Well after some heavy rain, our lot was under ground water and across from us there was a large sewer backup that flooded lots of other lots. We left a day early because of the smell.

Shortly after arriving and setting up our tent trailer, a large group set up next to us with three big tents and two dogs. Their third tent was only a few feet away from our trailer. We have a baby, and chose a treed site to hopefully have some privacy and quiet, but that was not the case. We ended up packing up and moving after the baby would be asleep. The staff were helpful but this wasn't idea

Updated – 2026, Jun: This has become our family's favourite campground. All sites are extremely well levelled and groomed. The whole staff is always friendly and available to help. The activities for adults and kids are just enough, and the amenities are very well-maintained. Bottom line: We strongly recommend The Ivy Lea KOA Holiday. 2025, July: This is one of my top 3 KOA options in Ontario. The site was very well-groomed, from the gravel to the trees, with some brownie points to the fire pit closer to the usable area instead of far in the street. The kid's playground, the jumping pad, the heated pools (one with a small water slide – the kids go crazy at it), and the jacuzzi for (adults only) deserve a special shout-out.
