We very much enjoyed our stay and intend to come back eventually. the only bothersome point is that there were ants chewing the wood inside cabin C2 and we were hearing them all night

We were so happy to see the improvements at the campground, and it is evident that everyone is working hard to make sure the flowers, park, pool and hot tub are great. The store staff were very welcoming and friendly. If there is one thing I might change...it would be the hot tub temperature. Usually we can stay in easily for the full amount of time, but after 10 minutes It was too much.

Had a really great stay from June 7 to June 10, 2026. The location close to Gananoque, and only 45 minutes to Kingston was perfect for exploring what the area has to offer. The heated pool and hottub were amazing - we were just sad that we didn't use it til our last night. We hadn't realized that the pool would be so warm. The only annoying thing was the UTV driving around - noisy & dusty.

Our Kids love the KOA in Ivey lea, we come back year after year, we rent the cabins every year and we noticed that the BBQ are new and super easy to start, looks like new swings and sand in the playground, the place looks great and I like that they are replacing older stuff it makes me confident in returning.

We like the park for its location (between Gan & Brockville) and the sites and facilities in the park as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful in the few encounters we had. They were there when needed.

Last minute decision and the people were WONDERFUL. We have been to various campsites and have NEVER seen such care being taken for the property. Never have we seen property taken so carefully, even to see a GARDENER out watering the property trimming the bushes and cleaning up. We arrived to smiles and comfort.

This has become our family’s favourite campground. All sites are extremely well levelled and groomed. The whole staff is always friendly and available to help. The activities for adults and kids are just enough, and the amenities are very well-maintained. Bottom line: We strongly recommend The Ivy Lea KOA Holiday.

The new to us owner is doing a good job cleaning up the sites. However some upkeep on repainting the fences and area around the pool and the cabin is long overdue. We haven’t been to the park in twelve years and those areas don’t look like they have been touched. I would also mention that there are a number of dead trees that should be removed before they fall on any of the rv's in the park.

Very neat and clean spacious park setting, lots of trees and woods with well kept open grass meadows. Staff are amazing friendly and efficient. Pools and hot tub immaculate, big kids park and bouncy pad. Pancake breakfast was delicious! Highly recommend this park.

Our stay was excellent, the only change I might suggest is either warming up the kids hot tub/pool or allowing the kids to use the regular hot tub when no other adults present/objecting. The kids pool was significantly cooler than the main pool. Also, no splash pad as advertised, but not a deal breaker for us. Staff were amazing.

Mostly nice. Why do the washer take US money and the dryers take Canadian. This caused a lot of confusion for your staff.

From the moment we arrived, everything was a breeze! The scheduled activities for the kids was a nice surprise, they LOVED the foam machine. Bathrooms were clean. Playground well kept. Already told friends and family members they HAVE to book a trip. Just wish the crystal mining bags were significantly cheaper.

Appreciate the new water bowl in the dog park the painted showers. I know the hot tub was updated but the temperature never reached a100 degrees and no one knew how to use the new system

We really enjoyed the cabin that we stayed in. It was far better equipped than we thought and were very pleased with it. All the staff that we met were courteous and helpful. We will definitely come back.

Upgrades to the campground, new pool insert, trimming an cleaning of sites great, garbage pickup, cleaning of fire pits, Drainage of water from sites fixed, new gravel and new grass seeding on sites and common areas, more activities now with the new owner, packed halloween weekend and Thanksgiving turkey weekend. Electrical sites upgrade with new fuses and plugs, what more can i say

Like any biz , it’s about the staff. Shawn , the new owner has made multiple improvements and will continue to do so plus he’s always on site and available . The office staff , Val , Tyler and the lovely young blonde woman are always helpful and efficient. Yard and maintenance staff are always working hard and the senior maintenance chap even stopped by the sites to thank and invite us back !

This is our favourite weekend of the entire camping season!!!! The weather is perfect, the leaves are beautiful and the events are so much fun! The kids love that they’re still able to swim, as the pool is heated. The staff are so wonderful. Highly recommend!!!

Bottom line: We strongly recommend The Ivy Lea KOA Holiday. 2025, July: This is one of my top 3 KOA options in Ontario. The site was very well-groomed, from the gravel to the trees, with some brownie points to the fire pit closer to the usable area instead of far in the street. The kid's playground, the jumping pad, the heated pools (one with a small water slide – the kids go crazy at it), and the jacuzzi for (adults only) deserve a special shout-out.
