The owner was so disgustingly rude to me and my 2 young boys. Amenities were only open for small portions of the day, with no exceptions. As a young mom I loved the basic kamping Kabin. I camped Maine to California. I rented one in Honesdale for grandchild trip. MISTAKE! I was given a musty, smelly, hulk of a shed. Clearly not used in ages. A health risk, probably a fire trap. After 4 hours in the car! What to do? I had no option but to upgrade to a more expensive unit. Got 10% discount, but believe upgrade should be free.

We stayed in a cabin. It was very clean & cozy. The mattresses were very uncomfortable & this was a reason we left a night early. 2 nights of tough sleeping was enough. The loft is actually very small as well & definitely doesn’t sleep 2.

I always have a wonderful stay! Great staff, the owners are always so polite and helpful. The only feedback I have is to add an AC in the one bedroom upstairs of the barn. Everything was truly a blessing. Thank you Tim and Debbie!!

We enjoyed our stay. The cabin was nice and comfortable. Some over the door or wall hooks to hang clothing on would be helpful.

Honesdale was an interesting little town with lots of murals and it felt like a trip back in time. The interesting architecture and small town feeling were everywhere. It's also close to scenic Lake Wallenpaupack and Tobyhanna Lake. There are a variety of places to eat and stay.

First time in Poconos, and first KOA, spacious lots with pool, trees, spot for fire, free mini golf, greeted with a Parker to help you backing into your spot, pet friendly, we were greeted with popcorn, swimming holes were close by also close to town
