The actual camp site was okay. The issue at had was when we arrived to check in. Someone was in our spot like they had double booked it. We got put in a different area and had to move the next day. This all being with having booked reservations.

Beautiful views, kept very clean. Also, had several bathrooms. We had 5 RV’s, 15 people and we found it’s very important to have bathrooms and showers separate. We stayed at another KOA (Seward)only had one separate bathroom. The rest had showers and were hard to get into. Staff here were very friendly and helpful. I would always recommend this KOA park.

Becky was a delight. The electrify went out during the night which happens. Our site backed onto the road separated by bushes. Some road noise. The campground is separated from the town of Homer. Quiet but close enough to enjoy the town.

48$ to park my car one night, I found it pretty expensive for a shower and hot water to vlean my dises! I paid 20 in Anchorage.

Both the ladies at the front counter were so pleasant and helpful. This was our first time at a KOA and we were so impressed! The property was well taken care of and clean. Campground host was very friendly. It was a nice change from staying on the Spit, where we normally camp. We would definitely stay here again!

We had many nice conversations with Lois. She helped us get all set up and was such a sweet person. When your a long ways from home its nice to be around nice people. We had the luxury of seeing the "Supermoon" arise through the mountains then watched the rays as they reflected across the ocean. Amongst many amazing views at this campground! Extremely impressed with your place!!

Very nice camp ground.clean and located nicely on top of the bluff.great views. A wonderful place. The owners and staff are very nice very helpful and they know the area with things to do.where to eat. The camp needs a new camp host. He gets a little over barring at times..it’s a great resort.

My Husband and I enjoyed the stay at this campground. We think the best part of the stay was having the fenced pet area. However, we think the pet area could be bigger. There looks to be enough room to expand the pet area.

Only one night stay, not much there. All the action is at Homer Spit. Saw an eagle in a tree.

These ladies were amazing. They all worked very hard to accommodate our stay and to get us full hookups, during their busy season and we did not have a reservation. What a fabulous Staff! Pleasant, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I’ve been to a lot of KOA’s this one is very special, well kept grounds and a very at home feeling.

The facilities were clean and well maintained which I would expect for the higher fees at KOA. I also feel that that the units are too close together.

I had made a reservation and I was put 10 feet away from the camp toilet and I had to park forward in my site so I could open my slide, not ideal and not worth the price, good by!

It was the worse! The bathrooms and showers were dirty. Road construction was happening from 7:00PM to 7:00AM so we could barely get sleep. The water/well went dry so you could not wash your hands when you used the restroom, take a shower, use any water, wash clothes... I understand this was out of your control but you could have provided bottled water and supply hand sanitizer! The worse!

we stayed two night, great views quiet and respectful neighbors. The showers were clean and never busy. i’ve stayed in campgrounds all over from florida to alaska and in between this place was great.

As overseas booking, staff were ever so helpful to ensure booking process was complete and well done, on arrival they were most helpful and informative, when I had international telephone issues, they obligingly managed my problems Many thanks for all your help

We paid for a patio site. When we arrived, the previous person had not left even though it was 1 hr 45 minutes after checkout. The site next door was empty, but they would not change my site. Instead, they suggested that we pressure the person to leave. Not impressed that they made this our problem. Also, people were constantly using our site, park needs to label that it's not public use

We booked reservations w/friends mths in advance. We were unaware that this was not a possibility until we arrived. Disappointing as we had to cx fishing plans & dinner logistics were hard. Attendance did ask if the kids could sleep all in one trailer, kids would have to wake up at 0100 to get them back to their parents. Our location was too noisy, we were @ entrance. Both of us left early.

Great location. Beautiful views. We had an issue with our slide. Lois in the office was great at finding another spot for us in case we had to stay. Wayne the campground host was very knowledgeable with out issue and he found a way with help of others to do a temp fix. Thank you!

We were greeted with incredible views the minute we pulled into the campground! We originally had wanted to book a site at Heritage campground on the spit, but they were full so my boyfriend booked here. I am SO glad he did! We had such a wonderful experience here. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The campground and facilities were always clean (they have a big laundry room, 4 separate shower rooms, additional restrooms, and a dish washing station). The site we had (#12) was a back-in patio site and was overlooking the bluffs and had incredible views. Our trailer is 34ft and we had plenty of room at the site, including space to park the truck next to our trailer. The site had a clean grill provided, BBQ tools, propane tank, a firepit, and a table with 4 very comfortable chairs. We had full hookups at this site too. We stayed for 4 nights but could have easily stayed much longer. I had to work the last day we were there and the wifi was strong and reliable. I'm a light sleeper...so was very grateful this campground was very quiet. If you want to party and get loud...this isn't the campground for you. But if you're looking for a clean, quiet, beautiful camping experience...this is the one! We will 100% be back!

Great place to camp. We stayed for a week. Still early campground wasn't open for the year yet but they let us stay at a discount. Great owners.
