The facilities were clean and well maintained which I would expect for the higher fees at KOA. I also feel that that the units are too close together.

I had made a reservation and I was put 10 feet away from the camp toilet and I had to park forward in my site so I could open my slide, not ideal and not worth the price, good by!

It was the worse! The bathrooms and showers were dirty. Road construction was happening from 7:00PM to 7:00AM so we could barely get sleep. The water/well went dry so you could not wash your hands when you used the restroom, take a shower, use any water, wash clothes... I understand this was out of your control but you could have provided bottled water and supply hand sanitizer! The worse!

we stayed two night, great views quiet and respectful neighbors. The showers were clean and never busy. i’ve stayed in campgrounds all over from florida to alaska and in between this place was great.

As overseas booking, staff were ever so helpful to ensure booking process was complete and well done, on arrival they were most helpful and informative, when I had international telephone issues, they obligingly managed my problems Many thanks for all your help

We paid for a patio site. When we arrived, the previous person had not left even though it was 1 hr 45 minutes after checkout. The site next door was empty, but they would not change my site. Instead, they suggested that we pressure the person to leave. Not impressed that they made this our problem. Also, people were constantly using our site, park needs to label that it's not public use

Very accommodating and helpful staff, clean bathrooms. & showers. Everything in campground is nicely organized and clean. One of the “TOP” KOA’s we’ve ever stayed at. Excellent ! Excellent ! Excellent !

Love Homer Baycrest KOA. We stay there every summer. The staff is super. Friendly and accommodating.

We booked reservations w/friends mths in advance. We were unaware that this was not a possibility until we arrived. Disappointing as we had to cx fishing plans & dinner logistics were hard. Attendance did ask if the kids could sleep all in one trailer, kids would have to wake up at 0100 to get them back to their parents. Our location was too noisy, we were @ entrance. Both of us left early.

Great location. Beautiful views. We had an issue with our slide. Lois in the office was great at finding another spot for us in case we had to stay. Wayne the campground host was very knowledgeable with out issue and he found a way with help of others to do a temp fix. Thank you!

We had very loud neighbors well beyond the 10:00 pm quiet time, we were on site 55, Sunday AM around 1:00 AM I finally was tired of waiting for management to confront them, so I had a heated exchange with them myself. This was my only complaint and suggest better monitoring of this in the future.

This is a nice camp overlooking bay. We stayed 8 nights using this is our base. Park was clean, we had pull through with full hookups. Did use laundry. Was not a fan of the setup being in with unisex showers and restroom. Not a large enough area to accommodate that much activity. Other than that it was a good place to be for a longer timeframe.

This KOA has incredible views of Kachemak Bay. It's a great location, with easy access to town and the spit. Everything was in working order and clean, although our site was wildly unlevel front to back. There's a gas station, propane, and a delicious diner on site that are so convenient. Note: This campground does NOT observe quiet hours. Be ready for noise well past 1am thanks to midnight sun.

Very nice RV spots, fantastic views from some of the spots. The people that work there and own it are so accommodating, nice and friendly. We stayed in Homer longer than expected and they found us a spot every night we needed, even through the 4th of July weekend. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it highly.

The spots were too tight when the grounds were packed, it left very little room to maneuver. Angling the spots would have helped this. I noticed they were angled for other areas in the park for this reason. That said we made do and had a lovely time. - Thank you

first time to Homer, the campground views were amazing. Did not realize we would have a 15 minute drive to the Spit when booking, but the staff was great, amenities were very clean, and all of our neighbors on a jam-packed holiday weekend were very nice. Highly recommend!

We stayed for 3 days late June 2023. Nice campground with a great view from the cliff, very well run, everything was very clean - bathrooms, showers, laundry room and the grounds. Far superior then the most of the Spit.

The customer service was great and very helpful. I enjoyed this nice clean environment overlooking Kachemak Bay. Most importantly, all the other customers were very friendly and helpful. I will visit again in the near future.

Homer/Baycrest KOA is hands-down the best KOA we have ever stayed. If you have a trailer with a big window, spend the extra and book a patio site on the bluff. Site #9 has the best view but all of the sites on the bluff are fantastic! We stayed at the end of May through the beginning of June. Watching the bald eagles fly past our camper and over the bluff was amazing! A few eagles were only a few feet away from the camper! Watching the sunrises and sunsets on the mountains across Kachemak Bay was breathtaking. The campsite is a short drive to Homer and the Spit but far enough away to get away from the noise. We did not use the facilities, so I cannot say anything about the restrooms or laundry. Wi-Fi was okay. Finally, every staff member we encountered was kind and friendly. Every single one. The next time we come to Alaska, Site #9 at the Homer/Baycrest KOA will be one of our stops.

Very clean koa with the right amenities. Great location for those not wanting to busy tourist feel of Homer or the spit. Wind is also low because its location. Spots are a bit tight together. 13-15 are the best locations with an amazing view. You get the most space and with full hookups too.
