We had a nice stay in Homer at the KOA. The staff were friendly and the facility was clean and well-organized. We rented a cabin which was clean and comfortable and very roomy. And had enough electrical outlets that everyone was happy with charging their electronics. Also great views!!

Had a family reunion and we had tents, camper sites, cabins and it was all great! The staff was really friendly and helpful and it was just a great place to stay! Everything was clean, lots of things for the kids to do - we will be heading back!!

Stayed in one of the cabins. It was clean, well equipped and tastefully furnished. Only complaint was that the water in the shower was not hot enough!

This was a nice place to stay. Staff was friendly. My only complaint is the spacing for the yurt site. The yurt itself is cute and cozy. However, the RV site next to it is so close that we could just fit our vehicle next to the other campers vehicle and they had to re-adjust how they were set up outside because we were pretty much on top of each other. I felt like we were invading their space.

The views are beautiful, and the other campers were polite and quiet. The yurt is adorable and even has a heater and electricity. The bathrooms are a bit old with some mold on the sides, but the water is hot. They have a camp host for any after hours needs.

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay in the Yurt. The service was great and facilities were clean. The only negative for me was the lack of community center, games, food to purchase or microwave available to use. I guess not all KOAs are different, I would stay continue to use your KOA next time I'm in Homer, AK. Thank you.

We reserved a private cabin for a family of four. The cabin was very well equipped with dishes, pots, pans and necessary utensils. The queen bed was very comfortable as were the bunks. The cabin was very clean and cozy! The cabin also had a gas fire pit and a gas grill for cooking. We will be back next year :)

The location was beautiful..........although the refrigerator in our room was frozen and was cooling. I HAD TO DEFROST IT not the employees.........ME which took over an hour to break out the ice. This should have been done once the previous clients left, which I was told they were there for 1 week. That should've told them to check the freezer area of the refrigerator.

Very cozy cabin. Though I would recommend the cleaners turn the heater on when they leave. It took a long time to get warm, but once it did, it stayed warm for the whole night.

The cabin was fantastic. The only complaint is that the TV didn't work and the shower was really difficult to figure out how to get hot water. Other than that it was fantastic!

I booked last minute, hoping for a tent space to lay my head as it was July 4th weekend and EVERYTHING was booked. Instead, I was able to score the last yurt they have available. It turned out to be the best surprise stay ever. The bed was so incredibly comfortable, the unit was clean, had a heater, and was just so cozy! The nearby bathrooms were so clean and nice, too! Can’t wait to go back!

The cabin was in very good shape and the bathroom was clean. The only item of note was that in a cabin with 8 beds there were only 2 chairs with the table. We used the bed and a cooler to make up the rest of the seating when we needed to be inside. However, there was a pick nick table outside.

Stayed in the Yurt and it was very clean and comfortable. The heater was a welcome furnishing. Check in was quick, efficient and friendly. Campground and facilities were clean. I would recommend ear plugs for light sleepers. There is a highway maintenance facility across the road. There were times when the back up alarms beeping, engines idling and general noise was disruptive.

We stayed in a cabin and it was clean, cute, and more equipped than expected. Wish we stayed longer to make use of the fire pit and deck. Appreciated that there is a dog run on the property. Great views. Will be back!

The cabin we stayed in was very clean, spacious and comfy. It had a beautiful view of the ocean and it was quiet during nighttime hours. The check in process was super easy and finding our cabin was even easier.

The view was awesome, gorgeous and just relaxing. Wayne, the campground host was great. He responded fast to any concerns my family had. We will certainly stay here again.

Stayed two nights in the yurt! So cute and comfortable. I could stay there a long time. Hosts were great, shower was a welcome bonus! Pair of bald eagles living on site! Incredible!

The Homer/Baycrest KOA had a very welcoming staff and fantastic views of the Cook Inlet and the surrounding mountains. The kids enjoyed the playgrounds and we were very close to everything we wanted to do in Homer.

We were greeted with incredible views the minute we pulled into the campground! We originally had wanted to book a site at Heritage campground on the spit, but they were full so my boyfriend booked here. I am SO glad he did! We had such a wonderful experience here. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The campground and facilities were always clean (they have a big laundry room, 4 separate shower rooms, additional restrooms, and a dish washing station). The site we had (#12) was a back-in patio site and was overlooking the bluffs and had incredible views. Our trailer is 34ft and we had plenty of room at the site, including space to park the truck next to our trailer. The site had a clean grill provided, BBQ tools, propane tank, a firepit, and a table with 4 very comfortable chairs. We had full hookups at this site too. We stayed for 4 nights but could have easily stayed much longer. I had to work the last day we were there and the wifi was strong and reliable. I'm a light sleeper...so was very grateful this campground was very quiet. If you want to party and get loud...this isn't the campground for you. But if you're looking for a clean, quiet, beautiful camping experience...this is the one! We will 100% be back!
