We didn't like the first site given and asked if we could change. Were then put in a much nicer site but had to move over one spot for our second night. Not a problem as we have a small motorhome and had to disconnect to go out anyway. RV park has good showers and nice laundry room and was much quieter and less windy than it would have been out on the Spit!

Power went on and off the whole time (not in the whole area, just our site) and water pressure kept going off and on as well. Camp host and site manager were not helpful.

This was supposed to be the highlight campground of our trip to Alaska, but it turned out to be the lowlight. I booked on koa.com in December and it showed a beautiful view of the bay. We were so excited to have a great camping experience. I booked far in advance to make sure we got the view. We checked in excitedly expecting the site with a view. We stay at Homer KOA every time we go to Homer to fish. Great views, quiet, clean, friendly staff. The best!

Excellent view of the water. Clean park. Room for my 5th wheel & truck in my space. Great host = Wayne. Far enough away from town to be out of the hustle but close enough to town for convenience. Bald eagles.

Nice scenic views. Mostly back-in spaces that are somewhat difficult in which to maneuver with bigger rigs. Somewhat pricey.

The actual camp site was okay. The issue at had was when we arrived to check in. Someone was in our spot like they had double booked it. We got put in a different area and had to move the next day. This all being with having booked reservations.

Beautiful views, kept very clean. Also, had several bathrooms. We had 5 RV’s, 15 people and we found it’s very important to have bathrooms and showers separate. We stayed at another KOA (Seward)only had one separate bathroom. The rest had showers and were hard to get into. Staff here were very friendly and helpful. I would always recommend this KOA park.

Becky was a delight. The electrify went out during the night which happens. Our site backed onto the road separated by bushes. Some road noise. The campground is separated from the town of Homer. Quiet but close enough to enjoy the town.

48$ to park my car one night, I found it pretty expensive for a shower and hot water to vlean my dises! I paid 20 in Anchorage.

Both the ladies at the front counter were so pleasant and helpful. This was our first time at a KOA and we were so impressed! The property was well taken care of and clean. Campground host was very friendly. It was a nice change from staying on the Spit, where we normally camp. We would definitely stay here again!

We had many nice conversations with Lois. She helped us get all set up and was such a sweet person. When your a long ways from home its nice to be around nice people. We had the luxury of seeing the "Supermoon" arise through the mountains then watched the rays as they reflected across the ocean. Amongst many amazing views at this campground! Extremely impressed with your place!!

Very nice camp ground.clean and located nicely on top of the bluff.great views. A wonderful place. The owners and staff are very nice very helpful and they know the area with things to do.where to eat. The camp needs a new camp host. He gets a little over barring at times..it’s a great resort.

Staff is always friendly, park is pretty quiet and clean. Only negative, our very large family spent nearly $1,700 for our stay and because payment was required in full, over the phone due to arrival time, the KOA did not honor the Alaska resident discount, because payment was already processed. This policy should be reconsidered.

My Husband and I enjoyed the stay at this campground. We think the best part of the stay was having the fenced pet area. However, we think the pet area could be bigger. There looks to be enough room to expand the pet area.

Only one night stay, not much there. All the action is at Homer Spit. Saw an eagle in a tree.

These ladies were amazing. They all worked very hard to accommodate our stay and to get us full hookups, during their busy season and we did not have a reservation. What a fabulous Staff! Pleasant, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I’ve been to a lot of KOA’s this one is very special, well kept grounds and a very at home feeling.

The facilities were clean and well maintained which I would expect for the higher fees at KOA. I also feel that that the units are too close together.

We stay at KOA's often and appreciate them. However Homer KOA exceeded expectations more than any other KOA in USA that we have been to. Check in went great and the woman warned us there could be road noice due to construction and if it bothered us she said we could move ourselves wherever we felt would be quieter. Even if the spot cost more . We stayed as it wasn't that bad. The laundry and shower facilities were so very nice and clean. The views were gorgeous and even though they planned to turn off the water for the winter, they kept the water on for us. We highly recommend this campground!

We were there for 3 nights in mid September, the end of their season. Super nice camp ground with a beautiful view. Being a KOA they cost a little more, but well worth the money. Each site has a nice level pad, electric, water, sewage, fire ring, patio with table, chairs & and gas grill. Very clean showers and laundry facilities. The showers had heated floors. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Camp hosts were cordial and had lots of information. Homer shuts down after Memorial weekend but this spot still allows reservations during off season. Big brand new bath house with heated floors and laundry. The cabin we booked for my Dad was super cute and clean. Came stocked with a Keurig and pods and a tiny refrigerator. A convection hot plate and all the fixings to cook if you needed to. Camp sites were clean, no dog poop!
