Staff was great. From what I understand they received a significant amount of their annual rainfall the day before we arrived. The campground wasn’t designed for that much rain. Probably because it doesn’t happen often. They worked with us to get a safe site for our 1 night. I’m probably going to be there again when it’s hot and dry.

Stay was 1 night, we have stayed here before when traveling. All was good, first spot was too short, but given a new longer space as we were not disconnecting. We were wondering if they needed to have the water tested though as immediately after we showered our good silver jewelry immediately tarnished. Never had a problem with tarnishing before and hope it cleans up. Staff was polite.

We checked into a wonderful patio site to use as our base to explore Petrified Forest National Park. Each evening we returned to our full hookup site for a BBQ dinner and a campfire. An added bonus was the dark sky nights for stargazing. We would definitely stay here again.

Very clean RV park. Big Rig friendly. Nice large, level spots, easy in/out. Offer breakfast & dinner for sale at little cookhouse, great food.

We were disappointed. We continue to find KOA Journey campgrounds wanting to charge for their “patio” sites. Ours was dirty…cigarette butts and bottle caps and a disorganized mess. Unfortunately, we did not feel we had a choice of where to stay in order to go to the Petrified Forest National Park. We come to Arizona every winter. I will make sure that we plan our trip to avoid Holbrook.

we spent 3 nights .... site we were assigned was small and no privacy or space between trailers. Cleanliness of washrooms and grounds were good. OK for a short stay.

Everything about this park was very positive. It is beautiful and well taken care of. The owner had set up a kiosk where he cooked dinner and breakfast for a reasonable fee. We felt at home and will look forward to returning some time soon!

Site was not the one we booked and was definitely not 75 ft long. Also cable didn't work very good (snowy) site was clean

The WiFi did not work. The staff was polite about it, but said they were installing a new system and it was not working. We had paid for a "premium" site which included an enclosed patio and grill. That was fine, but we did not consider the expensive rate worth it, especially since the WiFi was not functional.

Even though we arrived at closing time, the hostess made sure to welcome us and was so kind. She went way beyond her job to make sure we got a spot and checked in. I'm so sorry for making her work overtime.

I got a Kia so I could take a shower and use a bathroom and get ready to shower and couldn’t use women restroom to door was locked and then finally got into men’s restrooms and no hot water!����Ϫ. What a waste of money. I could have got. Cheap motel for less

I made reservations for a pull through for a Monday night. When I drove to site I would have had to disconnect. They charged me extra for another site. They said I would get cable. Ours did not work. Wi-Fi did not work at all. Dog park had no grass.. $71 is way to much to charge for a night here!

the arrival was peaceful. but the internet didn't work at any time. the playground was different from the photos. The next day I needed to wash clothes but I didn't have 25 cent coins. I waited until 8:30 and no one showed up at the office. honestly, the worst service of all the KOAs I've ever stayed at.

We always stay here as it is exactly halfway to our destination from New Mexico to Arizona. It is always enjoyable!

This looks was simply a big gravel pit with hook ups in it. Not your usual koa. I don’t believe it was worth the 70+ dollars to stay a night. The people were very nice and the rest rooms were clean.

OVER-PRICED!! You’re in a gravel parking lot-no grass Wifi non-existent. Cable snowy. I visited the front with my concerns. Camille was rude and could care less. I went to the office the second day bc we had no water now and still no wifi. Jordan (who refused to give me her name) told me a pipe burst-lol. KOA uses this excuse often. Then walked away. Miranda was the RUDEST! Never stay here!!!!

Perfect location for visiting the Petrified Forest NP and local gift shops. Spacious sights, everything worked. (Didn't use the WiFi, have Starlink.

We tent camped here for one night while on a longer roadtrip, overall pretty decent KOA. We really liked the tent campsite we booked with privacy fences. Only downside for us was we were told the site had running hot and cold water in the little kitchen area within the site but the water wasn't running or set up so we had to go use the other sink by the bathrooms, no big deal overall though. If you plan to set up a tent on the tent pads filled with rocks be prepared to not be able to stake it down due to the rocks only being about 2 inches deep with solid ground under it, we set up in the wind so that wasn't ideal but we just weighed the tent down inside with our duffle bags. Bathrooms were nice and clean. Location is near the highway and right behind a McDonalds so you'll hear some noise at night.
