Staff was rude and unresponsive. Completely unhelpful in my request for an early arrival. Rather then just decline my repeated requests the choose to ignore them. When I finally spoke to someone at the campground, they responded with "check-out is at 11am." The campground is 20 miles away from the Petrified Forest National Park, so not entirely convenient.

Very friendly staff. Very helpful and informative of everything local. We ran into a problem with our Jeep and they helped get us back on the road.

The campground was nice. the bathrooms were clean. The ice was reasonably priced. My only complaint was the water pressure. It was bad in the showers and bad at the campsite.

As always Holbrook facilities are clean and neat. Staff is friendly, and cowboy cook out is great.

I loved the Private Patio site! A little pricey but I would stay again. Great way to unwind at the end of a long day driving!

Great park, friendly staff. Only complaint was our Paw Pet sites poop garbage was full on arrival. The pen was clean, but definitely a full can of dog waste was not pleasant to be near.

We stayed in an XL site and it was very nice and level with some shade from trees. The Cowboy Cafe was great as well. Would recommend this campground and we plan to come back.

Staff set the bar. Every staff person we encountered was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The grounds are well groomed and clean. Will be staying here agin.

The Cowboy cookout was very good and ideal for us as we had no transportation for dinner that night. Great Job!

We liked the dog run, but other than that, you don’t appear to be very dog friendly. We would have liked to stay and eat our meal at the cowboy breakfast, but had to take our food back to our rig.

Nice campground and staff. The fact that they offer Breakfast & Dinner (for an additional cost) was an added surprise that we very much appreciated.

We enjoyed several things about the Holbrook camp. The spaces were very nice with patio furniture. We really enjoyed the chuckwagon dinner and breakfast.

Site 106. Just gravel and a picnic table…. Site was long enough so did not unhook toad. Price was too high for an overnight campground. Spent 20.00 less for 1 night at a KOA resort in April.

They were very accommodating. I was having trouble with my new to me RV and I needed a place to stay for the night and have the tow truck come. they were all very understanding and help me in anyway they could.

After two weeks of camping travel, coming into the Holbrook KOA was like an oasis of calm and rest. It was quiet and very well apportioned. The showers and bathrooms were clean and very nice. It was sweet to hear children playing in the playground. We enjoyed our stay very much and visited the Painted Desert and Petrified Forest the next day after breakfast at a nearby restaurant. Thank you.

Clean and organized. The pull-thru spots are very easy to get in to. They have a convenient dog walk area and a dog park to play fetch. Playground is nice for the kids. The highlight is the breakfast. We fed a family of 5 for $26 and the food was very good. We would come back just for the breakfast.

If you're planning on going to the Petrified Forest, this KOA is definitely the place to be. If they stick you at the south side of the RV park, there's very few trees and no shade and while they have some wind breaks... the sites are super exposed to the wind. Also, pretty close to I-40 so if are sensitive to truck noise... worth knowing when you check in and request a different spot. The little Chuckwagon was a really nice touch for breakfast and dinner! Being able to get some hot food after a long day of traveling. The lady at the front desk, however, was odd. It was kind of like talking to a statue with no response. Thankfully the rest of the park staff were pretty nice. Overall, 4 out of 5.

Great place to stay. Hotels are overrated. KOA's have clean & comfortable cabins.
