I've stayed at Holbrook many times. It's a convenient overnight stop off if I-40. On 18 September I arrived at 7 minutes before 11 a.m. in order to check in I was told I had to pay a $10 fee. I elected to park and wait. It's a shame that you can't be recognized as a good, regular customer. I had driven from New Mexico and the time zones are different.

We arrived without a reservation for a quick overnight stay on our way home to Kingman. We paid for a full hookup site and was assigned to space 95. After unhooking our truck and setting up the RV we found out the cable TV didn't work. Come to find out they put us in one of the 4 spots without cable! The park had many open spaces, why did they put us in one with no TV? Stupid! Won't be back!

The park was very clean and the staff was pleasant and helpful. Our dogs loved their personal dog run at our site too!

Clean. Nice staff. Site was great for our 40ft towing a jeep.Pool was refreshing! We will be back next year.

Stayed 2 nights. Easy to get in and out of. Wish I would have tried the breakfast but I saw a lot of people walking over to get breakfast.

Arrived and space had no sewer. Office said I had to pay $10 more and I was too tired to argue. Internet didn’t work either. Go inspect it, whole place is substandard and run down. Compare price and amenities with tonight’s stay, wonder Lust in Weatherford ok. $65 vs $40 in ok

No Wi-Fi as advertised. Staff couldn’t help. They didn’t know how to contact personal for help or even who to call. At least that’s what they told me.

The park is nice and offered all the amenities you want when traveling. The wifi was pretty much non-existent unless you were right next to the main building which made working one of the days we were there very difficult since cell service was spotty as well.

Everything was clean, organized, safe. The staff were efficient and welcoming. We enjoyed the pancake breakfast too!

Easy in and out... except for one tree that rubbed on our roof. They need to be trimmed up a little more.

Only issue was we were out in site 85 which is covered by trees so no dish satellite. Advised the office next morning on checkout day. She said they were also full. We liked the cowboy restaurant. Great breakfast.

We checked in early, about 12:30pm and site was already open and desk clerk was very helpful. The restrooms were very clean and we spent two nights. We were with another couple and wanted a fire pit and the fire pit was delivered to our site immediately. I always feel safe in KOA campgrounds and will continue to stay there.

Been staying twice a year for 6 years. Lots of improvements. Office staff very friendly, professional, helpful. I'll see you next year.

The Wi-Fi was spotty at best. “If” it connected, it took a long time to load or never load. The park was fine if you don’t need Wi-Fi to plan the next leg of your journey.

Nice campground. Easy in and out. Staff was very friendly at check-in. Wifi was in and out. All TV channels were very snowy. It could have been our connection. We didn't ask for assistance. Did not utilize any restrooms or laundry. Pet area (grass) was some distance from our site. Mostly gravel. Visited The Petrified Forest after setting up for the night. Great one night stay for us.

Site clean and staff friendly. Only problem I see is the dog run is tiny. If you have any dog larger then 10lbs or so they can’t get exercise at this campground.

This KOA is located right next to a very busy freeway. The big truck go by all day and night. I have a soft sided camper and it was VERY noisy. The rest room lock on the women’s side was broken which made me a bit fearful. It was nice that there was a dinner and breakfast offered for a price but I didn’t use either.

So,many great changes since we stayed here two years ago. $3.99 unlimited pancakes a plus plus! Great dog walking loop around the campground.

Site was plenty large enough for our Super C towing 20 ft trailer. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Had a delicious hamburger with fixins at their Chuck Wagon Dinner and all you can eat huge pancake breakfast the next morning. I would recommend staying at this KOA.

We had a very pleasant 2 day stay on our trip to Colorado Springs. Both the dinner and breakfast was superb! The second night we went to Burger King and that was a huge disappointment compared the burger at KOA. The cable TV was great as well. The only minor complaint was the Internet was a bit sloooow. We plan on stopping again on our way home next week!

My spot was so narrow we had to park kinda of sideways to be able to get the slide out. Picnic table was really bad with vinyl very weak. The staff was really good and helpful was very pleased with them.

This has always been one of our normal stops when traveling. It changed hands since our last stay. The new owners have expanded the campground with more cabins and sites. The interior roads are all good and the sites are level. No problems with the power or water. The is some highway noise but that is normal for easy on/off campgrounds.

Perfect location for visiting the Petrified Forest NP and local gift shops. Spacious sights, everything worked. (Didn't use the WiFi, have Starlink.

We tent camped here for one night while on a longer roadtrip, overall pretty decent KOA. We really liked the tent campsite we booked with privacy fences. Only downside for us was we were told the site had running hot and cold water in the little kitchen area within the site but the water wasn't running or set up so we had to go use the other sink by the bathrooms, no big deal overall though. If you plan to set up a tent on the tent pads filled with rocks be prepared to not be able to stake it down due to the rocks only being about 2 inches deep with solid ground under it, we set up in the wind so that wasn't ideal but we just weighed the tent down inside with our duffle bags. Bathrooms were nice and clean. Location is near the highway and right behind a McDonalds so you'll hear some noise at night.
