Campsites were clean, bathrooms clean, nice little gift shop and pretty close to Hocking Hills and the state park. Morning staff not to friendly. Evening staff extremely friendly!

Our stay was great! We had beautiful weather. Our tent sites were in the back so we felt like had a lot of space and not surrounded by RVs. WiFi worked well. Our kids enjoyed the heated pool and gem mining activities as well as the hiking trails nearby at Ash Cave and Cedar Falls.

Paula was so welcoming with us coming to check in late afternoon into the evening. She even called to see what time we'd arrive to make sure everything was set up. She was very thorough with all amenities that this KOA offered. Would definitely stay here again if in the area!

We really enjoyed our stay. All KOA employee we met was extremely welcoming & helpful. Everything was very clean & exceptionally well maintained. Although we had a great time the tent site we received was on a pretty steep hill with many roots sticking out of the ground. My children and myself fell many times as well as had issues sleeping do to the incline. That is my only “issue” with our st

We were VERY satisfied with our visit, the reception staff was phenomenal, the facilities were amazing, and our campsite was secluded and perfect for my son and I. The part that ruined our stay was the rude KOA worker who kept driving by to ensure we would not stay past checkout time. At 1152 he parked at our site and just rudely glared and intimidated us. We left our site at 1156 hrs.

Thanks for sharing. We're sorry to hear that your departure left such a negative impression & impacted your overall experience so much after a great stay. Staff have a narrow window to get sites prepared for the next arrival but we will discuss better ways to stage for sites that need cleaned.

We are unsure what you feel sucked about your stay - we wish you would have provided more useful feedback so that we have an opportunity to make improvements. We went above in assisting you on your first camping trip. I attempted to contact you via phone/email unsuccessfully.

The only thing I don’t like is where both bathrooms are located. I think you need one in the back of the campground.

Staff was pretty nice. Fudge was great. Campsites are close to each other. I don’t like the fire pits. Bathrooms are far from the tent sites. Bathrooms needed attention. Very gross. The pool was nice but I wish it stayed open longer.

A bathroom near the back of the campground would be an amazing improvement, but i am not complaining about getting my steps in from walking from the back tent spots up to the bathrooms.

Nice campground, no change machine in the 24 hour laundry. Tent area too far from showers and bathroom. Everyone friendly

We had a wonderful primitive camp site and enjoyed our stay. The employees were all friendly. Bathrooms needed tended to but overall campground was clean and well kept. Rough road to get there but worth it. Would definitely stay there again.

We had an absolute blast! It's a very well kept up site. Modern bathroom amenities, a pool, gem mining for the kids, food/ wood/ ice delivered to your camp site.... they've thought of it all. The people were so friendly there too! We'd definitely go back!

This campground offers a peaceful and serene experience in the heart of Hocking Hills. The care and attention of the staff to the grounds, facilities and their guests are second to none. The heated pool with thar view was just icing on the cake!

We enjoyed our stay loved that wood could be delivered for us! Kids loved the gem mine. Just wish by the back tenting area was an area for toilet

We have stayed several years at the same location. Love the site and the atmosphere. The staff is helpful and friendly. However, the included activities like movies, pudding slide, etc. have diminished. The last few years we've smelled marijuana which was extremely disappointing but isn't necessarily the fault of campground . Bathrooms and pool always clean. Thanks for a great time!

Great location and nice sites! Didn’t love the placement of our site but the amenities and helpfulness of the staff made up for it

We camped in a tent on a well-prepared tent site. After a long trip, we appreciated the hot pizza and wings made in the camp and delivered to our site. There was a covered picnic area with grill available. We also liked the unisex toilet/showers allowing a family to be together.

The only complaint I have is how expensive everything was on site ; example: it cost us $5 to do 1 load of laundry. Other than that; we had a great time (even though it rained every single day) :). The staff was super attentive and friendly.

Staff was great, camp ground facilities was good, but are tent sight was so un level that my family and I never got a good nights rest the whole 4 days we were there.

We stayed 2 nights in an electric tent site. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable, though was on a slight grade (incline). The incline was not so bad as to be bothersome though. We just propped the head of our mattress up and barely noticed it. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Needed lots of leveling blocks. Excellent location for visiting all the Hocking Hills attractions. Campsites were nicely spaced. Nice dog park. Latrines were always clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent wi fi

I cannot recommend this campground highly enough. The staff was extremely helpful, the bathrooms were always spotless, the campsites very well maintained. Over all this facility is a 5 star.

We had a great experience at this KOA! Was very easy check in and out also very friendly. Staff went above and beyond for us as we ended up having issues with our truck on the day we were suppose to leave and staff came to our rescue to help get it towed and fixed in the same day also let us stay until it was all taken care of with no extra charge! We will definitely be back with this campsite and its wonderful views and staff!!! Thank you all so much we appreciate all the kindness and help
