This campground was a great place to stay in Hocking Hills area when we visited in fall. Near everything on our list of things to do. Spacious sites, friendly staff and many special amenities.

This was our sixth year to stay at the Hocking Hills KOA. We always have a wonderful time. The staff is so accommodating. Don’t give up trying to get Pattor Rd fixed!

Patio sites are uneven, rocky and picnic table was charred. Water was not good at all. Overall, nice for a short weekend trip but pricey compared to other places we have stayed.

Stay was good but I felt like the price will keep me from staying there again as we were fully self contained and didn't need water or electric.

Although the facilities were nice, the washed out roads were bad for walking and driving. The main road coming into the campground was unbelievably awful.

Loved the kampground! Friendly staff, exceptionally clean bath/shower room! My only issue is not with the KOA, but the drive leading up to the KOA. It’s owned by the city and is in desperate need of repair. It was treacherous, so go 5 miles an hour on it! I definitely recommend this KOA!!

The camp is well maintained, staff are friendly and helpful. The campsites are situated in ways that provide a sense of privacy even when the camp is nearly full.

We love the location in the Hocking Hills. The KOA is in a great location in relationship to the State Parks. The KOA property and structures are well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. The camp store has what one needs. We stayed in the Outdoorsman cabin which was clean and comfortable. It was missing a couple of items when we arrived, but the staff quickly provided the items.

need to widen& improve entrance road, difficult if meeting another rv second time ive been their also need cell hot spot in areas of campground .Niice full hook up pull through's and great accommodation at sites concrete and all

Hard to keep the Internet going at night. The road going up to the camp site was awful, and most of all, the water was horrible even to smell.

Been staying here in October for about 20 years. Nice people and convenient. Can never get the cable TV hook up to work.

The deluxe cabin was adorable, cozy, clean, and had more amenities in the kitchen than we expected. The bunk beds were perfect for the kiddo. We'd love to come back

Our site smelled like sewer the whole time. Compared to other KOA’s we have stayed at, this was not one of our favorites.

Our cabin was clean, the bathrooms were clean and well maintained, the grounds and amenities were all great. Will definitely be back!

I came the last 4years during October to experience Halloween with family. This year the had a flyer on the board for Halloween activities but did not go through with them. There was no date on the flyer it just said Saturday. I felt tricked and my family was disappointed. You call and no one answers the phone. The Hunt Pizza counter was closed early because there was no one to work it. Sad.

Staff was okay- not super friendly. Cabin was spacious, but VERY, VERY dusty. The bunks didn’t have any linens and the other bed was very loud and not comfortable. We ended up leaving a day early because of the dust and the bed situation.

Very friendly and respectful team members. Our house was fantastic. The only thing I would point out is the very bumpy driveway up to the camp ground.

We visit this campground every October and have always enjoyed our stays. The friendly staff, clean facilities, and well-maintained campsites kept us coming back. This year, with the change in management, we noticed a difference. The staff seemed less welcoming, and the bathrooms could have used more attention. We hope to see the campground return to the standards we’ve come to appreciate.

They seemed really short staffed. The staff I did see were friendly. The hot water in the cabin smelled like rotten eggs. There was no lighter to light the gas cooktop and the bed was very creaky and not that comfortable. I was not impressed.

Great location. Very pretty campground. Lots of trees, a bit off the main road. Nice people too. Our cabin had a few issues. The sliding door separating the bathroom from the bed was way off track which led to some awkward moments. Hot water heater either very small or it just kept conking out. Either way we had some cold showers. Told front office about the lack of hot water and nothing was done.

Very disappointed that they no longer do multiple Halloween weekends throughout October. I feel like I was charged a premium to stay during a weekend where Halloween activities were expected when comparing what I spent to the rates charged for any other weekend. The roads were also littered with large rocks and multiple areas around the cabin the ground had eroded away causing walking hazards.

Nice park. A bit away from things which is good n bad. Nice people, nice amenities. The internal roads are tight and hilly. The entrance road is NOT rv friendly, very bumpy.

Very nice campground, nice and clean bathroom facilities, just wish they had one closer to the back of campground, even a portapotty for us older folks. The drive in is challenging, its a county road so koa doesnt control that. Staff all very nice and accommodating. Convenient to all hiking.

We checked in Friday, but our cabin code didn’t work at 9:30pm. No one answered the after-hours number despite multiple calls and messages, so we had to sleep in our car in the cold with our 3 young kids. We couldn’t access the cabin until 10:30am, losing time and plans. The code was never set for our cabin. Advertised activities like gem mining and the scavenger hunt were also unavailable.

The road into the park is kind of ruff. The park is very nice. The facilities were very nice, clean, and well maintained. Our stay was in October very peaceful. We will be back.

Place is nice but check in hours are unclear. They make it seem like we couldn't check in after 9pm, but we arrived and had no problem coming in. Ground was a little uneven at our campsite, but we still slept comfortably. Compound is conveniently place near many great sites and area hikes
