The bed was terrible and the window air unit was very loud and kicked on and off all through the night. We loved our cabin, and the campground was very well maintained. I did leave something in the cabin and they did not mail it back to me which I was very disappointed with. We had to leave in a hurry bc my husband had an accident and was in the hospital so I wish they would have understood.

Planed group stay with HH KOA & had called to get all sites placed together in advance. When we had issues & could not make the 9PM arrival time called & asked to have one of our group to check in for us, they denied us. After speaking to a manager, moved us to LL KOA and charged $20 fee. On arrival at HH KOA our site was moved to the other end of campground. EV chargers were all broken, no sign.

Loved everything about our stay. This was our 2nd time and same spot #11. So next year we will ask for specific #11. We will ask for your calendar so we can enjoy some of the activities.

park was nice , staff is very friendly . entrance to the park is a big "0" anyone pulling a large rig or towing should get a escort up or down the bumpy path of no return . impossible to back up or move over . road is scrapped up from rigs bottoming out , this is a major flaw and I would not recommend friends with large rigs from booking there

The bed was very uncomfortable. The cabin was significantly smaller than the same cabin we stayed in Coshocton. And the "heated" pool was very cold. It forced us to leave one day early and lose out on money for one night.

Really enjoyed our time there. A little disappointed that day we left I had a dead battery on my vehicle so I called the office and left a message, but no one ever replied or came. I was able to get another camper to help though.

Long weekend stay with friends. Staff was friendly and efficient. Site was in great shape. Location is great for many of HHSP must see spots. Will come back!

My family and I have stayed here on 3 occasions - each time has been great. The staff is pleasant and all facilities are always kept top notch. Would absolutely recommend.

It was a very beautiful campsite and it had very clean bathrooms and the main office/store was pretty nice the vibe was amazing and the staff was very nice and polite, perfect stay, very quiet place for relaxation.

We had an excellent first stay at KOA! Loved the clean bathrooms, jump pad, pool, play ground, and golf cart delivered pizza! Our son fell on his bike and staff immediately came out to check on him and offered ice and whatever else he needed. Kids are talking non stop about the trip! Would like to have the ability to choose our site; we had a bright light shining right on us in site 82. Thanks!!

Our stay at the Hocking Hills KOA was great. All the staff was super friendly and helpful. Our site had nice shade and was well maintained. The kids enjoyed all the activities including the heated pool, gem mining, huge inflatable jump pad and foam party on Saturday. The store is well equipped with things you may need. Will definitely visit again.

Great KOA! Full service kitchen selling Hunt Brothers Pizza and other items. Well manicured grounds, and firewood (and pizza) delivery! Only negative is the road leading up to the campground is worse than terrible. Narrow (won't allow two of anything to pass each other let alone a reasonably sized Class A or fifth wheel), and undulating. Not the owner's fault & we would definitely return!

Great place to launch into Hocking, from. Central to most of the best things to see. The internet was mostly great. We only wanted it to plan our next hikes but it wasn’t working half of the time because there aren’t any boosters pointed toward our site. We were at site 60. Most everything was great. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean and well kept. The only thing that didn't go well was that we were unaware that we couldn't check after 9PM. We were not able to make it in time. It was probably in the fine print. I asked the girl on the phone if we were just going to forfeit a day of our reservation then and was told "yeah, pretty much".

Greated and escorted to the site. Ordered a pizza at check in that was delivered before we were even set up. The pizza is great! The KOA is on Hills and was a little challenging with a big fifth wheel depending on the site you get and if your truck will pull up the hill as well. The camp store, playground,paw pen and pool looked nice. Not too far from hiking,gas and groceries.

The cabin is SO NICE, honestly the nicest we've stayed in for a KOA. However, the pool is small and there's no basketball court so I couldn't give it 5 stars unfortunately. There could definitely be more amenities. BUT its less than 10 minutes from Hocking Hills state park so I have no complaints.

This KOA has it all together! Upon arrival they escort you to your assigned camping spot. Offer to get wood, Ice and even blew the freshly downed pine needles off our concrete pad. Mike is the best! Everyone employed here is friendly and helpful. Property is always being improved every time we come. Pool is awesome and they have a large air bounce trampoline that kids love. Highly recommend.
