Stayed in a "deluxe" cabin for 2 nights. First morning woke up to have no water in cabin. Called after hours number 3 times each time went straight to voicemail. Was fi ally contacted back 6 hours later. Do not understand the point of an after hours emergency call if you are not going to respond until 6 hours later. In addition cabin was overran with ants. ALSO cabin had ant infestation.

I enjoyed my stay. The campground is beautiful, and the staff is great! I want to give Madison a shout-out for being an outstanding staff member. She was helpful and made our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Everyone is so kind . I’m older so it would have been nice to have a few paths around camp ground paved to walk or ride my bike. I was surprised my cabin did not have a freezer I was hoping to keep I packs frozen when I went hiking on trails in state park.and in bathroom the toilet paper holder was on left side and hard to reach right side of would have been easier . Very clean .

The improvements: The road up to the camp ground is a disaster. Humps and dips are atrocious. Our gas grill ignitor would not light the grill, we had to use a lighter to get the grill lit. There is a board on our deck that is rotted and my foot crushed almost all the way through. Many good things other than the aforementioned improvements. Cabin was very clean, cozy, wifi is great. Will return

We were not aware of the burn ban when we arrived. To leave at that point we would have lost $330. Decided to stay. Brought food to grill, but grill would not light. We were asked to go to public kitchen and use grill there and I refused. So they drug another grill to us which also would not work. Tried to take a shower at the cabin, and ran out of hot water before I even got wet. Bad experience.

Wonderful staff and campground had great sites. Very impressed with the concrete pads and pull through sites as well as a grill at many sites!

The cabin was nice but the bed was horrible for my back. There wasn't much to do being it rained every day. We couldn't have a fire and we were not aware of this till we checked in so we could not do any of the car. Fire meals we had planned.

Second stay there ! Loved my cabin, clean, fresh towels, gorgeous setting. So close to Hocking Hills State Park. Staff was beyond great. Very courteous and friendly. Just a beautifully kept campground. I’ll definitely return next year .

Rating is based on lack of response by management. Paid hundreds for one night in cabin, was never informed of the fire ban, which includes a grill ban and we had packed skewers and hot dogs. While I understand the ban is by the state, KOA DOES have the ability to notify customers, I would have had an option to cancel or at least plan. “No refunds, I will have someone call you” - still wait

Everything was great about the 3 bedroom house we stayed in. The only complaint was the bees....lots of them. They were swarming and we got bit multiple times. We couldn't sit on the deck until the sun went down and the bees went to sleep. We talked to others staying in campers and lodges and they said they had no bees at all. We think there were nest of them under the deck.

Very nice place to stay.....staff was friendly & very helpful......you should consider larger sales of firewood for those who stay longer than 1 or 2 nights (since I can't bring my own)...$7 small bundles dont go very far......had an issue with no hot water in womens showers for the last day & a 1/2.....but....overall was a great stay & will be back on our next trip to HH....

First time staying at a KOA and we had a fantastic time. The Outdoorsman Deluxe Cabin was clean and spacious and well stocked with kitchen amenities. Appreciated all the comforts of home and not a single bug or ant anywhere. Only thing I'd say for constructive criticism is that the queen bed needs to be replaced and new pillows brought in. Grounds and pool were very nice. Thank you!

Very nice place with beautiful views, nice to have air conditioning TV and a fridge for less than 100 dollars per night. Staff very friendly.

Very nice campground. Some dust behind the bed headboard on the wall. Overall cabin we stayed in was clean and great. The ac scent filter was a bit over powering - very strong :(. Would come back again :)

I was disappointed we were supposed to have cable it did not work our entire stay. The internet was nit strong enough to watch tv. Did not know we would have to climb so many steps to get in and out of our rented cabin. Would not recommend anyone staying in that space. The steps are dangerous.

Campground was clean, quiet and safe. We enjoyed the pool, pizza (especially breakfast pizza), ice cream and relaxing by the campfire. Well located to explore different nearby attractions - hiking at Hocking Hills State Park, canoeing, park golf, zip lining.

My husband and I were totally impressed with the grounds, staff friendliness and assistance, camper cabin amenities, restroom cleanliness, communication, really there isn't anything we have to give a negative comment to. We had a great time at KOA Hocking Hills. Enjoyed the cabin. The A/C was an added perk as it was very hot and humid during the time we were there. The showers and bathrooms were clean and nice. Pool was lovely. Camp is very close to the many of the great trails in Hocking Hills, which was perfect. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay her again.

We loved our stay at Hocking Hills KOA! This was one of our favorite campgrounds! The bathrooms were clean and so was our cabin. We utilized the pool and birding trail while we were here. We loved the proximity to the state park! The staff members we encountered were very welcoming and helpful!

The koa was so accommodating. We had a large group (around 40). This was 5 sites and 2 cabins, the rest came in during the day. Each and every one of us was made to feel welcome. There was PLENTY for the younger and older kids to do. Everyone had a great time. Keep up the great work.

Totally loved it ! The staff were very courteous and friendly …the best I have encountered at any camp ground. The prices were very reasonable…the campground was clean and the bathrooms were outstanding! I can’t wait to return !

Camper cabin was great. Bathroom was initially great, but by later Saturday, one of the soap dispensers was empty & the shower drain was clogged, so I showered standing in a puddle.

This was our second trip here, and it was just as great as the first one. The staff are outstanding and friendly, and they were very understanding and accommodating with a last minute change of plans with our vehicle situation. The grounds are beautiful, the facilities were spotless. 100% recommend!

The cabin I stayed in was perfectly clean, comfortable, and temperature regulated. The grounds were clearly manicured regularly, the bathrooms and showers were clean and spotless. I highly recommend this location, and will return if traveling through the area again.

The people staying next to us spoke some sort of foreign language and they were VERY loud. To the point that we had to keep the cabin windows closed to prevent the gibberish noise. There were carpenter bees, so we couldn't use the front porch. The Wifi did not work most of the time. The sink in the bathroom was clogged which I reported. Nobody came out to fix it.

After finding a mouse in the cabin the first night, the solution was a single mouse trap. Even after we showed them where the mouse was entering there was no effort to fix the opening. Having visited multiple other koas, this staff seemed to very dis interested in their jobs. After several trips to the office , we were offered 2 bundle of wood as a gesture to make up for the incident.

We stayed in the Hikers Haven cabin (#20) and it was perfect for us. We had everything we need for a very comfortable stay-- dishes, towels, mini-fridge, bathroom with tub/shower. Loved that there were lots of hooks and hangers for us to hang up jackets and backpacks. Also enjoyed the cross breeze with window open and ceiling fan on. Never quite figured out how to fully turn off the heat though.

Super friendly staff, lots of amenities. No complaints here :) will definitely stay again if in the area! Nature trail right in the campground. Less than 10 minute drive to upper falls trailhead! Bit of a bumpy road heading in/out but just take her slow!

That campgrounds were beautiful, the wood was the cheapest I've seen at a koa with the bundle everyone was so nice and helpful the journal for the cabin was awesome deff will be coming back and recommending to others!!

Loved our stay at the KOA in Hocking Hills. First time we had been to the area and the campground was great! Such friendly staff, very clean campground and bathrooms. It was quiet and just an overall wonderful stay. We will be back - thank you for the hospitality!

Amazing location (we stopped on our way from PA to KY) and beautiful clean campground. We had a premium spot with the patio and it was perfect! The Manager Laura is a delight and we cannot wait to return to Hocking Hills. Old Mans Cave and Ash Cave just a few miles down the road. Our only regret is we could stay longer. Take note as you plan your trip … NO LATE ARRIVALS after 9PM.
