We throughly enjoyed our stay at the Hocking Hills KOA. The campground is secluded on the backside of a hill. There is a decent amount of space between sites and the tree cover gave an added sense of privacy. Overall, we thought the campground layout for privacy and inclusion of tress beat any of the Michigan State Parks we've stayed at. Facilities were clean and well kept.

We love staying at this KOA! The staff are always helpful & friendly. Bathrooms are always clean. Great activities for the kids. Beautiful & spacious camp sites.

The camping spot was a bit hilly with a roll to the back and the side. Firewood was wet and took a lot of work to get going. Staff was awesome and so was the view.

Loved the campground. It is situated near the hiking trails and not far from town. The campground was clean and the staff friendly. We will be back.

I have been to some great KOA’s, but none that have been as attentive to the guests as this one. We arrived at dusk, and were met at the entrance, and very unexpectedly taken right to our site. The kind gentleman said to set up while we had light and then pay! That’s awesome. The great service continued throughout our stay. We found the daily texts helpful, and loved that we could text back!

Very well kept and well appointed campground. The bathrooms were very clean. It one of the ways we rate campgrounds. Very dog friendly.

Very nice park. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Loved our site. A lot of amenities available to us, and we were kept well informed with text messages throughout our stay. Park is kept clean and sites are well spaced apart. We would definitely recommend this park and would gladly return. It would be helpful for a sign to be placed where to stop for registration when you arrive, though.

Everyone appeared happy to work there. All were kind and helpful. They even found another available site for us as the one I chose on line was not appropriate for a motorhome,, or older but active couple. I am not sure if we will travel that way again, but we enjoyed every day we were there. Thank you for your kind hospitality.

The campground is lovely and very quiet. It is very clean and the sites are level! The only thing I would change is where the restrooms are located. I wish there were some down the hill, closer to the back.

This was our first trip to Hocking Hills and to stay at the KOA. Beautiful and clean. Staff has very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Facilities were clean and everyone was so nice. We were able to get recommendations for great hikes and places to check out from the one gentleman who showed us to our site. And the ladies in the store were so friendly. Can’t wait to return with our kids next year!

Absolute blast! And plenty of activities outside of the amazing trails at Hocking Hills. By far one of the most updated and cleanest shower houses I’ve stayed at a KOA. Already planning our trip for the 2023 season!

The stay was great. However, the road leading up to the campground is rough. We broke one of the tension rod brackets due to the rough, bumpy, unpaved gravel road. We found a welder to fix it that was near. As this was our first time staying at this camp ground we were unsure of the direction to go. I suggest directional signs along the entrance road. Staff was great!

Needed lots of leveling blocks. Excellent location for visiting all the Hocking Hills attractions. Campsites were nicely spaced. Nice dog park. Latrines were always clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent wi fi

I cannot recommend this campground highly enough. The staff was extremely helpful, the bathrooms were always spotless, the campsites very well maintained. Over all this facility is a 5 star.
