We stayed at a site with a cement pad that appeared fairly new. It was over six uncles out of level from side to side, much worse front to back but that is not a problem.

Wonderful stay. The staff was all so nice. A big rain storm had come thru the week before we arrived and the site they had originally assigned wasn't up to their standards so the gentleman drove my husband around the park to see what would work better. They ended up taking us to a nicer site free of charge. They delivered pizza and ice right to our site. Many nice extras that most KOA's dont

The check in time isn’t communicated very well. You have to be there by 9pm or they will not let you enter, even though it’s still fully light at that time during the summer. The staff were rude and talked down to us. The place floods so easily, our whole site got washed out. Our water turned off mid stay and the staff member I told seemed bothered by me letting her know. We will never be back

Site was on the side of a hill. Rain with lightning and thunder made walking on the hillside very slippery. No on-site sewage and had a hard time finding the dump station. Only one camp person was seen and only one person in camp store. No way to purchase any food supplies.

Beautiful location. Friends had difficulty with site and communication to ensure they got a service in which they were promised. Disappointed with follow through.

The campsite we stayed on was beautiful with a cement patio that included a table and chairs, a rocker, and BBQ all there for us to use! The bathrooms were nice and clean and pool was wonderful to cool off in after hiking. The camp store had a lot of great things for purchase and the pizza smelled amazing! We had such a fantastic time!

Everyone was great, friendly. Having pizza & breakfast deliverable is awesome. Showers & restrooms very nice. Cons: We had a lot of rain which was sent directly through our campsite due to poor drainage. Your ad said you had affordable wood which is untrue. To spend $7 on 7 pieces of wood is crazy! We got an entire bucket (front end loader) at another campsite for $30! Great view only from store.

We had a wonderful stay. They deserve 10 plus stars:) sites are spacious & well maintained. Bathroom/showers exceptionally clean & well maintained. Their breakfast items, homemade fudge, & pizza were all amazing:) entire staff is friendly & very helpful:) A special thank you to the staff member that delivered our pizza to our site during a thunderstorm:) We will be back as soon as possible:)

Very nice campground and very accommodating. Great sites, nice general store and staff was very helpful. Restrooms and showers were well taken care of and very clean. Would like to go back to Hocking Hills and see some more of the sites. We will stay at this KOA again.

We were very unhappy on arrival , when we made our reservation we thought it was at this camp grounds but didn’t realize they had 2 different koa’s campgrounds at lake Logan,owned and operated by the same company or owners and come to find out on arrival that our reservation was at the other campground (Lake Logan) Then we find out from manager that the pool was inoperable at the Lake Logan s

The site slipped front to back and side to side but we were able to get mostly level. Staff were friendly and helpful. My main complaint was the steep and very rough entrance road to the campground.

Overall, it is a nice KOA/campground with gem mining. The location to the local attractions is great. The bathroom situation by the office is a little rough for all the tent and campers on that side - often a line. When we arrived, the lady at the desk said they ran out of visitor guide books so I asked what to do with children and she said, "I don't have any ideas."

Very peaceful and quiet campground, especially given the number of people camping. Staff are super friendly. Their pizza is amazing - and they bring it right to your site. There are not as many activities as some other KOAs, but you are surrounded by activities in Hocking Hills - not really needed.

We had a great stay. Bathhouse was clean and updated, pool was good. The grand kids had a good time mining. 15 minutes to a lot of activities. We had a patio site and it was very nice.The only negative was the access road was a little rough but passable and had some issues with the roads in the park because of all the rain washing them out.

Wow, really enjoyed our stay at Hocking Hills, plenty of things to do at the campsite and around the area, close by too. Even with the downpour we experienced, we enjoyed the campsite, 1. RV's farther apart than other parks, 2. had things going on for kids and adults alike. 3. They recycle, of all the camps we have been to, KOA and others, this is the only site that has a recycle bin.

The campground was nice but I did like that there was not alot for the kids to do. There is no arcade, no jumping pillow, the camp store is not well stocked cannot even purchase ice cream bars, the camp store also was not open late enough they stopped serving ice cream at 8pm when most people are finishing dinner. The playground is also positioned right next to the woods, lots of bugs.

It was peaceful and clean stayed on premium site which was fantastic wish there were more sites like them the store was clean with plenty to eat and other things bathrooms and showers were very nice the road needs work getting in and out though but all around it was an awesome stay it will be our go to campground now and we go to hocking a few times a year oh need the rc track up and going

Ok the communication was fantastic , Employees vary helpful made it a pleasant stay , Bathroom and Showers super clean, sites clean . I will definitely stay there again .

Wonderful staff! This campground is very quiet and relaxing. Either they enforce the quiet time after 10:00 or they just don’t get the party clientele. Very clean.

The road into the campground is really rough. The campground is really clean, and the staff members were all super nice. The lot, while paved was very uneven. The pool is very small.

Enjoyed the amenities .. the pool was well kept and the restroom/shower was very clean and updated. I particularly liked the hanging caddy in the shower that was a nice touch! Being able to have firewood and food brought to your campsite was a nice touch as well.

It was a very busy June weekend, place may of been almost booked. However, it still was quiet, you didn't know it was that full. Pool was plenty big enough and very enjoyable. Wi Fi we couldn't get, but who goes to watch tv anyway.

The cabin is SO NICE, honestly the nicest we've stayed in for a KOA. However, the pool is small and there's no basketball court so I couldn't give it 5 stars unfortunately. There could definitely be more amenities. BUT its less than 10 minutes from Hocking Hills state park so I have no complaints.

This KOA has it all together! Upon arrival they escort you to your assigned camping spot. Offer to get wood, Ice and even blew the freshly downed pine needles off our concrete pad. Mike is the best! Everyone employed here is friendly and helpful. Property is always being improved every time we come. Pool is awesome and they have a large air bounce trampoline that kids love. Highly recommend.
