On the upside, it was a very nice and clean camp ground and staff was very helpful accommodating. On the down, I did not appreciate all of the text messages about events at the campsite. Simply tell me when we check in and that would be enough. I don't need a text every time something new was happening.

The pick you site fee is ridiculous. We camp with family and already pay a premium to stay at a KOA. There are too many other options that we can and will consider besides KOA. Your campgrounds are nice but…..

Beautiful and perfect weather! Treated like family! Dan the host was so kind and informative about what to see. We will definitely come back. I was sorry I didn’t get a chance to swim. The pool was well maintained snd heated. Bathrooms albeit a little challenging to get to from Site #53 were clean snd very welcomed hot water. Ice cream was ample and delicious. Loved the daily texts - fun Activi

What a wonderful find! The multi layers in the campground make the stay feel magical! The staff were all friendly and helpful. Having the pool open after Labor Day was a plus. The area is stunning! I hope that we can return!

The staff was very friendly. Bathrooms were clean and updated. Most sites, however, had an incline pulling and out which could make it hard to maneuver for some trailers.

Beautiful well maintained campground. Amenities are great. Only negative is the very bumpy road getting to the campground entrance. If it wasn’t for that it would be all 10’s.

Unfortunately that is a township road that we have no control over, although, we are working hard to advocate for a better solution. Always a bummer when we get lower ratings because of it. We are glad to hear that you had an exceptional stay with us and enjoyed the grounds.

We had a great time. Staff was very friendly and helpful! Our only suggestion is more signage on the “birding trail” it was a bit confusing at times as to which way the trail went. Would also be fun to have bird information or some kind of info throughout the trail. Campground was very clean and our pets and kids loved the dog park! Amazing place to stay!

My first time being there. we really enjoyed our stay at the campground. Really like the location (other than the bumpy hill climb), the quietness of the campground, and the very friendlystaff. I will be back.

Beautiful park with very large, very clean campsites. The hosts were very friendly We didn’t use the pool but it was very large and clean. Lots of activities at the campsite and surrounding areas. Will definitely return

The campground is very well laid out, and pretty. Camp sites are in great shape, and well maintained. The staff is extremely helpful, friendly, and informative. The swimming pool was so clean and well maintained. There were plenty of daily activities and offers throughout each day, and the text messages were quite informative. We were sad to have to go home at the end of our stay. Great park!

Sites uneven hard to set up

We appreciate your feedback. While some guests struggle more than others with leveling, we know that it can be challenging to navigate the hilly terrain of Hocking Hills. We are constantly working on the site drives to help our guests get as level as possible.

My site wasn't level. Had to prop my chair up in order to sit by the fire. Access road was tough to get up, but others looked the same

The grounds, the facility are immaculate. The staff is great. Like most KOAs the sites are too close. The BIG problem with location is that nearly EVERY gravel site is unlevel both side to side and front to rear. Observations we heard from everyone we some to. Real issue!

We are sorry that you feel your experience was less than ideal. Our sites (especially the sites that hold bigger rigs like yours) get routine care to try to keep them as level as possible, as that is ongoing with our terrain. We agree that the staff and the grounds are truly great!

The facility is incredible and all of the staff were so kind. We did cut our trip short because our location was in direct sunlight on the hottest weekend of the year. We were unable to hang out on the patio because it was just too hot for our 3 year old. There were a lot of other sites with some tree cover - that would’ve made a 10-15 degree difference. Overall the park is great and very clean

We stayed 9 days to be close to new grandchild coming into the world. Enjoyed our stay, facilities were nice, store well appointed and nice little trail in the woods.

We found the place exceptional. Between the pool, gem mining, RC racetrack (which was awesome) there was more than enough to do over the long weekend. And the staff was great!!! We will be back!!!

It was amazing. Staff were super friendly. They even delivered wood to our camper. The bathrooms and showers were clean and very nice. The gift shop had a great selection, even batteries for when our remote died. The fudge and ice cream was the best!! The pool was clean and refreshing. They even have a recycling dumpster! Our only suggestion would be to add more sites with sewer/grey water.

Very accommodating, plenty of activities. The driveway up the hill is not a problem, just have to go slow. The sites could be leveled out a bit to help keep your unit level. I would recommend this koa.

Great Camp layout in rolling hills, lots of room between sites. Thought individual lights for each site a great idea. Camp facilities great and very clean. Staff very helpful. Only issue was a little to much rust in water.

Beautiful campground. Clean facilities, beautiful pool and plenty of offers daily. We totally enjoyed our stay. The owners of this KOA really take pride in their business and treated us with friendliness and respect.

Needed lots of leveling blocks. Excellent location for visiting all the Hocking Hills attractions. Campsites were nicely spaced. Nice dog park. Latrines were always clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent wi fi

I cannot recommend this campground highly enough. The staff was extremely helpful, the bathrooms were always spotless, the campsites very well maintained. Over all this facility is a 5 star.

We had a great experience at this KOA! Was very easy check in and out also very friendly. Staff went above and beyond for us as we ended up having issues with our truck on the day we were suppose to leave and staff came to our rescue to help get it towed and fixed in the same day also let us stay until it was all taken care of with no extra charge! We will definitely be back with this campsite and its wonderful views and staff!!! Thank you all so much we appreciate all the kindness and help
