We love the location in the Hocking Hills. The KOA is in a great location in relationship to the State Parks. The KOA property and structures are well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. The camp store has what one needs. We stayed in the Outdoorsman cabin which was clean and comfortable. It was missing a couple of items when we arrived, but the staff quickly provided the items.

The deluxe cabin was adorable, cozy, clean, and had more amenities in the kitchen than we expected. The bunk beds were perfect for the kiddo. We'd love to come back

Our cabin was clean, the bathrooms were clean and well maintained, the grounds and amenities were all great. Will definitely be back!

Staff was okay- not super friendly. Cabin was spacious, but VERY, VERY dusty. The bunks didn’t have any linens and the other bed was very loud and not comfortable. We ended up leaving a day early because of the dust and the bed situation.

Very friendly and respectful team members. Our house was fantastic. The only thing I would point out is the very bumpy driveway up to the camp ground.

They seemed really short staffed. The staff I did see were friendly. The hot water in the cabin smelled like rotten eggs. There was no lighter to light the gas cooktop and the bed was very creaky and not that comfortable. I was not impressed.

Great location. Very pretty campground. Lots of trees, a bit off the main road. Nice people too. Our cabin had a few issues. The sliding door separating the bathroom from the bed was way off track which led to some awkward moments. Hot water heater either very small or it just kept conking out. Either way we had some cold showers. Told front office about the lack of hot water and nothing was done.

Very disappointed that they no longer do multiple Halloween weekends throughout October. I feel like I was charged a premium to stay during a weekend where Halloween activities were expected when comparing what I spent to the rates charged for any other weekend. The roads were also littered with large rocks and multiple areas around the cabin the ground had eroded away causing walking hazards.

We checked in Friday, but our cabin code didn’t work at 9:30pm. No one answered the after-hours number despite multiple calls and messages, so we had to sleep in our car in the cold with our 3 young kids. We couldn’t access the cabin until 10:30am, losing time and plans. The code was never set for our cabin. Advertised activities like gem mining and the scavenger hunt were also unavailable.

We absolutely loved our stay with you. The scenic view cabin had everything we could need. We came prepared with cooking utensils and a skillet but there was a hot plate and pans provided. Your campground is beautiful, we will be recommend it to everyone coming to the area!

I fell off the wet and slippery deck steps with hiking boots on. We initially had a 3-night stay, but the morning following the first night we found ants in the kitchen sink and mice running across the floor. The mice got into our loaf of bread. We packed up immediately and headed home. It would have been nice if we would have received a partial refund. Very disgusted!!

We were very disappointed that they didn’t open until 10 o’clock so we could not have morning coffee, even though it was advertised that you would be open earlier and also that your campground was picked specifically for EV chargers and then when we got there, the chargers were unavailable, but we will use your facilities again soon

Hello, we had a great stay, thank you! We stayed in the HH cabin. The cabin was great other than the air conditioner. The filter looked very moldy and dirty. I would suggest taking a look at that. Thanks again however for a great weekend.

Staff was warm and friendly. Camp was clean. I enjoy that fact the campgrounds are quiet and peaceful at night. I wish the pool had been open.

It was clean and they took care of us when there was a problem. I never felt like the bathrooms were not taken care of. There is no trash on the grounds. Our cabin was clean and we had enough privacy around our cabin. I really liked the activity center with a lot to do in there. The trampoline is a fun addition. We had a good time.

The cabin was absolutely perfect for our family. Just enough room and all the amenities we could have asked for and more. We also had our dog with us and the dog park was definitely a great thing to have. We utilized it as well. When we plan to come back to hocking hills we will be booking with KOA Hocking Hills again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very clean and family friendly campgrounds. The deluxe cabin was perfect and included many extras such as patio table, fire pit with seating, and full kitchen items. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. You can tell they enjoy what they do.

Started our stay here with a kind welcome from the hosts. The parking lot at check-in was full, but they were ready to show us right to our cabin. They were quick to provide resources and maps for our stay. This is also the quietest campground we have ever stayed in! Very relaxing stay! Love the fudge and all the amenities. Only complaint was that our mattress was quite sinky in the middle.

Friendly helpful staff, especially with maps for Hocking Hills. Cabin was cozy and perfect for 2 people who wanted to travel lite. The small kitchen had what we needed,bathroom had soap shampoo conditioner. Definitely was grateful for the air conditioner as it was 90 when we stayed. Pool was clean and had a great view!

The only downfall, we seen a mouse on day 2 and they were very kind and brought us a trap and our last night there we caught 2 very late... 1 after midnight and 1 after 1:30 am. I'm a country girl so ok with it, but not really how I wanted to spend my last night with little rest. Overall nice peaceful place and will be back.

We rented a cabin for Father’s Day weekend. I was there with my son and grandson. We had a great time. They went swimming during the day and visited old man’s cave at night we build a fire and made s’mores.

The KOA was very nice and clean. The customer service was excellent. The store was well stocked. Our family enjoyed the food and ice cream. There were lots of activities for everyone. The house itself is in need of some improvements and newer kitchen items. We were told improvements are coming in the fall. It would’ve been nice if they had trash pickup like other KOA’s. Water smells bad.

Met up with friends for a visit to Hocking hills. The kids had a blast on the playground, jumping pillow, and pool and even met other kids to play with. Firewood was delivered to our site when purchased

The bed was terrible and the window air unit was very loud and kicked on and off all through the night. We loved our cabin, and the campground was very well maintained. I did leave something in the cabin and they did not mail it back to me which I was very disappointed with. We had to leave in a hurry bc my husband had an accident and was in the hospital so I wish they would have understood.

The bed was very uncomfortable. The cabin was significantly smaller than the same cabin we stayed in Coshocton. And the "heated" pool was very cold. It forced us to leave one day early and lose out on money for one night.

Really enjoyed our time there. A little disappointed that day we left I had a dead battery on my vehicle so I called the office and left a message, but no one ever replied or came. I was able to get another camper to help though.

Place is nice but check in hours are unclear. They make it seem like we couldn't check in after 9pm, but we arrived and had no problem coming in. Ground was a little uneven at our campsite, but we still slept comfortably. Compound is conveniently place near many great sites and area hikes
