We were not aware of the burn ban when we arrived. To leave at that point we would have lost $330. Decided to stay. Brought food to grill, but grill would not light. We were asked to go to public kitchen and use grill there and I refused. So they drug another grill to us which also would not work. Tried to take a shower at the cabin, and ran out of hot water before I even got wet. Bad experience.

Dan escorting me to the site was just BEYOND service....and the gals up front spent a lot of effort trying to find me a flat site, even though I was a late arrival for one night....between the pizzza and the fudge, incredible...and so close to the hiking! I will be back...

My family and I just spent two nights tent camping, and we had a fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcome. The bathrooms were so clean and the entire campground was very well kept. We had fun hanging out in the activity room playing games and checking out the views from the top of the hill. Great memories here! I'd happily stay here again.

Wonderful staff and campground had great sites. Very impressed with the concrete pads and pull through sites as well as a grill at many sites!

Beautiful clean and wooded campground up on a hill.. Extremely friendly and helpful staff!!! A young man led us to our campsite and helped us set up. Be aware of very bumpy (but thankfully short) entry road to campground. Apparently the city maintains it . . . needs to be improved!

Camp ground was in great shape and employees were awesome. The reason I took off a star is because they were installing electric car stations. (Completely wasteful) all while the entrance road needs some major work with how rough it is. It is steep but that’s not the issue. The issue is how rough it is.

Very nice campground and sites. We liked having the cement patio with the furniture and grill in place. Staff was also very helpful and courteous.

This is one of our favorite KOAs. The people are friendly, the campground is clean, the campsites are spacious and woodsy, and it is close to the trailheads. This is our second time here in a 22 foot travel trailer.

The cabin was nice but the bed was horrible for my back. There wasn't much to do being it rained every day. We couldn't have a fire and we were not aware of this till we checked in so we could not do any of the car. Fire meals we had planned.

Very well-kept park and was a pleasure to have stayed there. Staff was willing to help get us a spot for the night. First time staying there and will book again next year.

We had a very lovely stay at Hocking Hills KOA. Every staff member we came in contact with we were greeted with a smile. Everyone was very kind and helpful throughout our entire stay. The entire campground is very clean and well kept. Thank you for the great stay!

Great. Friendly campers. I had trouble with my hitch not releasing (in the rain). A fellow camper came out (in the rain!) and assisted me! Ordered pizza Friday night from the KOA and it was great (and delivered to the camper!) Will be back next year for sure!

We were only there for 2 nights, in September. Very clean, quiet place to stay. Easy access to campsites, whether you pull or back in. Not tight, like some places. Nice trail in the woods for walking or bike riding. Pool was nice and was a great place to talk a walk around the place.

Second stay there ! Loved my cabin, clean, fresh towels, gorgeous setting. So close to Hocking Hills State Park. Staff was beyond great. Very courteous and friendly. Just a beautifully kept campground. I’ll definitely return next year .

Rating is based on lack of response by management. Paid hundreds for one night in cabin, was never informed of the fire ban, which includes a grill ban and we had packed skewers and hot dogs. While I understand the ban is by the state, KOA DOES have the ability to notify customers, I would have had an option to cancel or at least plan. “No refunds, I will have someone call you” - still wait

Very clean and well maintained. BUT calling a small square of gravel bordered by 4X4 lumber a “patio” is a very deceptive ripoff!

Not ready for prime time. Thought I had reserved a full hook up sight, only had electricity and water. Site was extremely small and very unlevel. Road leading to campground very narrow, steep and rough. Roads in campground loose gravel, steep. Bathroom/shower facilities not conveniently located.

Back again this year for a fall weekend! Great as usual, very clean campground, friendly staff, nice and clean shower house and restrooms and the pool was still open! We make an annual trip to Hocking Hills and always choose this KOA for our stay. We will be back next year! Also glad to see the addition of more KOA patio sites! Love the concrete pads!!!! You guys are awesome!

Very nice grounds, the camp store is nicely stocked. The food is delicious. The staff is helpful and friendly, especially Laura. Will definitely come back. Already did a Google review and posted on the KOA Facebook page

I found the campground bath rooms were clean as well as the pool. There is a nice camp store and enjoyed ice-cream. I had brought along an R/C vehicle and made use of their rack. My trailer was not to hard to level , but my truck was parked on a slope. It made a nice base camp to stay at and was close to many of the hiking attractions.

While we could not have a fire or even a grill (due to state mandate), the staff were very friendly and helpful. The campground was one of the cleanest we had ever been to and the facilities were immaculate. The only item that would have made this a 5 star and family favorite would be the ability to reserve a specific site. Unfortunately, we had to book a type of site instead.

Great campground! The only reason I didn't give five stars is that the township needs to regrade/resurface Pattor Rd. Everything about the campgrounds themselves is fantastic but that entry road is a mess.

Blacktop Road going up as rough needs blacktop rows to sites tent size are very unlevel definitely not motorcycle friendly.

Park is in a great location. Very clean bath house. Stayed in deluxe site. Very level concrete pad, plywood furniture. Park very well maintained.

My on comment is you need to add a sign where you have rv parking at to point where the office is since you are parking next to the activity center and not the office where you check in at.

We are relatively new with camping and hadn’t been to a KOA. We were not disappointed. Very nice location and well taken care of. The staff were all helpful, friendly. It was obvious they all cared about the place. We both agreed on doing it again.

Friendly staff. Beautiful campground. Men's shower drain did not drain well, and water accumulated about 1-2 inches, and spread over almost the entire bathroom. That was gross.

The cabin is SO NICE, honestly the nicest we've stayed in for a KOA. However, the pool is small and there's no basketball court so I couldn't give it 5 stars unfortunately. There could definitely be more amenities. BUT its less than 10 minutes from Hocking Hills state park so I have no complaints.

This KOA has it all together! Upon arrival they escort you to your assigned camping spot. Offer to get wood, Ice and even blew the freshly downed pine needles off our concrete pad. Mike is the best! Everyone employed here is friendly and helpful. Property is always being improved every time we come. Pool is awesome and they have a large air bounce trampoline that kids love. Highly recommend.
