At the time I made reservations and After giving the information on the size of our MH and our tow we were put in a space that was to short to be comfortable in. Especially when there were other spaces not used and we’re larger. On top of that they making upgrades on their WIFI system and our space being on the end was a key space they were working on which meant they needed to cut our power 2X.

Although I didn't use any of the amentities, it was a nice stay. The spot was clean, the utilities were easy to connect to. It was quiet! The staff were friendly and informative.

GREAT campground, but, 1. Office closes at 5pm and with little kids and the heat, would be nice to play minigolf or shuffleboard at least till 7pm. 2. No cases of water and drink machine (inside store only) was down. So, had to go to town to get that. 3. Only 2 temporary bathrooms by pool. 4. Again, the heat we wanted to go swimming, but the pool closes at 7pm. 5. Had 3 campers camping there,

I really liked this time because the cleanliness of the place was exceptional. I went a few weeks earlier and there was a lot of duck poop but this time, all the tables were clean, the floor, the toilets. It is my favorite place to camp, I love going there and disconnecting from everything.

Hiawassee KOA for this stay was great!! Staff were friendly & helpful. Site #46 was shady & one of our preferred sites. Price was good as they honored Bald Mtn's pricing. However, for 2024, prices increase about $20 per night plus a $25 fee to lock our site. Thus, 2024 may be our last stay at a KOA!!

Good place to stay clean only hold up for me some of the sites are close together an if a family is next to you with small kids its loud an I did have a couple items missing from my site, laid my jack tool out to break camp an about 15 min later went to raise my stabilizer jacks up my tool was gone kids were playing by my camper also had my phone charger taken other than that had a good time /

Stayed for one night, tentsite, with granboy. Wish we had more time to stay longer. Campground close to Brasstown Bald, towns, waterfalls; And plenty of family activities on campground. Just perfect �. The staff were wonderful!

Easy access pull through, very serene surrounded by mountain view, courteous staff, grounds well kept and lots of activities are available. Booked another stay already!

Loved our site (Our new favorite!) Campground was very clean & staff utmost friendly ! Love the geese & ducks ! Had fun & wished we could of stayed longer !!!!! Definately will return

A very nice park. Staff was efficient and friendly along with being helpful. The wifi was not very good. Would of preferred some live TV channels as I do not have streaming. Enjoyed the surrounding area and the road trip from Florida was any easy drive.

The improvements to the facility are very nice, with more areas for the kids to play on. However, operationally, things are not going well since KOA took over the RV Park. Specifically, hours for posted services seem to never materialize (the pool opening and maintenance seems "discretionary" on the schedule of the ops team), the weeds on the sites are overgrowing the nicely graveled campsites.

Price is too high. Bath/shower house is extremely hot, no cooling at all. A friend of ours that was with us and she rented a cabin and it was filthy.

It was my first visit. I really enjoyed my stay. It was great that you had so many camp roads suitable for slow biking, so I especially enjoyed that. The check-in staff were very pleasant and friendly as were the other staff members I met. I'll definitely stay here again.

Very nice campground, clean facilities. The staff were very helpful in finding us a shady location. My only complaint it that the dog area had no shade, very small and not usable in the heat.

Was a very nice campground! Facilities were well maintained! Staff very helpful! It would be helpful if office was open till 8 pm! Need to add a workout facility would be my only request! The location of campground is beautiful!

Simple after hours check in, cabin was clean and supplied as advertised. Laid back stress free weekend with no drama. Enjoyed the views and especially the short drive back and forth to Hiawassee.

Always a great time. We can do the campground frequently. Every time we come it's so peaceful and quiet. One of the best places.
