RV & Tent Sites: You must give 7 days cancellation notice. Call the KOA you made your reservation with by 4 p.m., seven days before your scheduled arrival.Lodging & Accommodations: You must give 14 days cancellation notice. Call the KOA you made your reservation with by 4 p.m., fourteen days before your scheduled arrival. For guests booking accommodations in California, a full refund will be given for reservations canceled within 24 hours of booking, provided the arrival date is at least 72 hours after the time of booking.
Cancellation Details:
• Reservations made after these deadlines require nonrefundable deposits.
• Cancellations made after the deadlines will result in forfeiture of the full deposit.
• No refunds are given due to the discomforts of nature, including no-shows and early checkouts.
• No refunds are given on or after the arrival date.
• Refunds will be processed using the original credit/debit card, with no exceptions.
• The cancellation policy may be amended during a Regional/National travel disruption.

Angela enjoys spending time with her two kids. She enjoys being present for her son's baseball games and daughter's cheerleading meets. Angela enjoys cooking, hiking with her dog Bentley (A half-dog/half-horse mix), and getting outdoors in her free time. Angela worked in indoor hospitality for ten years, but she never wants to look back because she loves connecting people to the outdoors and nature. Angela has been working for KOA for almost five years and has enjoyed her time managing the Lumberton/I-95 KOA Journey and Louisville KOA Holiday. One of Angela's largest strengths is her tenacity and willingness to do whatever it takes to keep the facilities at her campground running with customer satisfaction in mind. Angela is thrilled to be back near Atlanta, her hometown of 11 years, while she begins her journey with Hiawassee KOA Holiday.
