We had a wonderful time on our Thanksgiving stay at Hiawassee KOA!So much fun for the family,with lots of activities.The facilities were clean!Paddle boats,pillow pad,playgrounds, game room,mini golf,was a big hit with our granddaughter!The KOA store was reasonably priced with great selection of items. Keisha was so helpful & friendly!Would definitely recommend this KOA! Many local attractions!

Friendly staff. The cabin was very clean. An improvement would be a shelf attached to the wall by the bed. Thank you for the chance to rest and relax in the quiet.

Decent tent sites that are close to the new remodeled bathhouse. Great playground and lots of activities for kids to do.

Wonderful stay! Staff is super friendly and helpful. This was our third time and each is better than the last. We will be back as this place has become one of our favorites we visit each year!

All the staff were friendly. The campgrounds are very nicely kept and bath house facilities are kept very clean. The patio RV sites are nice and long to fit vehicles with room to spare. A very nice stay with great views.

Although only an overnight this time we really liked the location and the surrounding area. We will plan to return for a longer stay sometime soon.

We are new to the camping adventure- this was just our second trip, but we had the best time! Lots of places to walk your dog and several fenced in areas for them to run free. And the store was reasonably priced.

Fantastic weekend with friends! Even cold and rainy weather couldn’t keep us from enjoying our stay. Rates are very reasonable and staff was helpful and courteous. Can’t ask for more. Thank you!

The staff is very helpful. We had the pleasure of having Beth help us again this trip and she even got us booked for our next trip next year. She is always so pleasant and friendly.

Our 3rd year running at your campground, the first year since being absorbed by KOA. We're a large group, rv's & cabin dwellers, we get together to enjoy the Fall Motorcycle Riding with the Changing of the Leaves. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Hiawassee KOA. Good Times with Good Friends and Great Activities made more enjoyable unhampered by camp issues. Reservations for next year are in plac

This campground was wonderful. Everyone was very nice; the staff knows what customer service is and everyone showed it. The park was very clean and had plenty things to do. We would recommend this to anyone, and we look forward to going back as soon as we can. Thank you for making our experience wonderful. See you soon. Collins

We enjoyed our site with its nice table, chairs, and fire pits! We enjoyed riding our bikes around the campground. The campground was clean and well kept. It was during Halloween and enjoyed the festivities for the kids. A very nice and family oriented campground! Thank you!

The setting was beautiful and it was a great place to stay during fall. The only criticism I have is the bathroom was broken and of the three bathrooms in the trailer, one was not in operation and another toilet leaked. There were no paper towels so when washing hands and going out in the cold was not fun. All said, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

We had a great Stay everything was clean -site,bathhouse. We had our awning blow off when we were there maintenance loaned us a ladder and took the broken, bent awning. All the employees were very nice and helpful.

Stayed 6 nights in October. Site 107. Pull through. Easy access. Used laundry room. Very Nice. Got firewood delivered to site. Employees were all very nice. Bathroom were very clean.

The site next to me had two big trucks side by side on there site that was which was Encroaching my site .. there was no room to seat at the one side of the picnic table and the fire pit was Literally two foot form there truck … I was told that they are allowed two vehicles per site.. and told I had to advise the other site that they should move there vehicle before I started a fire ����

The site and the view were excellent. Many great amenities. The showers were too far away and the wofi was intermittent. The camp was beautiful and exceptionally clean.

The KOA staff were very helpful and accommodating. We found plenty to do in the area and will plan to return.

The KOA team members were friendly and very responsive to any needs. The mountain scenery was absolutely beautiful. The temporary restroom / shower facility at the office was in serious need of cleaning & sanitizing. We did not go into any of the other restroom or shower facilities.

We stayed for over a week and it was incredible. The fall leaves were breathtaking, and so many places to sight-see, shop, eat, and hike. The staff at KOA are amazing - friendly and helpful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

We really enjoyed this campground. There is so much to do; putt putt, movies, paddle boats, and ,of course, great hiking. The staff was friendly and grounds were very clean.

If camping with camper, I would recommend. If staying in one of the cabins with more than 2 people, I would not recommend. Pictures online when booking are misleading and not accurate at all. Shown private bedroom and table with 4 chairs etc but actually studio cabin with no privacy. Mentioned to staff and they agreed that it was misleading and would leave a note for manager but was never called

Stayed for one night while we hiked nearby. We really liked the campground but we didn't have time to really check it out. We plan to come back again.

Simple after hours check in, cabin was clean and supplied as advertised. Laid back stress free weekend with no drama. Enjoyed the views and especially the short drive back and forth to Hiawassee.

Always a great time. We can do the campground frequently. Every time we come it's so peaceful and quiet. One of the best places.
