Nice and clean. Enjoyed walking around the park. Have stayed in the park many times. My only issue is site 7, where we stayed the last two times, has a water/large puddle issue when it rains. It was terrible trying to hook up the camper to leave on Sunday morning. The puddle was right at the hitch.

Dirty molded bathrooms and showers. No clear explanation on how to open bathroom doors with the door combination covered by a second sheet of paper stapled to the first sheet. The office closes at 5pm in the summer which is very inconvenient, especially in the summer. Unable to use paddleboats, putt putt, or pool for the last 4 hours of daylight is something that I have never seen at any other KOA

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff and other guests were very friendly. The grounds were clean well maintained. We will return in a couple of months.

First time in the area. Stayed for a week. Campground was clean and well maintained and staff were very friendly and helpful. Can't wait to stay agian this fall/winter!

Beautiful, peaceful, loved listening to the creeks, great for kids with the playgrounds, jump pillow, and great areas to ride bikes. Only suggestion I have is maybe find a different locking mechanism for the restrooms, the current ones are not easy to get into. Otherwise this was definitely one of the top 3 KOAs we have stayed at! Most definitely recommend for everyone to visit at least once.

One of our favorite North Georgia campgrounds! Quiet, well-maintained -- the new KOA team are working to improve every aspect of the campground. Great for families. Our site, #157 was level, nicely spaced, with convenient hookups. Only reason for four stars is the spotty WiFi which wasn't fast enough to stream sometimes. Cell service is poor and there's no OTA channels or cable service.

We do not stay at campgrounds often, but have to say that I believe this was the nicest campground we’ve stayed at. The staff was friendly and helpful and the cabin we stayed in was nice and clean. Would definitely stay here again.

I love the location. Sites are nice and large. Campground is large and spread out. I loved being able to backup to the river. Bathrooms were nice and clean.

It got off to a rocky start with same assigned RV space but thankfully they came out to help even after hours to resolve the issue. That would be the only reason it wasn’t a 5 star stay but otherwise we will definitely be back!

We have stayed at this campground for over 20 years. It has just recently changed to KOA. Prices are now much higher compared to other campgrounds in area. There is no cable and when crowded the wifi will not allow us to connect and watch roku. When booking for next year, we were told that we now have to pay an EXTRA $25 to lock in our site or we chance not being beside our family's camper!

Love the location, the amenities and the staff was very friendly the only thing that would be great is if the dog parks have maybe sone kind of solar lighting for night time visits, and if the playground had lighting that goes off when quiet hours start. I noticed the kids played more in the evening than during the day in the heat.

The most delightful weekend! Loved everything, all the planned activities for kids, watching families enjoy all the amenities and the giggles from kids as they caught fish! Will definitely be back!

4 great days!! Perfect weather and made some new friends! I loved the golf parade and all the activities in the park. One thing I would add is a train ride for the kiddos. The KOA in Pigeon Forge has one made of plastic barrels cut in half and a golf cart to pull them. Look it up, kids and adults love it.

Loved the Deluxe 6 person cabin, but the kitchen was not fully equipped. We had 2 forks and 2 spoons and had to buy an oven pan to cook in. Other than that, the stay was great.

This is one of our favorite North Georgia campgrounds. It's always restful, quiet, and peaceful. The new KOA management and service team are doing a great job of maintaining and improving the campground and its amenities and services. Our site, #157, backed up to a tiny creek and was level, well-spaced, and had convenient hookups. Really liked it! The only thing that keeps it from getting five stars is the spotty WiFi. It can be sometimes be plenty fast enough to stream or totally non-existent. That's a frustrating problem as cell service is poor and there is no cable or over-the-air TV service available. Tough during football season.

This is one of the best KOAs we have stayed at. The grounds are well kept, and the bathrooms and showers are very clean and always well stocked. We got to visit this past weekend while there was a Cushman meet, so we got to see a lot of old restored Cushman trikes and bikes! There is a jump pillow that all our kids enjoyed, the play ground was fun for all of us (we love it when there are swings that are big enough for adults too) that had good, heavy duty see saws! We loved how big the park was. It was perfect for the guys to ride bikes. We loved the creeks that are perfect for the little kids to splash around in. We loved how quiet and peaceful it was, well off main roads so there was not any road traffic noise. Our only complaint was getting into the bathrooms. The little kids (11 years and younger) could not get them open on their own, I was only successful getting them open twice during our stay, my sister had a hard time, as well as many other campers in our area. My husband and brother in law was the only ones who were able to get into them 98% of the time. They also had to help the other campers get in as well. There has to be a better lock/combination system that can be installed to help. I can tell you first hand that late at night/early in the morning while everyone else is still asleep and you have to potty and can't get in, it is a real challenge and aggravating. But that will not stop us from visiting again in the near future since we only live an hour away! I was excited to play shuffleboard, but we ran out of time since they had to be returned by 5 pm😔. Another small complaint we had was that the office should stay open until maybe 6/7pm or even a little later than that. Or maybe have people pay a cash deposit to get items like the shuffleboard disc's and keep them and return them the following day and get their deposit back when they are returned. The good still way way out weighed the "bad"! I would suggest everyone visit at least once!
