The staff was super friendly. Our site 279 was awful location it was in the middle of many other campers that used our campsite at a cut through the entire day and night. Starting as early as 7 am. Secondly the hot dogs we bought at the camp store were expired and both my husband and I were up several times in the middle of the night in the restrooms.

This was our second time and was mostly a nice experience. It was terribly disappointing that the bouncy pillow - heavily promoted on the site - was closed on Sunday for no known reason. We chose this campground specifically for the bouncy pillow, so this feels like false advertising & was beyond disappointing. It will be very difficult to get our kids to return. You should be honest upon booking!

All the staff are super friendly, the accepted my service animal with welcome arms. They were helpful picking a camp site. The property is clean and well maintained. Had a fantastic time!

Bathrooms were very clean - counter tops, toilets and toilet stalls, floors in the shower area - very clean - thank you for that. The only negative we had was the very poor condition of the tent circle where we stayed, tent site 250. The roots and the valleys from rain runoff made it difficult to get around that area - driving to the site and walking. Certainly dangerous at night.

It was a nice place to stay with my four friends. Bathrooms and showers were clean. No garbage found around our site. We had one group that was a little loud nearby, but they quieted down around midnight. The amenities were well kept and the camp store was stocked nicely as well. Everyone was very friendly.

Neither ours nor any other tent site we could see actually had level ground. We would have been better off upgrading to an RV site and pitching our tents on that. Would not stop here again if tent camping.

Left and went elsewhere. "Sand tent pad site" was a hill with no clear tent spot, tall weeds, and a hole on the site. Map was wrong. Went for amenities-only mini golf open. Jump pillow deflated, arcade/basketball/craft room locked "because the one maintenance guy felt like leaving early." Saw 4 loose dogs in 2 hrs despite leash rule. Got chased by one when biking. There are plenty of better places

Tent sites were ok, but sites were close together, sloped and access was not great (large gravel, roots). Great overall site with good store and family activities.

The folks working there were super helpful and friendly. They made us feel welcome, and like we were part of a community. Terrific staff!

Staff were helpful. There were some issues with a clogged toilet. The RV next to my sit kept their generator going 24/7. It was a kind that kicked on and off about every 30 mins. So that was unfortunate. Overall we enjoyed our time and would definitely come again.

There were no outdoor lights around the tent loop (but plenty around the RVs). The bathroom near the tent sites is poorly maintained with the toilets constantly clogged and broken stall doors. In the shower area, the fixtures were broken- one handle had completely fallen off. There were bugs in the shower stalls and was very grimy. Bring your own RV/Camper and you'll have a great time!

I had a tent camp site for the weekend and the site was fine. I needed to use the “comfort station” for showering and using the restroom. The bathrooms were dirty and lacked soap in the soap dispensers. The showers were gross. Every stall had muddy water on the floor with hair and debris. The water pressure cut out every time someone flushed a toilet.

The tent pad was full of rocks. There was no quiet time from 10 to 8 people partied until one in the morning every single night we were there.

We stayed for a Halloweekend for the first time. It was GREAT! Lots of entertaining activities for the kids. The pillow jump was also a favorite. We appreciated the cleanliness of the bathroom/houses and the ease of finding electrical outlets and water when needed. We may visit more KOA's after visiting yours! Thanks

the women's bathrooms never seemed to be cleaned or restocked with toliet paper as well as 1 of the 3 stalls never had a way of locking the door for the toliet.

This was the perfect first camping experience for my 10 year old daughter. Halloween brought lots of extra fun to our stay!

All the staff are so nice and helpful! The haunted house is a highlight for us every year! Even though our kids are getting older there's still something for them to do all the time. We just love coming back here after year.

We enjoyed the activities planned but were disappointed in a few areas especially while paying a much higher rate than we have in years past. The bathrooms were disgusting and had a very bad smell to them that kept wafting into our tents. There was no toilet paper or soap and one of the 3 stall doors didn’t have a lock. Cafe ovens were down so no food and coffee shop wasn’t open at 8 as advert

Lovely staff and lots of fun activities. Just too noisy for a family stay. The campsite next to us had umpteen cars and people staying and they were very loud through the night. Quiet hrs should be enforced.

The tent camping area with no electricity (primitive area) I usually use when visiting Harpers Ferry for backpacking trips on the AT has deteriorated severely since I last stayed. The sites aren’t level and have no sand as advertised. The use of landscaping timbers could easily solve this issue and create level tent pads and limit future erosion. The sites at the KOA are extremely close together. Quiet hours were not observed. Also there was a horrific dead fish like smell in the trash can by the restrooms/showers and maggots were crawling on the trash can. We had to ask staff to take care of this. Better and regular maintenance of bathroom areas is needed. Other than that nice campground with many activities offered.

Staff were great, very helpful and kind. Restroom & shower facilities are dated, water temperature and pressure were poor. Would definitely expect better facilities for the price paid for sites.

We had a fantastic stay - great activities and options, loved the convenience of the store. The “rustic” campgrounds left a lot to be desired - they could be cleaned up and made much nicer to accommodate tent campers. The only options were rocks or dirt, no real pad.

We are a group of former summer camp staffer that do an annual tubing trip. Combined we have almost 75 years of camp experience and we LOVE staying at the KOA because we don't have to worry about ANYTHING! Always a great time.

Everything was great except the bathroom across from the bounce area was very dirty this visit. Other than that, we ALL had a wonderful time.

Great location close to historic Harper's Ferry and walking distance to the historic park. The campground has a lot to do but since we were just here one night, all we did was play a couple rounds of mini golf. There's also a pool, gem mining (!) and other games around the property.

The campground is massive. The RV sites are very level. It's really nice. We most definitely want to go back. They have so much to do.ctherr is no such thing as boardom here. My only complaint is we asked what days and times the pancake breakfast started and the coffee shop opened andneither of them started when they said. There just needs to be more communication with the front desk on when things actually open.
