Staff was very courteous, our cabin was clean and ready for our stay. There was plenty to do, not only at the campground. But in the surrounding area as well.

Marjorie was extremely helpful in planning our family reunion. Everyone had a great time - plenty to do for all ages. Cabins were clean and functional (albeit crooked!). Kudos to the cleaning gal who not only pointed me to where I could clean a big pot, but offered to clean it for me. Great staff.

Your staff was absolutely wonderful. However, a few things I would like to comment on...please do something to better control the sewage smell. At times the campground and bathhouses reeked this week. Also, down in your game room, you have a sign on the outside door warning of the step down...there should be one inside as well for the concrete to carpet transition. Very dangerous.

Nice Lil lodge by the pool, all was great and personal employees. Price for 3 night stay was a bit steep though. The shower needs to have at least one safety bar in it though, especially for us older folks.

We stayed at a cabin (no bathroom). It exceeded our expectations. We had a great experience with the cabin and the events at the campground during our stay. Everyone was helpful and pleasant. We have stayed here in the past and it is still our favorite KOA! We can't wait to come back.

We stayed in cabin K101. It was clean, cute, cozy, and perfect for our stay. The facilities were perfect. The employees were all friendly and helpful. We would definayely recommend this KOA to friends. We will definately stay again... in fact we enjoyed our stay so much we already booked our nexty stay for October of this yeazr. See ya then!

We had a wonderful weekend in the bunkhouse! The bunkhouse was spacious and clean. It was an excellent spot for our scout troop. We enjoyed many amenities like the bounce pad and basketball court. The proximity to the NPS Harpers Ferry visitor center and shuttle were very convenient. We especially loved the pancake breakfast. All of our interactions with staff were positive and helpful!

Stayed in a cabin and was very pleased with it. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Bathrooms were clean and the showers had plenty of room, hot water, and privacy. If I had any complaints at all, it would be that the bathrooms are a bit far from the cabins and tent sites.

Great campground, nice pool, great campsites. However, we stayed in a deluxe cabin that was dirty - hair everywhere, windows and window ledges were very dirty and there was mold in the shower.

I’ve been coming to this KOA for 20 years or over it’s very disappointing this time the cabin was dirty. It was crawling in Aunt. I complained on the way out in a lady named Madeline looked at me and said oh have a nice trip home all snarky, instead of trying to compensate me for anything. She told me I should’ve called. I tried to call three times to the front desk. It was hot I have COPD u

Stayed for my 40th with my husband and toddler snd this exceeded our expectations! Pool was great, cabin was ideal and pancakes were a fun bonus. I appreciated the favor of checking in early so our toddler could nap. Thank you!

The staff was great, the cabins were clean, the bathrooms; we go camping a lot and your bathrooms I must say, impressed us with cleanliness, they did not smell like mulch! Very well played all around. We are coming back.

I enjoyed the campground. Amenities were everywhere. Lots of historical significance. A couple minutes away from the Harpers Ferry National Park entrance. My only issue was the bathhouse. There’s not enough. No paper towels so the sinks are disgusting by morning. Shut down for cleaning between 10:00-11:00, when checkout is 11:00. No bathroom breaks before hitting the road. Tough on a family trip

Love this place, friendly staff, clean facilities! Regan at the front desk was awesome, super helpful! Masie at the cafe was so friendly! The cabin was great, clean, cozy! The pool was clean, temperature was perfect, and there’s a ton of seating available! Fabulous get away!

Everything was wonderful. The only suggestion i have is that the ice cream and arcade be open past 8pm during peak season.

We used a cabin,it was clean and met our needs. We wish the site was bigger and had shade. Only down side was everything at the campground closed at 8pm. We where there for a baseball tournament with a whole team and so we didn't get back until 730. Didn't give these kids much time in the pool or arcade and the pizza/arcade turned us away at 730 because they closed at 8pm. They could have made $$

Always a great time, employees are very helpful. A special thanks to the maintenance guys who switched out our AC that wasn’t working and sprayed for ants. MUCH APPRECIATED.

The pool was fantastic! The cabin was nice, clean and had a very comfortable bed. The location of our cabin was ideal, close to activities for grand-kids. e amenities were great - indoor basketball and games for teens, snack bar, mini golf, etc. I also liked that it was within driving distance to Shanendoah National Park.

One issue: We were in cabin K101. The bathroom sink was overrun with tiny black ants. We kept washing them away but more kept coming.

The only thing we would prefer is a closer bathroom option- From K125 its a hike up an incline which is rough in the middle of the night. Otherwise everything was lovely and we will see you again soon.

We stayed in a cabin and it was perfect. The bed was very comfy and we were happily surprised by the AC. The bathrooms were very clean as well. If it hadn’t rained, we would have loved to hike the trail across from cabin. However, we wish the hours for the pizza place had been stated more clearly. I also wish the pancake breakfast dates were stated more clearly as we were looking forward to both

A beautiful location close to great hikes and history. The team at this KOA are very friendly and the service level is high. Easy to navigate for big rigs. Facilities are consistently clean and well maintained. After the July 4th weekend, the team diligently cleaned every vacated space of debris and the usual camping detritus left by weekenders. In two days camp was back to normal. Put this campground on your must visit list.

Great location. Some spots are a little difficult and be careful of poison ivy. But staff is friendly, bathrooms are clean, and had good amount to do at the campground. (Also just wish the pool had an adults happy hour)
