Friendly staff. Cleanliness of showers and bathroom semi-adequate. Game room was great for the kids. Had some trouble leveling my RV on the assigned sight. Had a bit of a slope to it that my levelers couldn't overcome. Didn't feel like much of a slope while inside the RV. We managed OK. Overall a pretty good first time out shakedown cruise. We'll be back.

Great getaway, comfortable accommodations, and friendly staff. Easy access to the area and all the hiking spots with beautiful views. Made an excellent base camp. Enjoyed the relaxed nature of the off season.

Although we loved the campground and people the cabin we stayed in really needed some updating. There were sections of the vinyl floor ripped up so we kept stubbing our toe, only one of the four ceiling lights worked, the toilet ran continually, the air conditioner kept shutting off and blew lukewarm air, and the ceiling fan made a horrible noise and wobbled so much we were afraid to use it.

YOUR BEDS WERE WAY TOO SOFT NOT FIRM. VERY SMALL ROOM AT $160.00 AND WE WERE STEPPING OVER EACH OTHER-NOT MUCH FLOOR SPACE WITH 3 DOGS.

I always chose this campground, I enjoy it very much with no complaints. However this trip I was a little disappointed...my cabin hadn't been sweet out, had a lot of leaves and debri in it, my fire ring was full of wet logs & cinders and the fenced in dog area that I like to let my dogs run free in had so much dog poop all over it that I couldn't let my dogs use it,they had to just walk on a leash

Staff is friendly and helpful. Love the area for hiking and cabin is always clean and well maintained. We have been visiting for several years and will be visiting again. Oh the new concrete pads are awesome.

I have to be honest I've stayed a few times and was always impressed . This time was unfortunately little different. Was suprised seeing mold in cabin front door between the panes when opened the blinds. as well as the smoke detector was missing one of the batteries, couple sheets had stains, picnic table was in bad shape. I know its off season but felt things weren't maintained as usually a

Great facility. Awesome cabin. Very friendly staff and "neighbors". Only con, ants. I understand we're in the wilderness but I chose a deluxe cabin with the hopes of avoiding bugs. The staff was apologetic and offered to come in and spray.

We stayed in mid December. The only negative was some of the facilities were not available due to the water being turned off. We pretty much had the camp place to ourselves stayed in a cabin. It was nice. I do feel we should’ve gotten a discount for off-season

It was a nice opportunity to do a little winter cabin camping with friends. We appreciated the arcade and store being open, although one employee was a bit short with all of us. Cabins were very clean, as were the bathrooms. This is my 3rd or 4th stay at this KOA and it's a lovely wooded campground with some walking/hiking opportunities. We'll be back!

Short trip from the city to enjoy nature. The cabins are clean and have a lot of space and supplied with item we did not have to bring with us. In the future KOA could maybe think of adding electric golf carts to rent?

This KOA has a lot to offer in, but not so much in the “off season”. The jumping pillow, arcade, pancakes, grapes and grinds, craft room, indoor basketball courts were all closed for the season during our stay Nov 18-20th. We knew the pool would be closed but we were really disappointed in the others. The bathroom closest to our site was also closed for the season.

We had a great time at the KOA! The kids loved riding their bikes around, playing at the playground and on the jumping pillow. The cabin was cozy and clean, we loved having our breakfast over the campfire. Beds were comfortable. We can't wait to come back!

The cabin was nice, except for a few maint, issues. We did notify a women about the issues on Tuesday, 11/7/2023 in the store and she notified maintenance but nothing was done while we were there. The most important issues were most of the screens were missing so we couldn't open the windows, the toilet ran every 5-10 minutes and the poop trash can in the dog park was overflowing.

We spent 3 nights in a camping lodge we have rented for years. Our stay was good. The kids had a marvelous time. The cabin could use a good cleaning.

This is my family's 2nd year camping for halloween at the Harpers Ferry location, we plan to make this a forever tradition. Already planning our stay next year. Everything is so family friendly and the staff is kind and attentive, lots of activities for kids of all ages. We just love it. Can't wait to come back.

My friends in family always have a great time at the Harper's Ferry KOA. The entire staff there do everything to make your stay as pleasant as possible. It's a very friendly staff that really goes above and beyond. I love going camping there, I have been going for over 13 years now.

Great site with awesome amenities. Staff was super nice and helpful. Very well kept cabins. Only constructive feedback would be to make it easier to speak to an on-site staff member prior to your arrival.

Everything was great and the new upgrades are nice. We had a bee problem in our cabin. Spent the weekend killing bees. They are coming in the windows. Staff said it was just treated. But the gaps in the windows don’t keep them out.

Our first time in a patio cabin and we loved it. The bonus was trick or treating. Halloween is one of our favorite holidays. We loved seeing all the decorations and the other campers dressed up.

Learned that we shouldn't have camped there till the warmer weather when they open the whole campground. All campers were in one location, close to road and local homes. I didn't enjoy my view of the locals homes that were less than 100 ft from our site. I was hoping to be in the wooded area . But service was great. Employees were friendly. I would go back when they open the whole facility.
