I love your KOA and come the weekend before Halloween most years and it is off the wall awesome! Saturday night is the best with everyone dressed up and walking around. The great decorations on the RVs and sites. The dry ice smoke machines mix with the fire pit smoke creating a look into our dystopian future. The heavy smog, the orange and purple lights. I'm getting goosebumps!

I think the dedicated tent site I had was poor. Very small, lots of roots, pitched on an incline, and the surface was hard packed gravel. I couldn’t drive a tent stake into the ground. If the wind had come up I’m not sure what I’d do. Staying there again would be a last resort.

We have been coming to this KOA for 28 years. The staff is always helpful even though it is sometimes difficult to get through to speak to someone on the phone. The cabins are adequate but could stand an update. Some cabins have mold on the ceiling and could use a good cleaning.

We were there around Halloween, and it was so cute and wholesome! We really enjoyed our stay, and the staff was extremely helpful. My only suggestion is that the bathrooms/showers could've been a little cleaner.

the bathrooms were very well kept and cleaned during out stay morning afternoon and night. Every employee that we encountered was very pleasant.

The tent site (234) wasn't marked or very level but it worked out well. It was nice not to be close to other tents/campers.

A great location for the area. Basically next door to the National Park and very close to Harper's Ferry. Amenities are great. We are tent campers and the spaces used for tent camping without electric & water hookups were not very adequate. Slopping ground. Lots of rocks. Other than that a terrific campground.

2nd time I have bicycled there from the C&O towpath and tent camped.Beautiful facility,hot showers and well keep bathrooms!

Great campground with pleasant employees. The tent sites lack privacy but I've seen worse. The closeness to Harpers Ferry is a huge plus and that's very convenient. Bathrooms were ok. The best part for me was the Grapes & Grinds store - GREAT coffee. I wish every KOA campground had this store. I'd definitely stay here again.

This was our second time here- we love the amenities and activities available on site as well as the proximity to Harpers Ferry town and related activities! There is plenty of staff when help is needed. We were disappointed in two activities closing early (jumping pillow and a dog activity), when we had planned our day around the printed schedule given to us. Otherwise, we enjoy this campsite!

We were assigned a campsite that shouldn't have even been a site. We were tenting, and were assigned a tiny piece of gravel between the "Y" in the road, and right next to the bathrooms. We couldn't fit our van in the spot. Thankfully, they changed our site after we complained, but that is an issue that should be addressed. The other site was only ok, and had dog poop in it. We left early.

Really enjoyed our stay. All the staff were friendly and helpful. All the extra activities were great. The only downside is that I think the tent campsites could have been better defined. It just seemed like a bit of a jumble.

The camping experience was amazing and pricing was great. Plenty of events went on while we were there and was on point. The only suggestion that I would recommend is posting better time ranges on some of the facilities as they were hard to read or missing. Thank you

My stay was great! I love this campground. When checking in there was a male who helped and he wasn’t very friendly, and also the bathrooms and showers aren’t very clean but other than that it was a great time. Thanks for having us.

The grounds are beautiful. Unfortunately we picked this location for the lap pool and the photo on the site had lines in the pool. This pool was beautiful but no lap lanes. Also the jump pillow was only open 12-3, so we did not get to use it. The art room is only on weekends. I'd come for a weekend but did not feel that our stay had the value of what we paid for. The people were nice.

Great facility friendly staff laundry building exceptional. Tent / rustic area ; needs to have tent platforms for level set up and drainage. During weekend (heavy use) showers bath house could be cleaned more than once a day during this time. Overall experience was awesome.

The bathrooms at the campground were absolutely disgusting. The worst I have ever seen at any campground. After the cleaning crew left there was still cobwebs in all the corners. There was a ton of debree on the mini golf course. All someone would have to do is leaf blow the greens off. The Maintenace around the greens was also bad. There were weeds everywhere.

The accommodations were nice. I’ve been several times with Scouts. It was a little hard to find our campsite boundaries, but once we did it was what we expected. We had nice side neighbors the first night, but they left and Saturday night the new neighbors came in late and loud. However, I really like the Harpers Ferry KOA and will definitely return.

We were pleased with our stay there. The first tent area we were assigned was not level but they let us change to another site. The pancake breakfast was great!

We had a great stay !! All the amenities were open and available, our tent site was shaded and close to the bath/shower houses and my kids loved the movie theater!! Would/will def stay again, this campground is clean and organized and offers plenty of activities for the family !!

Very fun, lots to do that is decently maintained. Staff all very friendly and equally helpful. We did have issues with noisy neighbors til 2am but security did what they could. The store being so full of everything was probably the best part!

I rented a tent site for 1 night and was able to check-in before 1pm. This was my 1st camping trip and the staff was friendly and helpful. I visited all the amenities and spent time in the game room. Some activities were unavailable or closed during my stay (movie theater, pillow jump). The comfort station was clean and well stocked with toilet paper and hand soap. I also enjoyed the pancakes.

outside of the bathrooms the sink on the left, the drain doesn't work so the water just splashes on the floor a little difficult to locate where to put the tent well maintained, friendly staff, generally a wonderful place, kids loved it and they all want to come back again!

The restrooms were disgusting. I spend 6 days in this Camping with my family. Even after the busy weekend, they never cleaned the restrooms. Really disgusting.

The location can't be beat. The camp store and grounds are really nice. However, I paid over $300 for 3 nights at a tent site barely big enough for the five of us. The bathhouse is also in desperate need of updating.

The facility was very clean and well laid out. The store has a lot to offer. All the staff we interacted with were kind and helpful. Our kids really enjoyed the mini-golf and pool. Thank you for having so many things to do and clean showers!

We arrived at deluxe camping and an employee drove down to us and recommended us switching out site to another open on to avoid the extreme heat and no shade at our site. He was very friendly and accommodating, and even drove the registration to see if the site we wanted was available. Kudos Jason! Everything was clean and accessible. The only downfall was the very close proximity of the sites.

Stay there Friday Saturday morning. Very nice clean and well organized campsite. It was very peaceful and relaxing, We will be back.

Learned that we shouldn't have camped there till the warmer weather when they open the whole campground. All campers were in one location, close to road and local homes. I didn't enjoy my view of the locals homes that were less than 100 ft from our site. I was hoping to be in the wooded area . But service was great. Employees were friendly. I would go back when they open the whole facility.
