Everything was great. The grounds were kept clean as well as the showers and restrooms. Even when it was full, everyone was respectful of the quiet time.

Price too high 4 eggs hard enuff to break multple frks & dry enuff not to eat, to hear wstrn omelet has no pork, to use minigolf w hazardous clubs & torn green. Make camping affrdable again. U had plenty of unused camp sites both times we've come, allow 1night stays & make it cheaper so families with different incomes can enjoy camping. Read Google reviews & do something about it & stop ignoring

We enjoyed our stay. The campground is huge but the sites are close together. One of the toilets in the bathroom did not work the whole time we were there. I like the large sinks to wash dishes.

We could not find the battlefields but enjoyed the Maryland Trial hike to the overlook and Historical town of Harper's Ferry

Nice campground with a great pool and store amenities, and I had a lot of room at my tent site. The only negatives were the narrow roads and the bathroom. The wifi was also pretty much unusable.

This was my 1st time staying and after I checked in I ask for directions she drew a arrow on the map which was no help. The map is very confusing. My site was 177 the next day at 7pm I was told I was in 178 and I couldn't move to 177 no picnic table no fire ring and no place for my tent she moved me to 266 it was awful ended up leaving and lost my 70 for that night.

The site was ok but I had the worst night ever on Saturday because the group of Indian Americans (?) made so much noise for hours. The office person came out to control their volume only after I had called to complain. Not managing the site well. Those guys even talked loudly past 1:30 am of Sunday. There was nobody to control them. Horrible night!

The campsite was terrible. There was no good spot to pitch our tent—our choices were either on rocky ground, in the parking area, or on a hillside. The bathrooms near the tent area were awful; the showers barely worked, and they were not clean. It would have been helpful to know that the bathrooms at the front of the site were new and well-maintained. I would not recommend this KOA.

Great location, pleasant campground, great staff. Very good store. Restroom facilities need to be upgraded and expanded.

Overall, the campground and personnel were great. However, we were tent camping (midweek, one night) and there was only one other campsite with a tent on it. We did not understand why the person was assigned the spot directly next to us when there were NUMEROUS other sites available.

Our campsite was very shady, upon requested, but unfortunately very far from the bathhouse. The bathrooms and camp store were very clean and well stocked. One suggestion would be adding ventilation in the shower stalls.

Tents were super close to each other, we could hear a family that was very noisy until 3 am, we couldn't sleep at all, we rent for 3 nights but we left the second night, stuff was nice, but in general bathrooms, little arcade room were thirty, kids enjoy the pool, not a place to go back at all.

Check in was o k. Camp store very nice. All employees were helpful and courteous. What I call campers not respectful of amenities, Floors to entrance to restrooms/ etc hallway always full of water. Security did a couple nightly checks and were very visible. No security issues ever. Big advantage was very close to the historical park which we visited twice. Of course it was July 4 th holiday

The sites for tent‘s are very poor. A lot of big stones and sloping. For this bad tentsite the price is extremely high. We take an upgrade for a site with water and current, but current doesn’t work. The staff didn‘t help improving the situation. That was absolutely not KOA standard.

The primitive tent sites are not very conducive to tents. Most of our stakes were bent as we tried to get them in the ground because of the rocks. The site we were put on was very confusing as to where our tent was supposed to go (uneven ground, trees and fire ring to the right of the site marker with no other spot between the markers). Customer service in general could use some improvement too.

I appreciated the friendly staff at the front desk. They answered all questions I had. I stayed at one of the basic tent sites with no hook-ups or electric. The site accommodated my SUV, one 2-person tent, one backpacking tent, a picnic table, and a fire pit. Just what I needed. The one issue was that there were a couple sites where people were a bit too loud after quiet time.

I saw $26.00 online. Cost 79.50 with fee's. Asked for a shady spot. Got a sunny spot on a slope. Not a good value for tent site with hook ups. Also pool was over crowded. Not a complainer but....

I thought the campground was great but our campsite 217 was terrible. All the sites around us had leveled pads and their own fire ring and ours didn’t. I asked about it and was told I don’t know and to just use that one. I asked what if someone showed up and was in that site and they said well you’d have to ask the front desk. I’d be hesitant to stay again and risk getting a spot like that

Facilities were great! There was plenty there to keep my 3 boys entertained for the week. The pool was very clean and large enough that it didn’t feel crowded. My only complaint is that the tent sites could be more level. We felt like we were on a hill no matter where we set up, but we didn’t let that stop us from having a great time! Also, conveniently located next to the National Park!

Overall it was good. The staff are very warm & welcoming and there’s a lot of things to do. Our kids loved it. The bathrooms are not well maintained. There’s spider webs in every corner, floors are always wet all the time and cubicle doors doesn't call for privacy while doing your business. Some cubicles have broken lock. Quiet time is not well implemented.

Booked a no-electric tent site for a few days while hiking in the area. This campground, while it has a lot of amenities, is not set up for tenting. Sites were small and sloped, the site boundaries were unclear, and in general they were not well maintained (had a rotted picnic table). I would not recommend anyone stay here for tenting.

I was only there once nightand the campground was mostly empty so it might be different during the busy season but I found it to be comfortable andwell- kept with nice amenities.

Clean campground, bathrooms, and showers !!! Wonderful stay. My girlfriend and I stayed in a tent while my brother stayed in his camper. Morning breakfast of pancakes, sausage and coffee was awesome for $5. Great experience!
