Stop in overnight to and from Florida. Both times staff was friendly and park was very clean

I reserved a delux tent campsite and was given an RV site. 139 should not be for tents. Rocky and slanted and could be run over by RVs 6 ft from your head. Showers had little to no hot water and the pressure was so weak it only came out 6 in from wall. The faucet is 4 in, so it leaves little room to get wet. Of the 6 shower stalls, 1 had no light, 1 had a door that didn't lock, and 1 no pressu

Always a great time when we stay at Harper’s ferry Koa. Staff are super nice. And facilities are always clean!!

The staff was great. The park and restrooms were clean. I have two request. The store to remain open beyond 5pm. The other request is to have an option for firewood after the store closes since it closes so early.

First, let me say the staff is fantastic. The problem is with the sites. We had a premium back in sight. It was so unlevel I had to have my back tires off the ground when my jacks went down. Very few times have I had to get my extension cord out for my electric, but I had to. Also, the sewer is so far away from the back end of the motorhome and uphill that it was very difficult draining.

Happy the sites were fully operational(water/sewage) in March. Really nice staff, especially the gentleman on the golf cart that gave my pups treats every time he saw them. Site 96 was a mud pit after the rain. Will request a different site next time. Overall the sites were large and all the campers were nice .

Sites are extremely small and tight. Prices are extremely expensive for the time of year. With KOA rewards, 125.00 a night in the off season is ridiculous. Pool isn’t open, bounce pillow is closed, snack shop/ restaurant is closed. KOA offers nothing in the off season but prices reflect like everything is open. We love HF, but not sure if we will continue to come back.

The staff in the general store were nice. There was loud work equipment next to our site. To get seclusion you have to stay back in the wooded area. Nice proximity to the National Park. Many of the amenities were not available yet during our stay. It is early in the season. We really liked the signs describing Civil War history in the campground.

We only stopped for the night. we arrived after hours and everything was set up for us. It could not have been easier. Nice place we will go there again.

Stay was good. The location was great for exploring the area. Glad it was off season, sites are very tight, I would not want to visit when in season. The lady working the front desk was friendly.

Roads to campsites are narrow with tight turns for big rigs. Campground was clean, well maintained with new utilities at our campsite.

Did select our site and was moved without notice. The new site was so unlevel that requested a different location. Maddy was great and was able to accommodate. Still mud problems on the 50 amp site with very close quarters.

My site was too short for camper. Tow vehicle (truck) had to be parked where I would set up outside chairs and grill. Very inconvenient. Gravel at sites needs refreshing.

We are recurring visitors because the campground is well maintained, staff are friendly, efficient and profession whike being warm and inviting and there are some many wonderful things to do in the area.

Site was extremely unlevel. Neighbors were rude. They were parked in out site when we arrived and when I notified them it was our site they said oh do you want us to move. Bathroom and shower was disgusting. Mold, cobwebs, toilet and sink looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Sink was held up by two broom handles. Sites are on top of each other.

I have stayed here about six times over the past year and a half. All KOA staff have always been very friendly. This time was different. I requested a late checkout on a rainy Saturday in January. The campground was mostly vacant except for the full timers. With no compassion or explanation, I was asked to leave by 12:30. I have never been met with such harshness from a KOA staff member.

Campground was very noisy despite being almost empty. Was woken up at 3 am by my neighbor smoking on my picnic table. Toilet and shower we're absolutely disgusting. Mold in the bathroom. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. Sink was broken and being held up by broom handles. We will never return. Had better hopes for KOA. I'll park in a walmart parking lot next time.

Liked the campground and sites. While I know it was off season during my stay it would have been nice if t the Grinds and Vines amenity was open partial hours.

The RV area was too poorly lit for after dark arrivals. Sites are not marked by the road, you must get out with a flashlight and walk to the electric box to read the site number. Staff was wonderful, very considerate and accommodating! Park was neat and clean!

Great staff, awesome facilities - overall a great stay! 36' foot bumper-pull and I was in spot 197. The site was pretty uneven, but overall still a beautiful site. :-) It was pull-through with a really nice patio and firepit! The camp store is amazing! They have coffee, wine, and a ton of other things - everything you may need! Highly recommended!

Great amenities, kids enjoyed all of the activities that were offered. My kids did however say, the arcade was a little pricey with a low payout. Activities closed at 5pm. However, the bathrooms were not well heated or maintained. The space we were assigned was way too small for our unit. It was so small it was barely bigger than our unit. We had to fight to get into and out of the spot.

The bathrooms are very dirty and have no heat. Dirty and clogged toilets. Shower room is also unheated. Had to try 3 showers to get one with hot water. Door to shower stall with hot water would not lock. Would not recommend staying here if you will need to use the restrooms.

Great location; however: RV sites are very close together. Entire RV area should be redone to fit the much larger RV's of today as opposed to when it was designed and laid-out. Can't rate the other amenities as we visited in late Nov. and time of year\weather\closures didn't allow. Worked perfect for the reason of our visit which was late season Thanksgiving gathering with friends and family

Great location close to historic Harper's Ferry and walking distance to the historic park. The campground has a lot to do but since we were just here one night, all we did was play a couple rounds of mini golf. There's also a pool, gem mining (!) and other games around the property.

The campground is massive. The RV sites are very level. It's really nice. We most definitely want to go back. They have so much to do.ctherr is no such thing as boardom here. My only complaint is we asked what days and times the pancake breakfast started and the coffee shop opened andneither of them started when they said. There just needs to be more communication with the front desk on when things actually open.
