We came in for a one night stay. Driving in at dusk. We have large camper and the roads and sites were very tight. The campground was loud when we arrived, like at an amusement park. This place is fine if you like that type of environment. But way too busy for our liking. The campground could use some maintenance broken pavement, large old rotted stumps that impede manuvering.

I camp at KOA because they reliably have a good laundromat- this laundromat was filthy. Hair and dirt on top and inside of all the machines. Several were broken. Severely understaffed according to a staff member. Front desk was very kind and welcoming. I still reccomend the campground- not the laundry facilities.

Site was not long enough for our camper to sit level front to back. Site was also badly sloped downhill side-to-side. Site 138 is not suitable for a 31' unit. Tow vehicle parking was also bad. Picnic table and benches filthy, grease-covered, had chunks of wood missing. Men's restroom not cleaned for 3 days, feces on toilet, showers not cleaned, same mess for days. Staff was nice. Pool was great.

Our cable TV hookup didn’t work. WiFi and cell service were spotty at best. On weekend days, we’re unattainable. We were on site 77 which, for the price, was a very small site. I thought, for a 5 night stay, $90 in fees was quite excessive.

This was the WORST KOA we have ever visited. The grass/ weeds were overgrown and unkempt. A ‘permanent’/long term camper has junk stacked around its camper that was roof high. The campground looked like a ghetto. Unfortunately we had to do laundry, and every other washer and dryer was out of service. What a disappointment!! I plan to share with KOA corporate. This place should be stripped of

Once again we had a great weekend stay! We camp here with friends about 6 times a year and every visit is just as great as the last. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the grounds are well kept and the activities are good for the entire family. We will be back in about 3 weeks and we can't wait!

We are repeat visitors to the Harper's Ferry KOA. We love to camp here. The staff is always courteous and informative. The activities are fun and well organized. Overall this is a great place to stay.

We got to our site 41 and could not sit outside because the grass was about 6 inches high, it needed cut. Not enough dumpsters around the campground and the ones that were there were overflowing. You need to have more lighting at night everyone walking dogs had to have a flashlight, it was pitch black. . Most of the sites were very uneven.

Really great koa! lots of stuff to do. Really clean bathrooms and showers. Only complaint was paid for a tent camp site and were given a site right next to all the RV areas not near any other tent campers. There wasn't a lot of tree cover and the lights next to the check in center were hard to sleep next to. But otherwise we had a wonderful time.

We had a wonderful visit at Harpers Ferry / Civil War Battlefields KOA! We arrived Friday mid-afternoon and were placed in a great spot close to everything - walking distance to Registration / Store, the pool, the arcade and other entertainment. Our grandkids and son-in-law and his wife arrived Saturday at 10:00 am. It was non-stop fun until they left, exhausted, around 6:00 pm. We'll be back!

Loved rhe closeness to Harper's Ferry NP. The KOA had fun activities for everyone. Went to the wine tasting, enjoyed so much that I purchased 2 bottles.

Compared to other places we’ve stayed, there is not much to do for the kids. The grass was extremely long and attracted a lot of bugs. Requested partial shaded lot, we did not get that.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The campstore was one of the best we've seen. The coffee and wine store was great. The privacy in the bath houses was amazing! But they definitely could have been kept cleaner! The streets were narrow and difficult for maneuvering RVs of all sizes. The sites were muddy when it rained. If you can afford to upgrade to a pad site, it's worth it in poor weather.

Paid for a premium site. Sewer hook up had to run uphill form our RV which is ridiculous. Over grown grass around our site. Trash piled up at the pool. Driveways around the campground not labeled to show exits out. I can’t recommend. Young girls working in the wine shop had no experience with wine and couldn’t assist customers. Hopefully you use your customers comments to improve.

Great campground if you make sure to get a level spot. Swimming pool is nice and big. It seems like they have activities most days. Lots of shade. All in all a nice place. This was our first time camping at a KOA, we usually primitive camp. We really enjoyed our stay, staff were super kind and helpful. The pool was glorious and good size so not to be crowded. Our site had some garbage on it, but that's because people are pigs and not the fault of KOA. We will definitely stay again next time we visit Harper's Ferry.

The sites are a bit close together in some areas. Our fire pit was ran over a few times and sunk into the ground so if we were to use it we would have had to dig it out of the ground. Grass was very tall. Staff in store were very nice. Enjoyed the indoor basketball. The arcade had games that took ur credit then did not work.

The grass was so tall in the campground till Wednesday when someone finally cut most of it every time I took my dog out to go to the bathroom I had to dry her off because the grass was so long it got her very wet .several of the arcade games didn’t work grand kids were disappointed the camp sites were very narrow the neighbors were so close we couldn’t use our fireplace safely

Everything, especially staff, was great. ONE thing was not. The utilities didnt line upright the site! Our utilities on 157 were actually located on our neighbor's site. It was very awkward for set up. The location of the fire ring was similarly bad.

Front desk clerk gal was amazing! Accommodating, kind. The KOA it’s self was equally amazing, great store, clean, would highly recommended taking your family here for relaxing weekend or week. Family friendly pet friendly. This is how I remember KOA as a child.

First my site 194 for a 26 foot Travel trailer could not get the trailer level. I never had that before. Maybe information about the site and how unlevel would be good. second quiet hours were not quiet. Location of campground was good and pancake breakfast was good.

Came up for the weekend to celebrate my daughter's birthday. Campground has nice pull-thru, level sites. Little close for my liking, but usual KOA size sites. Need to fix the road leading to site # 32 where we were. Great facilities and activities!

Great location close to historic Harper's Ferry and walking distance to the historic park. The campground has a lot to do but since we were just here one night, all we did was play a couple rounds of mini golf. There's also a pool, gem mining (!) and other games around the property.

The campground is massive. The RV sites are very level. It's really nice. We most definitely want to go back. They have so much to do.ctherr is no such thing as boardom here. My only complaint is we asked what days and times the pancake breakfast started and the coffee shop opened andneither of them started when they said. There just needs to be more communication with the front desk on when things actually open.
