Sorry but we will not longer stay there after many years, the price for night is out of control. There was a day when we stayed 3 nights and got one free. You uset o give wood and tablecloths, none of that. The store is so over priced even at 50% off ! We are finished coming there. We stayed at 106 and our group could not believe how uneven the sites were, our 50 amp service didn't work !

Excellent activities and amenities - only negative is the Wi-Fi is unusable when the park is busy, and there’s limited cell reception- so prepare to be off grid!

The Koa had a lot to do, was located in an area close to thighs to do, and the store had everything we forgot to pack.

Very well maintained campground. Excellent activities for the Halloween Weekends. The only down side to KOA is that it costs you $30 each to pick campsite next you your family/ friends. I haven’t seen that fee at any other campground I’ve been too.

Stay was good, site was great. My only complaint is that the internet wifi connection was terrible to say the least. I work on the road, so I really wasn't able to do anything at all for the three days I was there. It was kind of relaxing not being able to get online. If I had deadlines it would have been frustrating to say the least. Staff was all very kind and courteous.

There were fun activities in the campground, but the pancakes and breakfast were horrible and the bathrooms were disgusting and the water pressure really bad. We have been to other KOA’s where the facilities were much better kept.

The park is not design friendly to larger motorhomes. Nice people, nice amenities but way, way overpriced. We have stayed in some of the nicest parks in the US for half the price. Sorry, this one is off the tour list for us.

We loved the campground and all the amenities provided. We enjoyed the wooded areas where we were located, the weekend breakfasts, the movie, the outdoor sinks, and the festive fall promoted by the decoration and costume contests and the trick-or-treating. This year was really bad for the squash (stink) bugs and we learned many dozens can get in when the slides are retracted (glad to have a vac).

My site 111, was unlevel 4.5 inches side to side and 8.5 inches front to back. Electric required 35 feet of my power cord. Water required all 50 feet of my hose. Worse of all, sewer was no only 25 feet, but was up hill and useless. My neighbor's fire pit was 4 feet from my side wall. i am a long time RVer and can deal with them but shouldn't have to at this price.

Laundry facility was quite large, but several machines were out of order. It also smelled terrible, and the washers needed to be wiped clean. Campground was well maintained. Nice mini golf course. Fun Halloween activities.

Friendly check in. Close to national park is the ONLY plus. Sites are too crowded. Exit lanes are too narrow. Laundry room stank. Front load washers were filthy. Pulled out two socks, a pencil, and fecal matter from behind the rubber seal. Halloween celebrations allowed loud music. Cable/internet non existent. Bathrooms only moderately clean. TOO EXPENSIVE for limited amenities!

The pull through spot was so tight I had to wait until other campers left to get out. Feel like the only way to have easy entrance and exit is to buy the upgraded patio spots.

Prices have gone out of control. Charging per day for dogs per animal, and the resort fees , when I still have to pay for some activities is crazy to me. I can go to Gettysburg and there's more to do for less. We won't be back.

Enjoyed our stay in October. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great location and all the activities offered. Definitely will be back in the summer to enjoy the pool and visiting nearby attractions.

The park has everything. Friendly and courteous staff. The park was full and was very busy, so if you are looking for a quiet small place, this may not be it. Amazing participation and park decorations for Halloween. If I had 1 complaint, sites are close to each other. Overall, great stay!

The check-in process was smooth and staff person was very courteous. Bathrooms were clean until everyone showed up for the weekend. I have never stayed in a KOA that has been so tight to get in and out of the campsite. Also, have never been in KOA that had such un-level campsites. Our first site needed > 4+ inches to try to get level and we were able to swap to one more level site.

Appears to be a nice campground, lot of activities for children. Great location with a lot to see in the area. Only issue is rates are high (common problem in Mid-Atlantic region) and do not understand "amenities fee" when most "amenities" are not available. Just another way to increase rate without have to advertise actual rate.

The sites need work! Even the patio sites that you are paying a premium for are very uneven. Second time we have had to get a site change due to conditions. Walking around you can see that a lot of sites need to be leveled out. Location of campground is wonderful lots to do and staff is very helpful.

Stayed 2 nights in the camper and found the campground provided everything we needed. Bath houses are very nice and clean. The only problem we had was getting the firewood sold at the store to burn. I think you sell fireproof wood.

Plenty to do at the campground. The only problem is the sites are so narrow. Your fire pit is literally next to the next guy‘s camper very little room to even park your vehicle.

Enjoyable 2 night stay. Grounds were clean and tidy and the staff friendly and receptive to tidying up our site due to left over dog poo from a previous visitor. Close to lots of interesting places!

Compared to other KOA's, this one could take some notes. Weekly activities are severely underwhelming, and it does not seem there is any maintenance for bugs (three summers we have witnessed this). However, the location is perfectly sandwiched between Harper's Ferry and easily accessible areas like Frederick and Shepherdstown.

A beautiful location close to great hikes and history. The team at this KOA are very friendly and the service level is high. Easy to navigate for big rigs. Facilities are consistently clean and well maintained. After the July 4th weekend, the team diligently cleaned every vacated space of debris and the usual camping detritus left by weekenders. In two days camp was back to normal. Put this campground on your must visit list.

Great location. Some spots are a little difficult and be careful of poison ivy. But staff is friendly, bathrooms are clean, and had good amount to do at the campground. (Also just wish the pool had an adults happy hour)
