We used to love this place years ago, but since Covid hadn’t been back. The pool, game room, pancake pavilion and the grounds improved. But we paid almost twice what we used to pay for a site and the WiFi totally was non existent. The gaga ball pit needed to be cleaned out. And if you have anyone handicapped, you can forget getting them to the pool area unless you have a wheelchair or scooter.

We had the BEST time! Every year we come, but this year we decided to check in on Friday and checkout on Monday. The only thing I really wish you had were some activities on Sunday for those of us that do extended weekends. But otherwise, highly recommend!!

We love this campground, but it would be better if the WiFi worked. It's very frustrating to not have internet.

I had a 44 ft Newmar and the site was terrible to get in and out of after looking I don't know if I could have found a site decent! Access in and out was terrible.

Everyone at the office was so friendly and helpful. This was our second visit and we already said we'll be back. Whether your there to tour Harper's Ferry or just want a beautiful spot to escape this is the place to be.

Every thing was good! Pool was in great condition and well kept up! Service people were very good. Grass on our site and the ones near use weren’t cut for the two weeks we were there and didn’t look like it was cut before we got there!

Once again we enjoyed our stay. The staff are great to chat with. We have a few fav’s for sure ;). There are one or two concerns that would NOT be for the public to gossip about, but to address with “the powers that be” and for the good of the campground. All in all we are happy to camp in a safe / friendly environment and will return asap.

The WiFi does not work and since I am traveling this summer I need WiFi that work . Great people and nice location but will have to go somewhere else next year. First time here and was very excited about coming ����

Our stay was good but would have been better if our site was more level. We were not able to get leveled. I will say the girl in the office dud offer to move us but we were already set up

The campground is well maintained, bathrooms and facilities are clean. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Site 188 could use some attention/grading. It is really unlevel and all the tree roots make it hard to find a spot where you can situate the camper and get it level with leveling blocks. We did have an issue all weekend with cabin campers cutting through our site to get to the bath house

Staff was friendly except guy who led us to our site. His face might have cracked if he smiled. Campground clean. Laundry room is nice but needs a bathroom. Internet was the worst I have ever experienced. Need some parking at the pool for those who cannot walk very far. Excellent location to Harper's Ferry and other areas.

I have stayed here many times, but this time we really needed to get work done and tried to use the Wi-Fi and it was not working at all. We got no work done and had to depart early unfortunately. I know that Wi-Fi and Camping don’t necessarily go together, but if we have to work to be able to be there, we must have reliable Wi-Fi.

We had an amazing stay at thr campground. The staff was friendly and helpful when asking questions about the campground and the surrounding area. We can't wait to come back in the future.

The weather was very hot, so it was hard to do anything outside. The only recommendation I would make is to add more umbrellas in the pool area. The half umbrellas are not movable and there just aren't enough umbrellas in general.

Great location with a large clean pool and walking access to the river adventure company. Bathhouse could use a little attention because one shower had no handle and another one had a broken lock. Similar issue in bathroom with stall having broken lock. Friendly staff and large camp store.

Great location and clean, spacious showers. Friendly and helpful people! However, the campsites are too close together. The pool was heated despite it being a 100-degree day, which was not refreshing. Word of caution: the camp store charged $70+ for leveling blocks I found on Amazon for $25. Solid base camp, but bring your own gear and expect tight quarters!

This campground is very clean and organized , staff has been wonderful along with everxthing else . This campground has the best gift shop I’ve seen on the East Cosst so far . You can tell they take great pride in making this campground suitable for all of us . Would definitely recommend to any of my family and friends !

Place is amazing! Very nice staff, amazing facilities, and the pool is huge! Lots of things to do around camp - you definitely won't be bored. Sites aren't all perfectly level, but they also aren't horrible - it's an in-between. The WiFi is pretty much non-existent. We tried it and immediately switched to Starlink - so keep that in mind! Overall, we'll be back for sure! Highly recommended

Enjoyed our visit we would stay again. Nice place well stocked camp store. Employees friendly. Wifi wasn't very strong, as we had to use our phones as hotspots.

Facilities were great, pool, basketball court, game room, etc. what was not ok was the site, very uneven and hard to level up the motor home. Please check with front desk the site before booking…thanks.

The facilities and grounds were very nice. Our lot was extremely uneven and difficult to pull into. We saw a significant number of guests struggle with getting into sites due to the narrow roads and limited space to maneuver.

All and all a very nice campground but leveling was a little difficult and the wifi is horrible. We had a wifi tower two spots over from ours and still couldn't get a decent or consistent signal.

The facility was great. Had rented for 3 nights. After the 2nd night went to my grandsons graduation party. When I returned to the campsite for the 3rd night. I found my campsite was taken by another camper without me checking out. NOT A HAPPY CAMPER!! I was forced to a different and not as good of a campsite.

My site was an easy set up and back in, plenty of room between me and the next camper. I had a nice scenic view from my site which made watching the stars at night while enjoying a campfire, very nice. Everywhere we went at the campground, the staff and other guests were very pleasant. I'll be looking for other KOA sites near other family members in the near future. Thank You very much.

Check-in was very smooth. Staff were very friendly. The pool was huge. The site was spacious.

Compared to other KOA's, this one could take some notes. Weekly activities are severely underwhelming, and it does not seem there is any maintenance for bugs (three summers we have witnessed this). However, the location is perfectly sandwiched between Harper's Ferry and easily accessible areas like Frederick and Shepherdstown.

A beautiful location close to great hikes and history. The team at this KOA are very friendly and the service level is high. Easy to navigate for big rigs. Facilities are consistently clean and well maintained. After the July 4th weekend, the team diligently cleaned every vacated space of debris and the usual camping detritus left by weekenders. In two days camp was back to normal. Put this campground on your must visit list.

Great location. Some spots are a little difficult and be careful of poison ivy. But staff is friendly, bathrooms are clean, and had good amount to do at the campground. (Also just wish the pool had an adults happy hour)
