You guys have steps to get to the cabin k233 that's on the bottom on a hill and I slip and fell down the steps and broke my ankle. You guys should have safer steps.

Things we liked: lots of options other KOAs don't have like the larger pool, arcade, wine/coffee shop. The events were fun but wish they weren't early. Things we didn't like: very dirty bathrooms that never got cleaned. They one by our cabin was out of soap the whole time we were there. They didn't deliver wood to your site like every other KOA has done and they don't pick up trash like other do.

There was so much to do that we could not get to everything! We enjoyed the local area and the shuttle to River Riders was a great added benefit. And we loved the $1 pancakes! But 4 instead of 5 because of the comfort stations; they were not well maintained. Both bathrooms ran out of soap and were not replaced within the 4 days we were there. And every morning 2/3 toilets were clogged.

Campground was covered with litter, internet is unusable, rude staff, no manager on site to talk to. Lots of kids activities, but arcade/Cafe is filthy (there's a piece of salami melted to the carpet under a prize machine that has been there since last time I stayed LAST YEAR). Has potential to be a good park, but obviously has management issues.

Bathrooms were rough. I understand everyone is short staffed. Not upset about it but wanted you to know they need to be cleaned more than once a day. People are gross.

Wonderful stay as always. Good service, nice sites and pleasant staff. Only negative issue that I witnessed was that the pavilion, where they have the pancake breakfast, does not have a ramp or tables to make it accessible for those in wheelchairs or mobile scooters. But when I mentioned it to front desk I was told they are aware and are making steps to correct issue.

I loved that the day is filled with many things to do. Our cabin could have been better. The ceiling fan had a broken blade and couldn’t be used. The door handle was so loose it almost fell off and both the sink and toilet had a leak.

We had a great time and the staff was great! We usually stay about 8 days a year and this time hardly left the site because we are older now and mobility is an issue- when fall comes around we will try 5 days and hopefully can get into town and least once. This was the KOA of 20 years ago I remember when our kids were young. Thanks and great job!

We love Harpers ferry very much. The problem that I had was in the cabin there was leaves, weeds and brush in between the mattresses on the corner and the mattresses were very filthy. Very unsatisfied with the cabin

Stayed in KL05. The smoke detector was in a drawer with no battery along with another drawers knob. The toilet was not secured to the floor. I was told I could wait at my cabin for maintenance to come fix the items. I did not come to the campground to sit in my cabin waiting for repairs, these things should have been done before I arrived. There’s no way the cleaning crew missed these things.

We stayed in one the cabins for my daughter’s graduation at shepherd, I was so perfect. Nice bed and came with all linens and towels soap and shampoos. Definitely recommend

The facilities themselves seem to be aging . Most of the weekend the bathroom was without soap. However, we did enjoy the fellowship and the mini golf and the bounce pillow.

The Harper's Ferry KOA is exceptional! The front desk staff are friendly, the camp store is well stocked and the campground is very nice.

A wonderful time and a great location. We stayed in one of the 6-person cabins with a bathroom with a stand up shower. Plenty of space for a family of 4 with our 2 dogs. Great dog park too! Very clean and comfortable cabin. We were all extremely impressed with how clean the whole inside was and fresh clean bedding and plenty of fresh and clean towels. Will stay again sometime :)

I would love to rate this a 5 star, we have stayed here for Easter and Halloween for the last 15 years. Sometimes a tent, sometimes a cabin... never any issues. Until last weekend (Easter weekend) we rented a cabin, went to bed on a Friday and woke up with bed bugs crawling under us Saturday morning. Our whole Saturday was wasted going to a laundromat and moving all of our belongings.

Easter weekend with the family. First time renting a cabin and it was great! Very clean and the queen bed was comfortable. Plenty of water pressure for showering. We rented k111 and the views were awesome! Only suggestion would be to provide walkway to cabin. There's a bit of a hill and when it rains it's slippery from the parking area to the door. Make them all like k113! We will be back!

Easy check in and friendly lady at the desk. Store is fully stocked and activities were great! The paint party staff lady was not friendly but she was the only frown we saw during our stay.

Location is great and the staff are wonderful. Did not like how close together everything is. We stayed in a cabin and it didn’t feel like they were prepared for such a busy weekend. It would be nice if you were able to get wood at night and have it delivered to your site like other koa’s

We stayed in a deluxe cabin which was clean and well maintained. I appreciated that their were enough towels ready for use for our family of 5. My kids had fun playing mini golf and giant chess. Our biggest complaint is that there needs to be more hooks for hanging jackets, towels, etc. The wi-fi wasn't that great either.

One rest area station was close due power issue. JUMPING PILLOW was close they did not try to inflate it and rep said it is only available in weekend. same with bicycle rental or pancake. nothing was open in weekday and lot of Bumble bees humming in your ear. no kids activity hay track ride, mashmellow or anything, Never ever go on weekdays.

A last minute stay for us due to change in plans. Found the campground in a lovely quiet area. Easy to access off the route we were taking home. Staff very friendly and very helpful. Bathrooms in great condition. Cabin clean and comfy. Will stop here again.

Our deluxe cabin had no hot water and no water at all in the shower. There were zillions of ants and the heat did not work that well. When I let the front desk know they stated that we should not have been given that cabin because there were known issues with it. They said we could move but that would be a lot of trouble. I was thankful for the 1 day credit I was issued.

Standard for a KOA: Not great, but predictable. Gravel pads all around. Some were level, ours was not. Utility connections were not placed well, notably the sewer opening was 8" or so above the ground making it hard since my dump valve is low. Great laundry room with plenty of machines and decent rates.
