Site was very poor. Uneven with roots. No stone so very muddy.

We stayed in a loft cottage. It was clean and great that they furnished linens. Nice playground. Easy distance to the National Park and Harpers Ferry. Take the shuttle from the park to the town and save yourself parking headaches. Only bad thing that happened was someone stole our firewood while we were in town but that is not the campground’s fault, just some dishonest person.

Wonderful visit! Great amenities in the cabin and in the campground with close proximity to Harper's Ferry. We loved the $1 pancakes. Would suggest you throw in a drink though, maybe a choice of OJ or coffee?

We had a great time. Cabins were comfortable and well kept. They were a little tightly placed together but that’s understood. Lots of activities and amenities at the campground. We liked the arcade, pancake breakfast & grapes & grinds. We will definitely come back.

My stay was perfect. Easy check-in/ out process. Deluxe cabin exceeded my expectations with comfy bed, clean linens, towels, space. A/c worked well. Very dog friendly. We enjoyed walking the grounds and nearby parks. Staff and camping neighbors were all great people. Tons of things for kids to do. Can’t wait to return!

The sites are close together. We got lucky as the cabin opposite was unoccupied otherwise it would have felt crowded. The internet only connected for an hour and did not connect for the rest of the weekend. It would have been great if the security showed you to your site like other locations do. We arrived in the dark and had a hard time finding our site as the camp is huge. Great main bathrooms

This was our. First time staying here we stayed in the one room deluxe cabin very. Nice. Plenty to do went to wine tasting lots of. Fun great gift. Shop bought tee shirts and sweat shirt we t to i. Dog. Swim very friendly staff especiallyicial our dog. Enjoyed the pool closing

Based on the nightly stay cost for this cabin, we were very disappointed with the following: Clogged shower drain, Toilet "running" every few minutes, toilet seat unsafely loose, extensive amount of cobwebs/dirt throughout, visible mold in AC units along w/ lesser items such as clock didn't work, temp cont panel needs batteries, tv remote broken. Roughly $1000 for a 3 night stay warrants better :/

Clean and cozy cabin. Lots of amenities in the campground. Super convenient location to Harper's Ferry. Swarms of gnats everywhere, especially on the mini-gold course. Can you spray? Exceptionally friendly staff at registration desk.

Swimming pool was great. A/C directly over the head of the bed was a bit annoying. Looks like updates need to be made to some cabins and area. Staff was extremely nice.

1 of 3 Kitchen lights out. Displays on AC Controls hard to see (did not illuminate, had to use phone to illuminate). Cabin was perfect for elderly customer. Close to many Civil War battlegrounds. Visited Harpers Ferry, Antietam and Gettysburg. Harpers Ferry town is difficult for visitors with walking difficulties.

We had a group of 6. 2 being under the age of 2. Our 2 year old had so much to keep him occupied and happy so mom and dad had a chance to rest.

A/C did not work. Maintenance (Preston) showed quickly, but it take awhile and ultimately had to replace the unit. I was told by the front desk that I had to stay on site while the repairs were being made. This took away from time I was enjoying w/fam @ another site. Overall, probably about 2hrs of evening time around the fire. Floor in cabin needs repair and outside area needs weeding!

The activity staff went above and beyond to entertain our first time camper grandchildren during Pirates and Mermaids weekend. They loved it as they went from one activity to another!

We truly enjoyed our weekend in Harpers Ferry. It was the first time we had booked in a KOA facility. We were there with our sons, their wives and our five energetic grandchildren. The cabins were clean and we appreciated the supply of linens and paper products. The children had so much fun due to the many activities offered by the campground. The staff were friendly and professional.

This campground has grown since my last visit. Lots of fun additions, so much to do! Beautiful pool and the pancake breakfast pavilion was delightful! Can’t wait to come back!

It was good the only thing that I really had a problem with was during the week there's no activities and stuff for the kids to really do all they had to do was the pool and the jumping thing and the girl there should have been activities throughout the week not just on the weekends

We stayed in a Kabin and came with 4 other families. Everyone had an amazing time (once the weather subsided). The kids LOVED the jumping pillow and everyone enjoyed the large pool. Our Kabon was missing an outside mat, the bunkbed room lock was broken so our kid got locked in their panicked, and we had to get her out the window, ceiling fan was unstable, wish the A/C wasn't over the bed.

Cabin could have been cleaner. The bathroom had mold around the facuet and the shower head was falling off the wall. The shower curtian stuck to us when we were trying to shower. Should invest in the bowed shower rod. We dropped a pill under the fridge and when we moved it, well the dust bunnies were plentiful. Staff in the store were nice and helpful.

Campground looks nice but it rained the entire time so we couldn't enjoy it. The employees take awhile to answer phones or to respond to emails. Might go back so we can check out Harper's Ferry.

Friendly staff, management not. All cabins (9) needed minor repairs (clogged sink, ant problems, no a/c, no hot water).Good-they cleaned off mini golf for family tournament)Bad-wouldn't turn on pavilion lights (3) so we could continue to play bingo, no use of refrigeration at pavilion for family meal for 46.Didn't honor free bundle of wood for $20 charge to pick specific cabin that 9 of us paid.

Cabin was spotless we loved it. but crammed in together. Can't imagine how people park their cars when it's busy. We went in January so we had that side all to ourselves. Got woke up at 7:30am by the propane guy who just happened to park directly next to our cabin. He couldn't of parked down the street near his drop-off by the 10 other empty cabins 🙄🙄
