The bathrooms and showers are horrendous. Please fix these…. When we first started coming to Harper’s Ferry they were always clean. Now? Disappointed you no longer offer military discount. You display military flags but no discount? Activities for kids was good….

Very happy with the amenities and on campground things to do. Everyone was super friendly. Site was beautiful. Particular site was very spacious and private.

This is NOT a holiday quality campground. It has major maintenance issues and very dirty. I would not recommend staying here.

The folks working there were super helpful and friendly. They made us feel welcome, and like we were part of a community. Terrific staff!

The +. A women who delivered our firewood was so helpful and would talk and joke with the kids. She said told us she had been working there 2 weeks and titled ambassador. The -. On the site it said a jumping pillow,which the kids wanted, but that was only open certain times and days along with other activities. And the bathroom near us, was closed. I paid extra for a location near it all for what

We love this campground! We stay every weekend during our son’s baseball season due to proximity to his college. The staff has always been amazing to work with and always very friendly! Will will continue to stay here any chance we can. There is a reason it books up fast.

The camp grounds were clean we didn’t use the bathhouse as we had our own . Has a large dog park for ball play. If you need something from the camp store you should have no problem getting something you may have forgot.

The rest area nearest to our cabin was under construction when i inquired at the ofc I was told its down 2 more weeks They offered to upgrade to a cabin with a bathroom for an upcharge but didn’t offer another cabin near the working restroom I don’t think now is the time to remodel a restroom do you?

your prices are to high. It cost us $616 for 3 nites, over $200 a nite is unacceptable. It included a site reservation, again unacceptable. If you collect a deposite, it shouId included a $10 recreational fee per day! What recreation was provided? At 75, I don't think we will be using the jumping pillow. You charge for the pancakes, so that is not included. They weren't that good this time.

Very rude and unwelcoming staff. We were told we would need to turn off our radio at quiet time. By 10:02, all was quiet. A few minutes later, the state police showed up and said we were causing a disturbance. Security told lies to the police officers, after which they made one person leave the campground. A little more courtesy by the staff would have eliminated this problem. We won't be back.

Security people are liars along with whoever the woman was running the office I guess around 10pm on 4/4/26. Been camping for 45 years and have never been thrown out of a campground and to top it off by police which is my profession. They stated they had complaints all weekend but never once came to our sites and spoke to us about it. Saturday most people were gone for the day. More to say but ct

Very convenient to Harpers Ferry. The cabin was great. I was disappointed there were no BBQ facilities. Just seemed to lack any special feel, although admittedly we were there at Easter and the whole place was very quiet.

We stayed for the convenience of assessing all the historical sites and everything we wanted to do. On our way I called the office to see how late they were open because I was worried we were running late. I left a message but never got a return call. Our site had several piles of pet waste laying around. I told the office but nothing was done about it.

There’s not enough room to write my full review on here, but I came down from Maine and spent Saturday night with two of my family members and the lady working the desk Saturday evening and the next morning was incredibly rude for absolutely no reason. She insulted us and would hardly attempt to let us upgrade even though we’re willing to pay more money and hadn’t used our cabin yet..

The campground overall is very nice. The people at the registration desk/store are not welcoming nor friendly. They were poor representation of the camping facilities.

I reserved a delux tent campsite and was given an RV site. 139 should not be for tents. Rocky and slanted and could be run over by RVs 6 ft from your head. Showers had little to no hot water and the pressure was so weak it only came out 6 in from wall. The faucet is 4 in, so it leaves little room to get wet. Of the 6 shower stalls, 1 had no light, 1 had a door that didn't lock, and 1 no pressu

The staff was great. The park and restrooms were clean. I have two request. The store to remain open beyond 5pm. The other request is to have an option for firewood after the store closes since it closes so early.

First, let me say the staff is fantastic. The problem is with the sites. We had a premium back in sight. It was so unlevel I had to have my back tires off the ground when my jacks went down. Very few times have I had to get my extension cord out for my electric, but I had to. Also, the sewer is so far away from the back end of the motorhome and uphill that it was very difficult draining.

Happy the sites were fully operational(water/sewage) in March. Really nice staff, especially the gentleman on the golf cart that gave my pups treats every time he saw them. Site 96 was a mud pit after the rain. Will request a different site next time. Overall the sites were large and all the campers were nice .

The bunkhouse was perfect for our scout troop. Comfortable and clean with lots of tables inside and out. The bathrooms were clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Sites are extremely small and tight. Prices are extremely expensive for the time of year. With KOA rewards, 125.00 a night in the off season is ridiculous. Pool isn’t open, bounce pillow is closed, snack shop/ restaurant is closed. KOA offers nothing in the off season but prices reflect like everything is open. We love HF, but not sure if we will continue to come back.

Compared to other KOA's, this one could take some notes. Weekly activities are severely underwhelming, and it does not seem there is any maintenance for bugs (three summers we have witnessed this). However, the location is perfectly sandwiched between Harper's Ferry and easily accessible areas like Frederick and Shepherdstown.

A beautiful location close to great hikes and history. The team at this KOA are very friendly and the service level is high. Easy to navigate for big rigs. Facilities are consistently clean and well maintained. After the July 4th weekend, the team diligently cleaned every vacated space of debris and the usual camping detritus left by weekenders. In two days camp was back to normal. Put this campground on your must visit list.

Great location. Some spots are a little difficult and be careful of poison ivy. But staff is friendly, bathrooms are clean, and had good amount to do at the campground. (Also just wish the pool had an adults happy hour)
