Park was nice with a good amount of amenities. The deluxe cabin was nice and clean though a little pricey for the beginning of May. Nice indoor facilities and camp store. Plenty of stuff for the kids. We had a good time for our short stay but overall it was a good experience and would stay here again.

The area is absolutely beautiful. I rated a three because our site was not mowed, was very uneven, and the entire campground needed a maintenance upgrade. For the price that we paid for one night stay I would’ve thought it would’ve been better. The pool looked absolutely beautiful, however, we did not use it.

Evidently the dump drain had previously clogged up and overflowed. After it was cleared they spread lime all over the ground.and left it. I got lime all over my shoes and hoses. I do understand putting the lime down but that should have been cleaned up before the next check in. The cable TV reception is terrible and the WiFi is not much better.

Neither ours nor any other tent site we could see actually had level ground. We would have been better off upgrading to an RV site and pitching our tents on that. Would not stop here again if tent camping.

We visited with friends and relatives in Harpers Ferry. The bath house at your resort was very nice and kept after. You have fun amenities. That was our second time there. They should offer military discount.

Service, amenities and cleanliness of our cabin were all great. Our only complaint, which was only really an issue because of inclement weather, was the wifi in our cabin was too weak to be functional. Otherwise this KOA is pretty ideal.

I was very disappointed that the grass was 6-8 high in the campground. We came in on Thursday, and the grass was cut on Monday. Because we were still on the site, they did not cut our grass.

Left and went elsewhere. "Sand tent pad site" was a hill with no clear tent spot, tall weeds, and a hole on the site. Map was wrong. Went for amenities-only mini golf open. Jump pillow deflated, arcade/basketball/craft room locked "because the one maintenance guy felt like leaving early." Saw 4 loose dogs in 2 hrs despite leash rule. Got chased by one when biking. There are plenty of better places

Staff was very friendly. Camp store was one of the best we have been to. Restrooms and showers were clean. Activities were great. The only thing that could have been better was the grass at our site was pretty high. Could have been mowed or trimmed. Otherwise, great stay. Will be back and will recommend to others.

Had a great stay, the lodge we stayed at was showing its age, but was clean. Friendly, attentive staff. Close to the town of Harper’s Ferry and lot of things to do on site and close by.

This was an amazing stay. We have two boys (6 and 3), and the activities planned throughout the weekend - coupled with the arcade, playground, and jumping pillow - kept them entertained the entire time. The evening movie at the theater each night was a huge hit. The campground itself was great, but the staff was what really made the trip. Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful!

We had a pleasant site among the trees with great WiFi service! Campground has lots of amenities, though many were not yet open in April. We camped in a 23 ft trailer.

I paid 99.00 for an upgraded site on line showing a photo of a grassy site with a concrete pad with no dirt. I had one request since my Class C does not have levelers. A level site. I was put on a mud pit, a very worn out site with no grass and it was also an uneven site. All around me were tons of lovely empty sites that were level and not worn out.

Great staff! Roomy lots that require a little leveling. Easy in and easy out! Great area (K-9 camp) for our dogs to roam is huge in size and kept very clean. The entire campground is clean and very quiet.

Very nice, picturesque campground with very nice facilities. This trip, we stayed in a camping cabin -- the cabin was well maintained and nicely furnished. The sofa and bed were very comfortable. The campground staff were very welcoming. Will return with our trailer soon.

Excellent campground. Grounds are well kept and the entire staff is welcoming and very friendly. Ambassador Donna, was extremely helpful and made us feel very welcome.

Tried the pull through spots in the back wooded part of the camp ground for the 2nd time. The spot this time was much more easier to level camper then last time I was assigned spot back there. Weekday rates were much more affordable, better bang for buck than patio sites. My favorite local getaway when I don’t want to travel as far. WiFi was great for teleworking, staff’s always amazing!

Tent sites were ok, but sites were close together, sloped and access was not great (large gravel, roots). Great overall site with good store and family activities.

We had a very good time at the campground. Only complaint I have is that the day that we were due to leave, a worker drove into our campsite, BEFORE checkout time, WHILE WE WERE OUTSIDE ON OUR SITE with a gator to empty our fire pit. I would assume and expect this to be done when the site is empty, not occupied. First time in 40+ years of camping that has happened to me.

Too expensive. We had a standard 30 amp site with no "extras", three nights, and it cost nearly $400. The only reason we stayed there was to be with friends (all of who have the same feelings we do about it now). The closest bathroom was closed, with a sign on it saying that it would be closed, BUT NOT UNTIL AFTER OUR CHECKOUT DATE. We will be finding a new place for next Easter.

We stayed in sute 102 . It was a awesome spot! The camp store is well supplied and if your a wine drinker check out the wine tasting!! Our dog enjoyed the k9 dog park. Everything was very clean.we will be back!

Compared to other KOA's, this one could take some notes. Weekly activities are severely underwhelming, and it does not seem there is any maintenance for bugs (three summers we have witnessed this). However, the location is perfectly sandwiched between Harper's Ferry and easily accessible areas like Frederick and Shepherdstown.

A beautiful location close to great hikes and history. The team at this KOA are very friendly and the service level is high. Easy to navigate for big rigs. Facilities are consistently clean and well maintained. After the July 4th weekend, the team diligently cleaned every vacated space of debris and the usual camping detritus left by weekenders. In two days camp was back to normal. Put this campground on your must visit list.

Great location. Some spots are a little difficult and be careful of poison ivy. But staff is friendly, bathrooms are clean, and had good amount to do at the campground. (Also just wish the pool had an adults happy hour)
