Grounds need lots of work. Trash all over sight, amenities not kept up. Playground needs work. Mini golf not cleaned rocks and leaves all over course.

We enjoyed our stay. I will say that we paid a lock fee for site 10 but were put in site 13. The quality of the site was the same but I think the lock fee should have been refunded to us. I mean what was the point if I can still be placed in any site.

Our stay was fine, except for the campers in lot beside us. They didn't know when quiet time begins. My brother and I had campers that were way to loud at quiet time.

My deluxe cabin 106 far exceeded my expectations. It was immaculate and nicely furnished. The cabin has all the necessities for comfort .

We love KOA harpers ferry, it's close to where we live, ammeities are awesome, always something to do and plenty of activities to keep the kids busy. We tent camp often and just tried a camping cabin, saved a lot of time setting up, had heat/ac and comfortable.

PHENOMENAL facility- we came for Halloween and will be returning every year from now on! great festivities, AWESOME haunted house, amazing staff- THANK YOU FOR MAKING THIS WEEKEND GREAT!!!

Came for Halloween halloweekend. Had great activities and events going on. Loved the comradarie with the other campers. Will return next year.

Nice folks, nice fellow campers and a very enjoyable place. Just minutes from the Charlestown Casino and other areas to shop.

I understand it was a busy weekend we were not happy with being charged extra for a "Pull through site" when we, in fact, could not pull through due to the cramped spaces. We also were unable to park our ONE vehicle at our site because the site was so small, recent surgery made it hard to walk to gain access to our truck. Other people had 2-3 vehicles in the overflow lot so we couldnt park there

Very enjoyable stay with a very welcome attitude from everyone. Couple of things starting to need attention. Hand dryer in men's room not working. Some of the roadway intersections are showing wear and starting to create a bit of a hazard, but nothing serious. Our cabin(129) door was out of whack and did not open and close smoothly, again, just a point of interest, not a problem.

Did not care for site 075. Too small for a 20' TT with one slide out, but this was the last site available. Staff and fellow campers were great!

Stay was great! We had a Delux cabin and loved it! The only suggestion i would make is that then bathtub could have been a little cleaner! Had to clean it before putting my kids in it for a bath!

The lower bathroom was not in good condition. The temperature was very cold, there were soap dispensers that did not work very well, and the only hand dryer in the men's room was not working.

Bathrooms and showers extremely cold. Temperatures in bath building 51 degrees. Location is good for history. Some sites crowded and short.

The cable never worked. Someone came up to work on it but needed a longer cable. Said someone would come back the next day. I waited all day but no one showed and no one called. I called you back on the way home and was told the manager would be told about the situation and some form of compensation would be issued. Again, no one called me back.

we were blown away by the campground , its location and amenities. so much so we added in an extra day and will definitely plan to come back. the other bonus to our visit was discovering how close Harpers Ferry was and taking a 1/2 day to really enjoy wandering around there.

Off season, we enjoyed the peace and quiet and God's handiwork with the fall foliage. Camp store is by far one of the best we have ever been in to. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Look forward to the next time.

Bathrooms could be cleaner. The site was nice in among the trees and easy to hook up the trailer. The campground staff was very nice and helpful. Price was reasonable and location to the National Park was very convenient.

The campsite I had was a little on the tight side. It wasn't very wide to allow for entertaining. The sewer dump was elevated and made it a bit difficult to dump my black tank. Other than that it's a nice campground.

The staff was polite and helpful, the campground was clean an well maintained. The only complaint is the amount of golf carts cruising the campground.

Bathroom stalls did not all lock, soap dispensers did not work properly, ran out of toilet paper Friday and Saturday. No heat in bathrooms or showers. ...other campers constantly walking through our site with complete disregard. Most unlevel site ever experienced.

Terrific scenic location next door to Harpers Ferry National Park. As a “Holiday” KOA there are many activities, but these are only available on the weekends in the off season. Hilly campground so expect to use levelers in every campsite. We arrived Monday afternoon around 5 pm and found the bathrooms to be in horrible shape and mostly unusable (but staff cleaned bathrooms soon after I reporte

The campground is in a great location. It is huge which is not for everyone. I think paying a resort fee on top of the highest nightly charge we’ve paid at a KOA is over the top. At least, it should be optional for those using the resort type facilities.

I arrived after hours but checking in was as simple as it could possibly be. We stayed in a cabin along the side of the big hill and we had a great time as always. We absolutely love the mattresses in the cabins, especially compared to other campgrounds that use thin and uncomfortable ones. The bathrooms were somehow colder than outside, which was kind of odd, but they were clean and well stocked.

Had a great stay. Would love to see more than once a day cleanings in the public restrooms as they were pretty disgusting by 4pm each day, but other than that we had a great 4 night visit and can’t wait for next years visit which will be our 8th year in a row!

Everything is great at this KOA. My only complaint is the phone service to the office is difficult to get through and frustrating. The wi-fi needs help in the campground- but we are camping and that’s really not the point anyway!

We love here. Soo much to do. I would suggest that a shuttle bus drop off to Harpers Ferry would be fabulous! Parking is a pain and walking or biking is strenuous. Also have been to a lot of campgrounds this past year, and have noticed that a greeter escorts you to the campsite and helps with setting up in the site. maybe a thing to consider

I gave it a 5 star because overall the visit was great with no issues except that the sites are just too close together and it's difficult to get to and from the sites. I had a pull thru so getting into it was easy but getting out of it was not. Please consider eliminating some sites in the more crowded areas. Thank you. See you next year.

Very disappointed that one of my favorite campgrounds has gone downhill! Filthy bathrooms and showers that weren’t cleaned all weekend, disinterested, un-knowledgeable staff, limited activities.

Variety of activities for the children, enjoyed viewing all site Halloween decorations, Not happy with extra Resort Fee, or lock in your site fee. Security needed during the quite hours, got those not quite. At 1:00am I was woken by very loud talking and music, or maybe they were trying to sing. Problem was solved once I went to their site and yelled, for being so disrespectful.

Had a really fun time here even though it rained on and off for two days. All the site connections worked, the spot was reasonably leveled. Played some air hockey in the game room, checked out mini golf. Best of all the facilities were clean and it was quiet and peaceful. It's still the off-season so it wasn't very crowded. Lots of historic sites in the area and right next to the National Historical Park.

Beautiful campground within walking distance to Harpers Ferry National Historical Park. Great trails everywhere and a perfect spot to enjoy the outdoors.
