The Positives: All staff members we encountered were helpful, pleasant and efficient. The beds in our cabin were very comfortable and the heating unit worked well. The cabin and bathrooms were very clean. Needs Improvement: Parking for cabin (K127) was very difficult, making loading/unloading a struggle for a lone senior adult with a small child. Stepstools needed at restroom sinks.

Beautiful campground with so much to offer campers. Wonderful and friendly staff who made us feel at home. We will definitely return when we can stay longer.

Nice park and amenities. Cost is very high and will likely consider staying somewhere else next time. We had some friends visit and they had to pay a high amount just to stop by our site for a few hours. Jumping pillow hours were listed but it was not open until at least 30 minutes after scheduled time which was frustrating for all of the kids waiting.

We booked a deluxe cabin , had a very nice weekend . It was very clean and a beautiful view on the patio . Close to the kids activities too.

The campground was 70%+ empty and were told that we had to pay the extra lock in site fee in order to have campsites near each other. This is already an expensive campground and it felt like they were trying to get another $100 out of us. We were not looking to move into different tier of a campsite that costs more or had different benefits. We put this is the requests when we booked.

Despite being yearly guests here, this experience was subpar. The campground was relatively empty yet for a 3 night stay we were given a campsite with large trees on either side of our camper that left us with very little room while 1 night guests came and went around us. The office wanted us to pay extra to be close to others we booked with and took talking to 2 people to get the spring discount.

Older campground with most sites being sloped in some direction. Lots of shade. My site had a loose pedestal connection. Love that it next door to the Harper’s Ferry battlefield and town. A very historical town with some shops and restaurants. Not far from Antietam battlefield.

It was a nice place to stay with my four friends. Bathrooms and showers were clean. No garbage found around our site. We had one group that was a little loud nearby, but they quieted down around midnight. The amenities were well kept and the camp store was stocked nicely as well. Everyone was very friendly.

We love this place. One thing though...the 4 guys next to us in Cabin 5 we SO LOUD at their fire til finally at 115 we went outside and talked to them. I know it says in the brochure quiet at 10pm but honestly few will ever see/read that. Maybe saying something at check in to be mindful of noise at 10pm. We were so tired from driving 9 hours. But at least we didn't have small kids or anything.

Park was nice with a good amount of amenities. The deluxe cabin was nice and clean though a little pricey for the beginning of May. Nice indoor facilities and camp store. Plenty of stuff for the kids. We had a good time for our short stay but overall it was a good experience and would stay here again.

The area is absolutely beautiful. I rated a three because our site was not mowed, was very uneven, and the entire campground needed a maintenance upgrade. For the price that we paid for one night stay I would’ve thought it would’ve been better. The pool looked absolutely beautiful, however, we did not use it.

Evidently the dump drain had previously clogged up and overflowed. After it was cleared they spread lime all over the ground.and left it. I got lime all over my shoes and hoses. I do understand putting the lime down but that should have been cleaned up before the next check in. The cable TV reception is terrible and the WiFi is not much better.

Neither ours nor any other tent site we could see actually had level ground. We would have been better off upgrading to an RV site and pitching our tents on that. Would not stop here again if tent camping.

We visited with friends and relatives in Harpers Ferry. The bath house at your resort was very nice and kept after. You have fun amenities. That was our second time there. They should offer military discount.

Service, amenities and cleanliness of our cabin were all great. Our only complaint, which was only really an issue because of inclement weather, was the wifi in our cabin was too weak to be functional. Otherwise this KOA is pretty ideal.

I was very disappointed that the grass was 6-8 high in the campground. We came in on Thursday, and the grass was cut on Monday. Because we were still on the site, they did not cut our grass.

Left and went elsewhere. "Sand tent pad site" was a hill with no clear tent spot, tall weeds, and a hole on the site. Map was wrong. Went for amenities-only mini golf open. Jump pillow deflated, arcade/basketball/craft room locked "because the one maintenance guy felt like leaving early." Saw 4 loose dogs in 2 hrs despite leash rule. Got chased by one when biking. There are plenty of better places

Staff was very friendly. Camp store was one of the best we have been to. Restrooms and showers were clean. Activities were great. The only thing that could have been better was the grass at our site was pretty high. Could have been mowed or trimmed. Otherwise, great stay. Will be back and will recommend to others.

Had a great stay, the lodge we stayed at was showing its age, but was clean. Friendly, attentive staff. Close to the town of Harper’s Ferry and lot of things to do on site and close by.

This was an amazing stay. We have two boys (6 and 3), and the activities planned throughout the weekend - coupled with the arcade, playground, and jumping pillow - kept them entertained the entire time. The evening movie at the theater each night was a huge hit. The campground itself was great, but the staff was what really made the trip. Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful!

We had a pleasant site among the trees with great WiFi service! Campground has lots of amenities, though many were not yet open in April. We camped in a 23 ft trailer.

I paid 99.00 for an upgraded site on line showing a photo of a grassy site with a concrete pad with no dirt. I had one request since my Class C does not have levelers. A level site. I was put on a mud pit, a very worn out site with no grass and it was also an uneven site. All around me were tons of lovely empty sites that were level and not worn out.

Friendly check in, well stocked store. Our site was nice, but noted that some sites aren't level.

Great location close to historic Harper's Ferry and walking distance to the historic park. The campground has a lot to do but since we were just here one night, all we did was play a couple rounds of mini golf. There's also a pool, gem mining (!) and other games around the property.

The campground is massive. The RV sites are very level. It's really nice. We most definitely want to go back. They have so much to do.ctherr is no such thing as boardom here. My only complaint is we asked what days and times the pancake breakfast started and the coffee shop opened andneither of them started when they said. There just needs to be more communication with the front desk on when things actually open.
