Staff was friendly and helpful. Wifi wasn't great and overall feel is the place is run down. The theater being used as a storage unit, the jump pad being deflated, no balls to play basketball. Seems like the only thing being kept up with is the arcade because it costs more money. We were glad we were only there one night

Everything was great except the bathroom across from the bounce area was very dirty this visit. Other than that, we ALL had a wonderful time.

We had a great time, they had plenty of things for the kids, beautiful dog park, and one of the nicest camp stores Ive ever been to. We barely left they have everything you need right at the campground.

The staff was very friendly and professional. The bathrooms and showers, however, were not clean thus I would struggle recommending this campground to someone.

Staff was great. We had a small water issue after a down pour. They were there and solved our issue very quickly. I will be making next year's reservation very soon.

We had such a great time at the Harpers Ferry KOA! The grounds were well kept and had lots of fun activities for our young children. The staff was helpful and friendly. We felt at home and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be back soon!

We have been coming to HF KOA for several years now in our motorhome to begin our summer camping.This is the first time we were disappointed with our stay.Here is a few reasons why 1.The men's bathroom closest to the office was very dirty.Feces in toilets and on the walls. My husband took pictures and showed management..It remained that way for 2 days 2.The wifi service terrible was always grea

Stay was good didnt like the site 50 to close together. park beside us was a big RV camper with barking dogs. Went they left their camper.

Overall it was a positive experience. The people were friendly and was a great environment. Our biggest issue was internet. I totally understand about being there for camping but we also wanted to give our girls experiences of local things and for most part we couldnt connect or even text. Food was great and there was so much to do on the campground. Thank you!!!!

Lots of amenities. Clean resttroom. Sites are tight. Nice pool. Had a $10.00 resort fee each day. Friendly staff.

The cabin and camp grounds location is great and this is the second time I’ve stayed here, the camp store staff was great. However, the bath house was horrendous. All of the toilets on the men’s side were clogged trash was thrown every where not to mention the dumpster outside was overflowing.

I noticed the bathrooms, activity areas both indoors and the playground weren't as clean this trip versus the past. Not used to that rundown and unkept look at a KOA. Some bathrooms were out of order during our stay. Looking forward to a cleaner experience next time. The staff was helpful and friendly.

We had a great stay at camp. We love all the activities and amenities. One comment - The restroom/shower house could really use a deep clean and more frequent restocking of soap and TP.

This is a very nice campground with nice activities for kids and adults. Lot 39 is a nice and leveled pull-thru site, so it made life easier. However, the roads between each row of campsites were more narrow than expected. The reason for the 3 star rating was the poor communication during the reservation process and changing an existing reservation. Price changes not discussed but happened.

This was our second visit with our oldest grandson. Absolutely. Love this campground and the activities they have for kids. The pool is always clean. The theater every night is a big hit. Everyone is very friendly.

The cabin was clean and the blackout curtains were a lovely addition, but the rest of the campground seemed dirty and not kept up. A few unfinished projects in common areas that we remembered from last year. Bathrooms out of toilet paper. For as busy as the campground was, the bathrooms should have been checked more often throughout the day to stock them. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The assigned rv site was very small and tight for the size of our camper. If all the sites around me were full, I would not have been able to get into or out of the site. The bathrooms were very crowded, dated and dirty. The pool was nice. For the price, I was expecting more.

Love this campground! Grew up going here and came back with friends. Only thing I was upset about was the pancake breakfast. It used to be real pancakes and bacon on the griddle. However, I could tell both were microwave which was disappointing. Otherwise had a great time!

Enjoyed our stay. Very convenient to visit Harpers Ferry National Park. Very nice pool with lots of chairs and umbrellas for shade. Mini golf course could use some updating and bathrooms nice but could be cleaned more often.

A staff member walked around the pool asking about a vehicle parked on the side where there are not any no parking signs listed. He threatened me that the tow truck was called.

Stayed on site 152. Was disappointed at quality of all sites in this area; described as gravel but poorly maintained, tables old and overall sites not up to standard we see at other KOAs. Front of this place well maintained; back looks like completely different place. Hoping attention and money invested in future.

We were in site 030. Our cable was not coming in clear at all. We called the office and were told they would send someone right over. After waiting 1 1/2 hrs, we called again. We were then told the part they needed was broken and it would be the next day before they could get the part. No one ever showed up to our site. We paid over $100 a night, things should work properly.

Showers were not as clean as we expected. My Son showers in the am and I shower in the pm. When there is hair in the drains both, they hadn't been cleaned. Bathrooms top priority.

Over all a great week. Well run campground. Weekend was quite busy and understandable that bathrooms get dirty but midweek (half capacity) cleaning maintenance was poor( one of three toilets inoperative and little cleaning took place)

The pool is very nice, but most of the sites are pretty unlevel, roads in the old section are TERRIBLE and the floor in front of the cafe counter is filthy! I did get a smoothie from the cafe, but was worried about the lack of cleanliness , so I never went back. My husband said that every time he used either men’s room, they were filthy, although the Ladies rooms that I used were clean.

We have been coming to the campground for many years now. We Have become increasingly disappointed in the kids activities. To show a chocolate slip and slide on your website and then have nothing was a big let down. The kids activities were what had us coming back to your campground but without them we may be looking elsewhere.

Great location close to historic Harper's Ferry and walking distance to the historic park. The campground has a lot to do but since we were just here one night, all we did was play a couple rounds of mini golf. There's also a pool, gem mining (!) and other games around the property.

The campground is massive. The RV sites are very level. It's really nice. We most definitely want to go back. They have so much to do.ctherr is no such thing as boardom here. My only complaint is we asked what days and times the pancake breakfast started and the coffee shop opened andneither of them started when they said. There just needs to be more communication with the front desk on when things actually open.
