We had the best time staying at Battlefield KOA! All family and friends were equally happy with their accommodations as well! The best part was watching the grandchildren have so much fun. Thank you so much!!

We are a group of former summer camp staffer that do an annual tubing trip. Combined we have almost 75 years of camp experience and we LOVE staying at the KOA because we don't have to worry about ANYTHING! Always a great time.

Super disappointed our power went out several times just along our row of campers. They were quick to fix but it should be fixed to handle the load being put on it so it's not a continuous problem. Super inconvenient and way too hot to have the power going out on us

there’s was a lot of fun things to do at the campsite. the only thing I didn’t like was the bathroom house. they weren’t the cleanest, definitely could use some more TLC. other than that. i’d give 10/10 and will definitely be returning

Very nice facilities! We enjoyed very much. Bathrooms clean and close by. Pool was nice. Great location to go to Harper’s Ferry or other adventures.

Great campgrounds for families. Sites are tight though - my back end was 8 ft from a cabin. Uncomfortable as I have a truck camper, and that is my doorway facing the cabin. Site was unlevel and not flat. But like I said, if you have kids, great place, lots of activities planned. Huge pool.

Have stayed with you before. Like your KOA but reason for rating is that your facility is tight for big rigs. Turns are tight on corners. Our sight was narrow and not very easy to get into and it was a pull through. Charging a mandatory resort fee does not seem right for those of us who do not use the amenities. Use your wrist bands to monitor use. Good staff.

Compared to other KOAs, this campground needs lots of upgrades and general maintenance. There was no handicap parking near the pool. The activity center and ice cream shop are dingy, dirty, and very outdated. The grass at the camp sites had not been cut in a couple of weeks. The pool is nice; however, the closest bathroom to the pool is away from the pool and up a flight of steps.

I often stay at this koa and everything is nice and well maintained. However this stay, following a holiday, it was a mess. The showers and bathrooms were horrible, not cleaned until my 3rd day there. I was there Sun - Thurs. Whoever finally had to clean them deserves a raise, they were really bad. Management just needs to plan on more staff available on holiday weekends. I still love this camp

Some area need attention. Bathrooms and showers could be cleaner and modernized. Staff was outstanding and very helpful. A tad more attention to the details would make this park great.

The man cutting the grass consistently miss large spots sloppy job. The rest rooms were disgusting dirty. Is this a new KOA standard? They weren’t like that last year.

Nice KOA, plenty to do for the children. Stayed on the July 4th weekend, friendly staff, nice pancake breakfast. Sites were a little small. Needs two dog parks for the size. Dog park was nice, but had to cross large hot parking lot to get to.

Love the place however, they need to cut the grass at the sites. No reason why our site along with my other grass was high and the weather was nice so no excuse. Was not happy about the high grass at our site. Also, they need to dump the dog poop stations. Disgusting smell and fly, as everyday I walk my dog and throw their poop bags and was a horrible smell with the amount of poop bags

Very convenient to Harpers Ferry which is what we wanted. Loved the National Park! We didn’t use any of the amenities, but the pool looked refreshing. The roads in the park are in terrible shape…

Overall very nice. Pool was great, put put was also very good and our rv site worked well. There were some low voltage issues which was a bit of an issue, probably due to so many air conditioners running. The power infrastructure probably needs an upgrade. We missed the volleyball court that used to be there.

We had a wonderful time. is was our second year and everyone was very pleasant and the property was maintained very well. Plenty of activities and the pool was terrific. We would love to come back next year, but we noticed the rates have gone up way high next year. This year it cost us a $1000. So unfortunately, we will be unable to come back next year. It shows $1500 next year.

The park was beautiful and very clean. My only concern was how all the campers were packed in like sausages! There is no room to enjoy your campsite!

We paid quite a large amount of money and were not provided with the amenities we were promised. 2 of the chairs were broke, which when reported were repaired immediately. However, our site was supposed to have a double glider which I asked about twice and was told they could not provide one for our site. I feel that we should be credited something for this. Thank you.

Was not happy that the pool closed permanently for the day after lighting and thunder early in the afternoon ( open back up after 30 min as state standards), the pillow was only open for very limited hours, nothing of the such mentioned on the website when booking. More washers/dryers broke then working!

Loved our stay, only wished we could have stayed longer. Some feedback for future, the firewood we paid for was not great, it didn't seem dry, so it smoked a ton and didn't burn. We did complain and got a second bundle, which was equally bad, and were unable to get the fire going even with a fire starter. Everything else was great including little coffee shop on site, the pool was the perfect temp

Internet did not work most of the time. Cable TV was very fuzzy and did not have the stations that were listed on the updated list that we got at the registration desk, so it was not accurate. Essentially had to use a hotspot for the Internet and did not watch TV. Campsite was nice and level. Very nice grounds and well maintained. Pool was very nice. Overall, a very nice campground but no internet

Terrible internet- really really bad. I need to work on the road and that was brutal. sites way too close together. Dirty laundry room. Bathroom had 2 out of 6 stalls broken. Several area not handicapped accessible at all. No handicapped accessible bathroom in the main bathroom area.

Great location close to historic Harper's Ferry and walking distance to the historic park. The campground has a lot to do but since we were just here one night, all we did was play a couple rounds of mini golf. There's also a pool, gem mining (!) and other games around the property.

The campground is massive. The RV sites are very level. It's really nice. We most definitely want to go back. They have so much to do.ctherr is no such thing as boardom here. My only complaint is we asked what days and times the pancake breakfast started and the coffee shop opened andneither of them started when they said. There just needs to be more communication with the front desk on when things actually open.
