The best bathroom in a koa, pls keep up the cleanliness

The staff is VERY friendly. The amenities are wonderful. The sites are very crowded. I love everything about this campground except the crowded sites.

Beautiful campground. Appreciated that the store was so well stocked and open such long hours. We were here about 20 years ago with friends and still just as nice.

This was our very first stay at KOA, and my family absolutely loved it! I initially expected a typical campground experience, but KOA exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, it was clear this was more than just a place to pitch a tent—it was a destination filled with fun, community, and thoughtful amenities.

Location - great. Staff - great. My RV Spot - poor. so downhill off side to side I could not get it level. Trees - Lovely, except when you have to navigate around them pulling a 42ft 5th Wheel RV. WIFI - Great! Water Pressure - Awesome

I was very impressed with your campground. Everything was great until people started showing up with golf carts and atv. There were headlights shining into our campsite, drinking while operating vehicles and speeding. I thought that they were not allowed on KOA properties.

The cabin was not cleaned very well. I found dog food and a pill under the bed. It was late I cleaned the cabin. I am disabled so instead of having to move everything to possibly a new cabin I just cleaned it. I did inform registration.

Office staff was wonderful. Our site was unoccupied when we arrived at 10am, so they let us set up early. The back section of the campground is a little tired. The showers were fine, but I expected more in the way of maintenance from a KOA. shower rooms had cobwebs at the ceilings and the floors needed to be cleaned more often. We had a hard time getting our van level in the back-in site.

We had another great visit! However, 2nd time the trampoline wasn’t up so our grand daughter was disappointed but we moved on quickly to something else. Pool is alway clean, Staff is always friendly. We have been coming here for years when our son was young and now back with our grand daughter.���

The site we had was way too small. Big rigs all crammed into small sites with not shade. Road to these sites too small.

sites are very close--especially for large motorhomes/5th wheel campers. Office staff VERY friendly & helpful. GRASS NEEDS CUT BEFORE SITE IS OCCUPIED! There is no reason to have grass 4 inches ABOVE the ankle! Would prefer NO "resort fee" as we did NOT participate in any activity. Maybe charge resort fee to those wishing to participate in activities and provide them with a colored band.

We had the best time with our grandson. Thanks to the employee who answered the phone on Sunday (8/17), I called from Pa our trailer had blown a tire on the RV Sitting on the side of the road I called and told her my problem-were any cabins open? She hooked us up at cabin K103, which worked out fine, we continued our adventure. Loved the pool, mini golf, breakfast pancakes great staff. thanks

Excellent campground with convenient amenities. The campground was booked last minute for one day. We enjoyed our limited stay and will return on another trip when we have more time to enjoy the local area.

I need more than 400 characters to tell you what I found disappointing about this KOA. No escort to site; site felt like we were located in a storage area; site nowhere near level; pizza coupon received at checkin wasn't accepted; 10 min. wait to order pizza, 25 min. wait to get pizza (after asking). WiFi didn't work. I would expand on all this, but you don't provide space.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Restrooms were not cleaned and restocked daily. Would suggest movie night daily.

Had a awsome time. Plenty of activities for the kids to do. The staff their are super friendly. The only thing I think they should enforce is helmets for all kids riding their bikes!!!! But other then that i highly recommend this KOA!!

Great lodging, great option to be near others in ny group, pleasant and helpful registration staff, amazing pool (but wish it stayed open just a bit later since no lifeguard is present anyway), but there were a lot more wasps this summer compared to previous summers.

Your sites are a bit too tight for my liking. Your cable tv service and Wi-Fi are very poor. I will say that your staff is terrific and your campground is well kept and very clean.

The campground was nice but the WiFi and cable were terrible. We were able the get one channel on the cable and WiFi kept dropping. The price was very high. Over $110 per night. Higher on weekends.

Large wasp nest on property. My kid got stung. Pool is nice. Cabin was nice. Basic but clean. weekend pancakes were good. Store was stocked with stuff. this KOA is close to many grocery stores and restaurants within a 10 =15 minute drive. I like that they send out texts to remind you of the activities.

Would Stay again, but I think there needs to be closer bathrooms to the cabins that do not have bathrooms. I found it shocking that there was bathrooms located near the rv sites and the cabins that had bathrooms but not near the ones that didn’t have bathrooms. That was very disappointing

We loved the facility and the amount of amenities provided and will be back. However, the sites we had for 40ft motorhomes were very uneven and made it hard to get parked. Some in our party were so close together they couldn’t open compartment doors. We also were kind of turned off by how agressive the 10pm curfew was that you couldn’t even sit outside and enjoy yourself

when you book a site and make a payment the site should be locked in. you should not be required to pay 30.00 to lock in that site.

We had a fantastic stay - great activities and options, loved the convenience of the store. The “rustic” campgrounds left a lot to be desired - they could be cleaned up and made much nicer to accommodate tent campers. The only options were rocks or dirt, no real pad.

This was our first time camping in a park that wasn't a small privately owned park and we loved it! The feeling of a "resort" was well done. The amenities were outstanding. It was very clean and the employees were very friendly and helpful. We are looking forward to our next visit.

The whole time which is almost a week we stayed the restroom was not cleaned at all. We looked at another location in the same campsite and it is the same thing. It so happened that the one closest to the office stalls were really dirty and it was really gross.

We love the Harper’s Ferry KOA! Usually winter campers we wanted to come in the summer for a different experience. The huge pool was great and we love the new patio sites, although some are way too close together. Choose your site carefully! Harper’s Ferry KOA is one of our favorite campgrounds and we cannot wait to return!!

Compared to other KOA's, this one could take some notes. Weekly activities are severely underwhelming, and it does not seem there is any maintenance for bugs (three summers we have witnessed this). However, the location is perfectly sandwiched between Harper's Ferry and easily accessible areas like Frederick and Shepherdstown.

A beautiful location close to great hikes and history. The team at this KOA are very friendly and the service level is high. Easy to navigate for big rigs. Facilities are consistently clean and well maintained. After the July 4th weekend, the team diligently cleaned every vacated space of debris and the usual camping detritus left by weekenders. In two days camp was back to normal. Put this campground on your must visit list.

Great location. Some spots are a little difficult and be careful of poison ivy. But staff is friendly, bathrooms are clean, and had good amount to do at the campground. (Also just wish the pool had an adults happy hour)
