Everything was great except the mosquitos. This is the first KOA campground that I have stayed in that had mosquitos this bad.

Came up for the weekend to celebrate my daughter's birthday. Campground has nice pull-thru, level sites. Little close for my liking, but usual KOA size sites. Need to fix the road leading to site # 32 where we were. Great facilities and activities!

I hate saying this, but this was the worse KOA we’ve stayed at, and the most expensive, with it being a Holiday/KOA. When we arrived, it looked like the lawn hadn’t been mowed in over two weeks. When we got to our site, the camp side was half mud and half overgrown grass. We couldn’t even have a campfire, because the overgrown grass was so buggy. Also, no internet. I can’t believe KOA allo

On Mon July 21, Trash dumpster overflowing. Toilet in mens restroom in registration office was plugged and water full to top. Staff in office sold a pool pass to a woman when the pool was closed for cleaning. The woman wanted a refund. But staff was arguing with her about the refund. Dont know if she got a refund or not. Grass was getting tall and needed mowing.

I have a smaller rig, but it needs to be level due to it being an Aliner popup. The site had lots of roots, sloped, which wouldn’t have been a problem except it also had erosion. Much of the site was unusable, but we made it work with multiple blocks for the one night that we were there. I would not have wanted the site for a multi night stay.

The layout is good. The WiFi was horrible, which made the fact that cell service was pretty poor even worse as WiFi Calling was mostly worthless. It seemed like the lawns around the camps had been let grow too long especially with the added rain, which made the grass very long! I'm not sure what can be done but the bugs were very bad, which may have been enhanced by the long grass!

Grass was not cut on site, old railroad ties used to tier site levels are falling apart and dangerous when walking between sites to neighbor site. Power went out several times over the weekend and at hottest temperature times leaving AC not running in camper. Probably our least favorite KOA to visit but we like the Harpers Ferry area and have few other options.

We had a large group and everyone had a great time. The cabins were clean and all close together and all the amenities were available throughout the campground! Always a great time in Harper's Valley!

We love staying here but I didn’t like how the grass was not cut on the site when we arrived and the flower beds are over grown on one side of the fire pit. We usually camp in a group and we all would not have been able to fit around the campfire if the group would have come. I feel like the campground is not being groomed and for the cost of the site it really should not have tall grass.

We were very disappointed in the cabin. First, the inside was disgustingly dirty with dust, spiders, webs, and even old gum. The majority of the uncleanliness was on the bunk beds. We had trouble sleeping due to our allergies acting up. Also, there is enough space under the door for critters and snakes to come in!! I have stayed here often since I was 19 but sadly, will probably not return.

Great stay, I enjoyed many of the KOA weekend activities. Liked the close proximity to several national parks. Only drawback was my Tmobile internet service was spotty.

Wonderful staff members! They were very helpful on my very first camper/rv trip. Special shout outs to Marjorie and Chris Hewitt! Another special thanks to the lady in the coffee shop for the BEST cup of coffee I think I’ve ever had. Great place for kids and families. I will come again, but maybe during another cooler season when it’s not so crowded.

This campground has so many amenities for kiddos and adults too. But even more appealing, is the staff. They are above and beyond friendly and accommodating. We have had 2 prior experiences with other KOAs and were not wow-ed. However, after visiting the Harper's ferry KOA, we are hooked. Thank you so much to the staff!

Worst stay at any KOA campground. Amenities state cable and wifi neither worked. When I complained was greeted by 4 goons at 9pm at our site. Lou and Chris verbally attacked me and traumatized my 7 and 10 year old grandsons. Was supposed to stay for 2 nights only lasted1. Never again here. Chris and Lou should be fired.

Dirty laundry facilities with many machines out of order, Electric power would go out multiple time a day , large potholes, coffee shop opened up 30 minutes later than posted time

Bathrooms was very dirty with pup in the toilet for days. I don't think they clean it every day. A lot of nasty mold in the showers and floor. I was very disappointed. For The money we paid I was expecting at least clean Bathroom and showers. Grass was very high and a lot of bugs on the grass. I couldn't even walk my dogs on the grass. Never again I would stay on this place.

It’s a great place to stay. The sites were roomy enough for my 38ft trailer. We got in late and it was raining. The “night ambassador “ was there to help and did a fantastic job! The staff was very engaging and friendly. Great place, great customer service!

We had a beautiful semi private lot with a patio, landscaping, chairs, and table. The park was very well maintained - grasses were mowed and no garbage in site. The folks at the registration desk couldn't have been nicer or more helpful either. We enjoyed the pool and our pups liked the dog park as they had room to run untethered. Great place to take your family!

What an awesome campground. There was so much to do! The staff were so friendly and actually remembered our names whenever we saw them. I have been wanting to stay at this location for some time and could not wait to get there. Upon arriving, we found out we made a mistake and weren't supposed to be there until the next day; they were so helpful and found a cabin for us. Can't wait to go back

We stayed in a "deluxe" cabin this time instead of camping. It was fine really-it's tight, but fit the needs! Other than the air conditioner-It made loud pops and spit small pieces of debris onto us (our bed), but, other than that, everything is lovely. Pool is clean, sites are clean, trash is taken regularly and the staff are top 10. We love this KOA!

We have stayed here with a group of friends about 6 times a year for the last 4+ years and each trip has been great! From the friendly staff, kid friendly events, pool, and peaceful settings. We love this place and will continue to come back for many years to come!

Clean, can see a few upgrades since last year. Sites are still small (in width). Perhaps paint the sewer connections a bright color to make them easier to see for late arrivals. Was disappointed in cafe. Went in to get the pizza/wings special. Pizza was not correct, only had buffalo option (not good if you cannot do spicy). Staff was working soooooo slow! Not much mermaid/pirates theme.

Had an enjoyable stay. The site we chose was fairly level, friendly staff, nice neighbors, and quiet at night. The restrooms near the office were clean as well the pool. Our only suggestion: It would be nice if a lane could be roped off for lap swimming. Too many people in the pool standing around drinking.

The bathrooms need to be cleaned more often throughout the day. The bathrooms in the tent area were out of soap all afternoon. As far as activities, please have options that don’t cost so much money. This was our first stay at this KOA. The camp store was well stocked, and we loved the $1 pancake breakfast, along with the onsite coffee shop. Other campers were very respectful, which says something about this location and those who stay here. Our full hook up pull through worked great for us and we are excited to stay here again. The employees were very helpful and knowledgeable!

I think this is a good park for families. The roads are tight . I had a heck of a time leveling, but I think there’s a lot there for families kids love it. I enjoyed seeing the Canon fire.

Very nice campground and the staff were very friendly. Internet service was almost non existent on either the KOA net or on my T-Mobile modem. Not very many restrooms or trash receptacles. My power went out twice on the hotest day.

Overall, wonderful stay though it rained majority of the time and we could utilize the amenities much. Had one disappointing interaction with guest services when what I assume was a manager had an overly aggressive response to a question. The younger lady that was helping me was very kind through the entire check-in process! Check-out guest services were also kind and helpful! (Different people)

The amenities were good and the RV park was clean. The only problem that I have is on Friday somebody from your staff chased us inside of our RV and it was only 10 o’clock. We were not making any noise I say this because on Saturday, we were out at our site until after midnight and no one bothered usthat perplexed us as to why that happened we were in sight 89. Also that site was extremely busy

Great location close to historic Harper's Ferry and walking distance to the historic park. The campground has a lot to do but since we were just here one night, all we did was play a couple rounds of mini golf. There's also a pool, gem mining (!) and other games around the property.

The campground is massive. The RV sites are very level. It's really nice. We most definitely want to go back. They have so much to do.ctherr is no such thing as boardom here. My only complaint is we asked what days and times the pancake breakfast started and the coffee shop opened andneither of them started when they said. There just needs to be more communication with the front desk on when things actually open.
