Great 4 day stay. Staff was very helpful when we had an issue with our camper and responded immediately. We love this campground. This was the 6th time we stayed here and will keep coming back.

Everything was amazing except construction on the cabin next to us at 7AM-8AM. By 8 AM it was done, could have easily started at 8 or later. Or even a warning at check in would have been nice.

Very nice campground, and located near the national park and lots of historical areas. The campground is clean, bathrooms and laundry area very nice.

Lots of litter on ground around cabin. Heavy Cabin door dragged making it difficult to use. Bathrooms could have been cleaner. Pool area very clean and nice. Week after Labor Day- most ammenities were closed or on limited hours. Outdoor breakast pavilion was good. Dog park gates high off ground. 1 of my dogs went under and found her way to the busy canpground entrance. Overall excell

We were at the KOA over Labor Day weekend with all sites full. We were in what appeared to be an older section of the campground, with narrow old asphalt roadways and tight campsites. While many campsites had extra guests, the overall feeling while crowded and tight for driving seemed well-managed and functional. The campground is very close to the NPS visitor center and shuttle to Harpers Ferry.

The sites at the KOA are extremely close together. Quiet hours were not observed. Also there was a horrific dead fish like smell in the trash can by the restrooms/showers and maggots were crawling on the trash can. We had to ask staff to take care of this. Better and regular maintenance of bathroom areas is needed. Other than that nice campground with many activities offered.

Person policing the camp ground was incredibly nasty and rude. Site was small with other campsite sewer literally in our front yard. Not fun sitting in front of your camper with someone’s poop flushing beside you.

Nice park. Price is too high for the site we had. The site was uneven and the tree on the left needs to be trim back it was hard getting in with the branch growing out like it is. The first site we were giving was even worst. But the staff was very nice and friendly.

Very nice and clean facilities. Had a nice pull through spot. Location to Harpers Valley was excellent, just around the corner. Staff - very friendly, camp store well stocked for last minute items. Always one camper(s) that has no respect for the quiet, if you want to watch TV on the outside of the camper "stay home". Other then that enjoyed the stay.

The campground staff need to do better at informing campers to pick up after their pets. This was the worst campground we have visited for pets going to the bathroom and it not being picked up. Also so many dogs not in leashes throughout the weekend. The baby pool was pretty dirty and needed cleaned. We we disappointed as this was KOA appreciation weekend and the campground had several issues

Lots of activities for kids (adults too). Check in was smooth, grounds were well cared for, store was well stocked. Very convenient to Harper’s Ferry. We plan to come back.

Not big camper friendly at all. We were not able to pull into a pull thru site. We had to back up a hill into it. There were several other larger campers in the same predicament. Luckily the row we were in did not have any campers in front of it. Otherwise none of us would've fit. The turn radiuses are too tight and would be impossible if every site were full.

This KOA scores on every checkbox. Staff is friendly and knowledgable. Grounds are clean and maintained beautifully. Services and amenities are top notch and readily available. Loved the pancake breakfast, we will return again and again.

Although cable tv is shown as available, row 174 to 192 doesn't have it. Credit for our Saturday appreciation nite was given at our Wednesday rate...20.00 less than Saturday ???? we do love the campground and area though.

We encountered a few issues during our stay. Although site 197 was stunningly beautiful, it had a significant issue: it was unlevel by 8.5 inches to the left. This unevenness required a lot of extra setup and ultimately caused damage to our camper when we attempted to remove the additional equipment needed to make the site usable. The staff we encountered was amazing and very helpful!

This was our second, and last, visit. Again, we were placed on a terrible site when there were loads of nice, vacant sites all around. This time the site was literally on a hill. Also, unadvertised pet fee is unacceptable.

I had a premium site, and it had so many weeds around patio and fire ring. The water hook up leaked at the top of the handle, I reported it, and it never got fixed. Most sites are hard to get into and out of. The roads are awful. Dumpster filled up so fast and only got emptied 1 time in my 8-night stay. There is no escort to your, site and many had to circle around numerous times.

Our stay was great like always! We usually stay here about 6 times a year and we always have a great time. The staff is excellent and super friendly, the grounds are well maintained and when an issue does arrive the staff springs into action and takes care of it. Any one looking for a relaxing and well maintained camp grounds, you can never go wrong at Harpers Ferry KOA!

I saddened that we will be avoiding this campground in the future due very bad experience twice, once with reverse polarity on reserved site, second time a obviously dead tree hanging over camper with impeding storms coming. This was also a reserved spot and wanted us move to worse spot, so after just one night we went home.

It would be nice if they would gravel some of the sites that need it. We stayed at 164 and was a dust bowl because of lack of rain. When you do sand art you almost need 2 people doing it. They ran out of the colors that they offered. Rushed us during ceramic painting, and rushed during tye dye.

This is a very clean campground. The staff was very polite ,and friendly.. This is one of my favorite campground. We come twice a year. I would definitely recommend anyone to come and visit. There is alot for kids to do, as well for adults to do

The stay was excellent. The personnel were polite and helpful. Surprised the office/store was open till 10 PM. The activities kept the whole family busy enjoying them. The size of the KOA campground was the largest one I been to, and I been to quite a lot of KOAs throughout the USA. Plan on going back in the near future.

Site needs some work - very unleveled and way too much dirt Roads need to be done througout the park way too many huge holes

Compared to other KOA's, this one could take some notes. Weekly activities are severely underwhelming, and it does not seem there is any maintenance for bugs (three summers we have witnessed this). However, the location is perfectly sandwiched between Harper's Ferry and easily accessible areas like Frederick and Shepherdstown.

A beautiful location close to great hikes and history. The team at this KOA are very friendly and the service level is high. Easy to navigate for big rigs. Facilities are consistently clean and well maintained. After the July 4th weekend, the team diligently cleaned every vacated space of debris and the usual camping detritus left by weekenders. In two days camp was back to normal. Put this campground on your must visit list.

Great location. Some spots are a little difficult and be careful of poison ivy. But staff is friendly, bathrooms are clean, and had good amount to do at the campground. (Also just wish the pool had an adults happy hour)
