Sorry but we will not longer stay there after many years, the price for night is out of control. There was a day when we stayed 3 nights and got one free. You uset o give wood and tablecloths, none of that. The store is so over priced even at 50% off ! We are finished coming there. We stayed at 106 and our group could not believe how uneven the sites were, our 50 amp service didn't work !

Excellent activities and amenities - only negative is the Wi-Fi is unusable when the park is busy, and there’s limited cell reception- so prepare to be off grid!

I am a KOA member during the booking process I had received emails that if I purchased 2 days the 3rd day was free, that was not the case. The bathrooms and showers were not cleaned and the toilet paper was not replenished on both Sunday and Monday. For the price of my stay the services were serious lacking. I did not renew for next year.

The Koa had a lot to do, was located in an area close to thighs to do, and the store had everything we forgot to pack.

the women's bathrooms never seemed to be cleaned or restocked with toliet paper as well as 1 of the 3 stalls never had a way of locking the door for the toliet.

Very well maintained campground. Excellent activities for the Halloween Weekends. The only down side to KOA is that it costs you $30 each to pick campsite next you your family/ friends. I haven’t seen that fee at any other campground I’ve been too.

Stay was good, site was great. My only complaint is that the internet wifi connection was terrible to say the least. I work on the road, so I really wasn't able to do anything at all for the three days I was there. It was kind of relaxing not being able to get online. If I had deadlines it would have been frustrating to say the least. Staff was all very kind and courteous.

There were fun activities in the campground, but the pancakes and breakfast were horrible and the bathrooms were disgusting and the water pressure really bad. We have been to other KOA’s where the facilities were much better kept.

Our stay was wonderful. We have multiple extended family members staying during the same Halloween weekend and we always book a year in advance. This year I was totally stunned by the increased rates for next year. The rate went from $260/night to $460/night! I honestly thought it was an error. The employee seemed surprised also by the steep increase but confirmed the new rate!

The park is not design friendly to larger motorhomes. Nice people, nice amenities but way, way overpriced. We have stayed in some of the nicest parks in the US for half the price. Sorry, this one is off the tour list for us.

We loved the campground and all the amenities provided. We enjoyed the wooded areas where we were located, the weekend breakfasts, the movie, the outdoor sinks, and the festive fall promoted by the decoration and costume contests and the trick-or-treating. This year was really bad for the squash (stink) bugs and we learned many dozens can get in when the slides are retracted (glad to have a vac).

My site 111, was unlevel 4.5 inches side to side and 8.5 inches front to back. Electric required 35 feet of my power cord. Water required all 50 feet of my hose. Worse of all, sewer was no only 25 feet, but was up hill and useless. My neighbor's fire pit was 4 feet from my side wall. i am a long time RVer and can deal with them but shouldn't have to at this price.

This was the perfect first camping experience for my 10 year old daughter. Halloween brought lots of extra fun to our stay!

We had a great time. Our group has been doing the Halloween weekend for 15 years. We think it is getting very expensive , giving the price increase for next year and needing to buy 3 nights to get 1 free when it use to be buy 2 nights to get 1 free.

All the staff are so nice and helpful! The haunted house is a highlight for us every year! Even though our kids are getting older there's still something for them to do all the time. We just love coming back here after year.

Laundry facility was quite large, but several machines were out of order. It also smelled terrible, and the washers needed to be wiped clean. Campground was well maintained. Nice mini golf course. Fun Halloween activities.

Friendly check in. Close to national park is the ONLY plus. Sites are too crowded. Exit lanes are too narrow. Laundry room stank. Front load washers were filthy. Pulled out two socks, a pencil, and fecal matter from behind the rubber seal. Halloween celebrations allowed loud music. Cable/internet non existent. Bathrooms only moderately clean. TOO EXPENSIVE for limited amenities!

The pull through spot was so tight I had to wait until other campers left to get out. Feel like the only way to have easy entrance and exit is to buy the upgraded patio spots.

We enjoyed the activities planned but were disappointed in a few areas especially while paying a much higher rate than we have in years past. The bathrooms were disgusting and had a very bad smell to them that kept wafting into our tents. There was no toilet paper or soap and one of the 3 stall doors didn’t have a lock. Cafe ovens were down so no food and coffee shop wasn’t open at 8 as advert

Prices have gone out of control. Charging per day for dogs per animal, and the resort fees , when I still have to pay for some activities is crazy to me. I can go to Gettysburg and there's more to do for less. We won't be back.

Enjoyed our stay in October. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great location and all the activities offered. Definitely will be back in the summer to enjoy the pool and visiting nearby attractions.

Lovely staff and lots of fun activities. Just too noisy for a family stay. The campsite next to us had umpteen cars and people staying and they were very loud through the night. Quiet hrs should be enforced.

Disappointed after this trip. Our cabin wasn't ready when we arrived. We went to rebook our cabin on Sat and was told that it was already booked by someone else for next year, no longer owned by KOA we were told. Lady at the coffee place awesome! Wine tasting lady was fantastic. Nobody is perfect. But not giving the person who has rented the spot first dibs is bad business and not right

Compared to other KOA's, this one could take some notes. Weekly activities are severely underwhelming, and it does not seem there is any maintenance for bugs (three summers we have witnessed this). However, the location is perfectly sandwiched between Harper's Ferry and easily accessible areas like Frederick and Shepherdstown.

A beautiful location close to great hikes and history. The team at this KOA are very friendly and the service level is high. Easy to navigate for big rigs. Facilities are consistently clean and well maintained. After the July 4th weekend, the team diligently cleaned every vacated space of debris and the usual camping detritus left by weekenders. In two days camp was back to normal. Put this campground on your must visit list.

Great location. Some spots are a little difficult and be careful of poison ivy. But staff is friendly, bathrooms are clean, and had good amount to do at the campground. (Also just wish the pool had an adults happy hour)
