This is our third time camping here and it never disappoints. The campground is very nice and well maintained, and area is beautiful and rich with history. There is great food close by as well. A special thanks to the maintenance staff for helping us with an issue we had with our camper. It was user error, but they jumped right in and immediately solved the problem. Thanks so much!

we enjoyed our stay, but I am disappointed with KOA in general since the beginning of their extorsion campaign. we have camped with KOA for 25years and we NEVER had to pay extra to be near the members of the Nomads camping group before. The past 2 years we have been charged various amounts of money extra per night or per reservation just to be near our club members.

Your spots are very tight and hard to get into for a large camper. Also the 10. resort fee is crazy, just put it in the price and don't call it a resort fee. If we don't participate in things it includes we should not have to pay it and I was told it includes pancake breakfast but yet that was 1. Also the rec building is very dirty and there are no handrails going down the steps unlevel elsewhe

We loved this campground! There were so many fun activities for the kids. My only complaint was that the pool was closing and they were letting dogs swim on a saturday evening . It was still 90 degrees and we could have continued to use the pool the following day too. That was the only issue that I had. Other that that it was probably my top three KOA to date. Will definitely be back!

WiFi was very slow & cable was extremely poor- hard to watch the channels. The picture was so fuzzy that I couldn’t see much. The sites are very small - had a hard time parking the truck in the site when the trucks were there on the lots next to me. .

The ice cream social was a disappointment compared with others I have attended. I believe some of the trees need trimming since after a storm a rotted branch fell on my motorhome luckily with no visible signs of damage. We noticed other trees with similar rotted branches. The staff were friendly and helpful. Other than the tree issue the park is well maintained.

Stayed 2 nights, lots of sites many wooded. Lots of activities, however the cafe and coffeeshop were not operating when we were there. Why a $2/night for having a pet.

This was our second time here- we love the amenities and activities available on site as well as the proximity to Harpers Ferry town and related activities! There is plenty of staff when help is needed. We were disappointed in two activities closing early (jumping pillow and a dog activity), when we had planned our day around the printed schedule given to us. Otherwise, we enjoy this campsite!

The campground is clean but a little worn out. We stayed in a deluxe cabin which was clean but worn out as well. Nice pool and camp store. We plan on visiting again.

All though the sites were a little tight the camp ground itself was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful and there was plenty to do during our stay.

We stayed in a deluxe cabin for two nights with our dogs. The cabin was spacious and exceptionally clean. It was extremely hot and the air conditioner could not keep up with it. The entry door did not fit the frame and let in a lot of hot air. These were the only issues we had, which were fixable. The grounds were clean, everyone was friendly. .

I think the amenities charge and the pet charge is ridiculous. Especially when most of the amenities were not available. And we made sure our pet was cleaned up after. The other pet was an i door cat. That never came outside.

We only stayed one night on a return trip from Michigan to North Carolina. But the campground was amazing, The pool was excellent and the amenities far exceeded our expectations. We are planning a return trip to enjoy all the amenities and to explore more of the surrounding historical area.

If you are visiting the area, this would be a good place to stay. However, it was a larger park and more crowded than we enjoy. The driveway to the cabin was steep and a little dicey. Camp store was well stocked and the pancake breakfast was enjoyable.

We have stayed at this resort before and wanted to have a second visit. The campers were friendly and quiet when they walked by, and the noise from the golf carts was at a minimum. The only thing missing was shade at the campsites. A few trees planted in the grass between sites would be helpful.

We were assigned a campsite that shouldn't have even been a site. We were tenting, and were assigned a tiny piece of gravel between the "Y" in the road, and right next to the bathrooms. We couldn't fit our van in the spot. Thankfully, they changed our site after we complained, but that is an issue that should be addressed. The other site was only ok, and had dog poop in it. We left early.

Staff was very friendly. Sites are extremely tight and I level. They advertised on the website that there were activities all weekend but no information was given out . I went into the cafe on our last day and saw a flyer with the activities so we missed out

Easy check in, fairly level parking spot, and nice amenities. We were very happy and pleasantly surprised at how nice the whole facility was. We do not typically camp, we rented an RV and met our friends there. Fabulously good time!!! Thank you!!

Rates are very high with charges for EVERYTHING! Services like wood delivery, free pancake day & free tablecloths have been discontinued. Power went out along with cable. Office would not answer phones & repair took hours We were told by repairman that customers slide out blocked box entryway. Camp ground sold this site knowing rv had slide outs. Why?!? Power outage also happened last year.

Come here every year. Front desk checking with Susan was great as always. New site for us -102- was a nice patio site. Very crowded for the holiday as expected. The roads do need to be fixed in the park itself. The pool was well taken care of

Site was so uneven we could not get our camper adequately leveled. Stage was very close to our camper-you should alert campers in this site if there is going to be music-very loud for those who may not appreciate the music. Utility hookups were quite a distance from where you hook them into your camper. Roads throughout the campground are very narrow if two campers came face to face.

Really enjoyed our stay. All the staff were friendly and helpful. All the extra activities were great. The only downside is that I think the tent campsites could have been better defined. It just seemed like a bit of a jumble.

Our stay was fantastic! The campground was very clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful and the the location to attractions was amazing. We can’t wait to come back. One minor criticism is the sewer odors around site 103. We kept getting waves of sewer odors which, when talking with our neighbors, determined it was from the nearby sewer collection manhole. Aside from that, great stay!!

Stay there Friday Saturday morning. Very nice clean and well organized campsite. It was very peaceful and relaxing, We will be back.

Learned that we shouldn't have camped there till the warmer weather when they open the whole campground. All campers were in one location, close to road and local homes. I didn't enjoy my view of the locals homes that were less than 100 ft from our site. I was hoping to be in the wooded area . But service was great. Employees were friendly. I would go back when they open the whole facility.
