We love staying here! It’s so close to town, so much to do and all of the staff are so nice and helpful! There’s a restaurant you can walk to from the campground which is nice. Can’t beat the KOA breakfast as well. The pool, dog park and onsite activities are great! We booked another trip for this summer before we left. We had a wonderful stay!!!

We so enjoy this KOA. The staff are friendly, professional, and responsive. The older pull-through sites are nicely shaded and spacious. The amenities provided are wonderful (we did not expect to meet a camel this past weekend!). We will be back.

We had a good stay. I paid the extra money to pick my site, so our site was great. It was o e of the best in the campground. My only complaint was the internet was terrible. I had very poor service all weekend. We stream our TV, so we barely had any TV all weekend.

Tremendous location and great amenities (especially for a holiday, it felt like a resort). Large store that was well stocked. Staff was extremely friendly, courteous, and helpful. Large numbers of tent campers and party crowd in cabins and blasting music in sites up until quiet hours detracted from the pool and site experience. Maybe this is just KOA but it seems like a dectractor.

Most rv sites are dangerously unlevel, having to using so much extra leveling blocks, wood and other items just to get one side on your $100,000 camper level is not worth price of admission. Also the section 198 and surrounding area has trees on corners, poles are turns, wires in the ground and large random rocks that are ready to take a piece to stay in WV. Please level your sites.

Great place. Loved my cabin at the perimeter of the resort. Gave a bit of privacy. Lots of things to do! Will stay here again.

The campground was was poorly maintained, landscape bed overgrown with weeds. We had a premium patio site for a 40’ fifth wheel and it was so slopped we were unable to level our camper. Roads are very narrow and not big rig friendly. Road signage was also very poor and you could tell what direction you should be going.

The campground is amazing. We want to come back. Our only complaint is the front office had no clue when things would be open. We asked if the coffee shop would be open and were told they would open Thursday at 8am. We waiting until 9am and they never opened. We were told the pancake breakfast started at 7am. We got up there about 7:20 and were told no, it starts at 8am.

This is our 2nd stay here. We like friendly and helpful staff; all the amenities campground has to offer. This time we picked site ourselves paying $30. It is a bit too much in our opinion as prices are already much higher than other places, even by airlines standards when choosing seats. CableTV wasn't the best picture quality. Overall, we had a good time. Planning to come back for sure.

Nice place. Site was pretty level although with rains we had a mud puddle right outside our door. 2 sides -older wooded and spacious and newer, closer side. I pool was clean, the other 1 had lots of leaves. People were nice.

We had a wonderful time despite the rain for the weekend. We had no issues just positive vibes. The campground activities were wonderful especially the wine tasting. We have been coming here for about 5 years and gotten to know the staff. They are great people!

Our reason for not returning is the big increase in fees. There was a dramatic increase from last year. plus there’s additional charges for children, pets etc. Check in times are getting later ( 3 pm instead of 1) There were 45 in our group and we will be going elsewhere. No incentives for groups or 1st responder / military discount. KOA member discount is minimal The staff is very friendly

We love coming there. You need to add gravel to the area we were at. Site 189. All those around that area. It would have made it easier with the rain we had. They were a mud pit.

One issue: We were in cabin K101. The bathroom sink was overrun with tiny black ants. We kept washing them away but more kept coming.

This campground is the best! We come here often. Everyone is always so friendly! Shout out to Malia (I probably spelled that wrong, sorry!) who goes above and beyond! This visit she was so kind and took time and attention to each kid at bracelet making. She clearly cares about her job and the campers, and it shows!

Everything was great except the weather. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and great with the kids. We loved all of the events they set up. The campground was clean and well maintained. The showers even had hot water during peak shower hours. I can't say enough good things about the staff that operate and maintain the facility. Keep up the good work!

The only thing we would prefer is a closer bathroom option- From K125 its a hike up an incline which is rough in the middle of the night. Otherwise everything was lovely and we will see you again soon.

This is a great place to enjoy a family vacation! There is so much to do, pee wee golf, arcades, live music, to name a few. The best KOA we’ve ever stayed. Friendly staff is key!

We loved the location and the campground had very nice amenities. The staff were all very nice as well. My only complaint was we asked to move to another site that was a little more secluded. I was told it was an upgrade so we didn't move. It wasn't like they were going to sell the spot for the night. It was a rainy weekend so people had left early and some were still packing up to leave.

We have camped here several times with other family members as both tent campers and trailer campers. Have always enjoyed the campground and activities.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Everything was a smooth as could be from checking in to checking out. Only area that needs extra attention but probably due to the weather was the dog park. Lots of poop not cleaned up. This is a health hazard to other dogs. Uncleared up poop leads to Giardia which is a parasite very dangerous and costly to treat. We were not able to utilize the dog park.

I have been coming here for 25 years & I don't think I will be returning again. They gave us the tinniest lot for our 32' camper. When I told staff they said we'll it was professionally measured. Then charged me $30 to ensure our next stay we don't get the same lot. Their employees were arguing over the visitor policy & charged $30 for my brother 2 stop by for dinner. Out dated poorly maintianed.

Site 175 was on a slope, too steep. Sewer hook up not reachable on this site after finding a place to park RV. Park was over crowded.

This is our second stay here. This time, spaces and turns seem pretty tight. Might be due to being in a different section. Nice facilities, especially for kids. Some areas were not open, apparently due to staffing.

We stayed in a cabin and it was perfect. The bed was very comfy and we were happily surprised by the AC. The bathrooms were very clean as well. If it hadn’t rained, we would have loved to hike the trail across from cabin. However, we wish the hours for the pizza place had been stated more clearly. I also wish the pancake breakfast dates were stated more clearly as we were looking forward to both

Great location close to historic Harper's Ferry and walking distance to the historic park. The campground has a lot to do but since we were just here one night, all we did was play a couple rounds of mini golf. There's also a pool, gem mining (!) and other games around the property.

The campground is massive. The RV sites are very level. It's really nice. We most definitely want to go back. They have so much to do.ctherr is no such thing as boardom here. My only complaint is we asked what days and times the pancake breakfast started and the coffee shop opened andneither of them started when they said. There just needs to be more communication with the front desk on when things actually open.
