I'm surprised that KOA allows this campground in it's family at all. There are no redeeming qualities here. Nothing to speak of-the playground is barely there, the pool and hot tub were not in operation and the bathrooms were filthy. We did not use the laundry room. We did not feel safe here but that is not on the campground-that is the town itself which has more casinos than people.

Nice little area. Liked the dog park area. Showers were ok. Dump station is by front as you exit. Views for sunrise and sunset are nice.

Campsites we’re ok but very disappointing laundry opened at ten am closed at 5 pm. Advertised WiFi which is non existent!

Difficult situation. Less than average park condition for a koa. Much upkeep and repairs needed. Hope owners are able to improve grounds and facilities.

The pool is closed because it has not been cleaned, we were not able to dump because the tank over flooded, and laundry closes at 5 even though there is a sign that states 8. The place needs serious work. Not worth the money paid, could have stayed overnight at a Walmart instead.

Gina, the owner, is wonderful. Campground facilities were excellent. Convenient to Little Bighorn National Monument and battlefield.

This was just an overnighter. Park needs some work. Owners are going through a medical hardship. I would stay there again.

2 night stopover, No intensions of being on the property other than a place to park and sleep at night. So it worked for that. However, Folks have reason to get upset when you charge full price for sites and the amenities listed on the website are not what they seem to be. Personal Issues aside, your charging full price. Hire someone. Laundry hours 10-6??, Pool was green. No WiFi at site.

I love the campsites your campers are back to back so you don’t have to look at anyone’s pooper and if you have friends with you you can buddy camp. It’s close to Big Horn battlefield Custers last stand and that was very enjoyable.

Stayed twice during our travels. Didn't find another KOA in that area. A truckstop might have been better. No amenities as advertised. Pool was green, hot tub was closed, no WiFi. No cable tv offered. Bathrooms and showers were freezing cold. Laundry room closed. Office closes early. Not much in the area either. Very disappointed. This little KOA could use some help.

We stayed at Hardin one night and used the facilities, shower, and enjoyed the weather (70s). The camp site was easy to access and the host guides you to each location. Unfortunately, the WiFi did not reach our site, so we used a hot spot on our cell. They are working on updating their equipment. We plan to visit again.

Nice campground and even better people! Conveniently located about half between Little Bighorn Battlefield and Pompeys Pillar which are both great places to visit. Also we nice having the town of Hardin so close to get supplies, etc as needed.

The place is simple and clean, hot water abundant washer/dryer and incredibly attentive staff. A sanctuary for travelers and anyone interested in the Custer Battlefield or in attending any of the open events on the Crow reservation. I had one mistake with a reservation for a cabin but they straightened it out immediately!

Nice place, friendly staff. Heavy rain made the road ways messy with some standing water. Staff aware that their trees need to be cut higher so branches don't damage RV roofs, but owner's recent severe injury making it difficult to get the trees trimmed.

It was a good one night stay-over on our travels between Montana and Minnesota. Our site was just fine and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Not sure we would stay here for a long period of time - probably not enough to do in the town or campground. But it worked perfectly for our needs. We love KOA's in general.

8:30 at night we're in our fifth wheel, lights on, and hear one of our storage compartments slammed shut. I look out the window and the owner is standing there. She says "hello" like its a normal thing for her to invade my private property and open my storage compartments. My husband went out to talk to her. Some water in the road so she wanted to make sure our hookup wasn't leaking! Never again!

Just off the interstate; accommodating we didn't have reservations and they had A rv space. They have a small gift shop/ store with essentials; Good customer service came thru early in the season so they were just getting things up and running. They have full hookups with 50 amps rv pads are level but they are gravel. It's just off the interstate a few miles down the road so it is free of interstate noise.

Love love love this place! Kristy and Jon are working very hard on updating and making this a fun stop along your way. Conveniently off the interstate without the interstate noise. Will absolutely stay here again. Excited about the updates.

Amazing and friendly staff. I had to change my reservation for less days and they were kind and willing. Fun playground. Large dog park. Peaceful place. Highly recommend this KOA!
