Really beautiful space, with tent sites nice and spread out. I had the most amazing view from my tent. People who work at the office/store are very helpful and personable. Highly recommend!

The tent area had a beautuful view of the water and the sunrise was out of a magazine. Facilities were clean and all was good.

The campground was great. There were a few campers that were loud during quiet hours. We tent camped and was right next to the water which was great. The only actual complaint I have is there were several fire ant beds where the parking area was for the tent campers.

Unfortunately, we were unable to stay because we were situated at a tent site that had a septic system behind the fence. It was an awful, persistent smell and by the time we figured it out the staff was gone for the day. On a positive note, the pool was a good option and the bay view was nice.

We are repeat customers for this location. The office staff is very accommodating and friendly. My family highly recommends this location.

I enjoyed my time there, staff was friendly, facilities were clean, I only left early due to me miscalculating the heat of tent camping in August! But would definitely recommend to those with campers or staying on the cabins!

Unfortunately I was not able to stay due to I was involved in an accident the day before and I ended up in the hospital the day of my stay.

kinda had a problem with small children openly peeing alongside the pool (not in, but standing near it) small children in the hot tub and someone had a small dog in the pool.

I never stayed here but was charged for my original reservation deposit as well as an additional night. Never made it there. Never checked in.

Got here planning to camp in a tent but due to weather, we wound up in a cabin 3 days in. The staff were so very helpful and understanding. The property is beautifully maintained.

The showers weren’t warm, the clubhouse was disgusting, had no working A/C, all the furniture was worn to bits and torn up, dirty dishes and sink all in clubhouse. The employees are aware of the condition and don’t care. An employee kept shining a light in my relatives face, after being asked to stop. The same said they didn’t care that the clubhouse wasn’t clean because it wasn’t their

The location is amazing. We ate meals by the bay. We kept our windows open and the sound of the waves splashing was incredibly relaxing. Having said that, the facilities are dated. Some of the bathrooms have significant deferred maintenance.

We spent one night as we traveled thru the area and found the facilities to be clean and well kept. Great view of the bay from J24.

Great location on Perdido Bay. Nice dock for fishing. We only used showers by the bay as we were in a tent site, showers were okay. Keeping the doors shut makes for a lot of excess moisture. Wondering if they added screen doors to the building entrance then the shower doors could be left open after use to dry out. Tent sites were amazing and right on the water.

Upon arrival we were informed that the site we requested and had confirmed was unavailable. Instead of a Patio Deluxe Site, we were on a main road, 30’ from the pool, basketball hoop, dumpster, and work shop; NO Privacy, NO quiet. We were told that the price was the same $1400. This was supposed to be a break from my cancer treatment. It SUCKED! We will not return! Staff was NOT accommodating!

Was just an overnight but was great. I thought we had requested a pull through which we were as far as our truck was concerned but no way for our trailer. But we had a nice quiet evening and the campground host/security was very friendly and informative about the region. We’re coming back through in another week or so.

Lilia CJ and David were nice and accommodating. Garbage was overflowing in the ladies room all weekend. Which means the bathroom and toilets were never cleaned my entire stay. There was no ice all weekend. I had to leave camp to go to a store twice to get ice and other items that the KOA store did not have.The tent pad was so small that three of us couldn’t fit and I had to rent another spot.

Every one of the staff members were extremely friendly and helpful. The camp area was beautiful and well maintained. We had a great time and were so relaxed. Want to stay there again.

Deb and Jim have really done an awesome job in making a nice campground into an awesome campground. Wish we could have stayed longer. Great facilities, amenities, and sites. Appreciate a very helpful and welcoming staff!

The games room was a mess we would have used the kitchen area but whom ever had used it that day for a birthday party left a mess. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay

Staff was very nice and accommodating. We camped in tents at site PT1 and had a perfect view of the bay and a nice little nook for our tents.

Lots of amenities. Clubhouse with fridge/freezer space was wonderful to have access. Lots of variety of housing options.

We got a nice shady spot relatively close to the restrooms/showers. The 9nly complaint I jave is that one of the locks on one of the bathrooms was broken on the door so people would walk in on other people by accident. There was another bathroom available, however it was deadbolted for our stay.

Grass and weeds knee high. Washer dryers out of order, laundry room a mess and flooded. Tent sites under water and flood. Don't believe when it says "grass pad". We never found the grass. Roads washed out. Last year's fall leaves still piled everywhere. Adding new sites but can't maintain the ones they already have.

Overall it was pretty cool. We didn’t spend a whole lot of time at the campground but what little we did we enjoyed. My only complaint is that quiet hours weren’t followed in the whispering woods. Other than that it was great.

We loved that this was 45 minutes to the beach, and it was on a beautiful bay. We pitched a tent and it was very affordable for the location. The sites are very close together but that's typical for maximum profit. We didn't like that the picnic table was so small and rickety. And no paper towels in the bathroom. We wish we would have checked out the pool and hot tub! We plan on returning!

An overnight at a great campground for sure. Immediately upon arriving we were greeted with a smile like we were long lost friends returning for the 100th time, not the 1st. The grounds with very clean and orderly. A great night for a fire and cigar under the stars.

10/14. Noise. They advertise quiet hours but don't enforce it. After 10 [continued through 1145], music blaring, no answer at office number. 10/15 [Found out from neighbor that this isn't the first incident with these campers. Email reminder was sent early the day of our arrival] [Mgmt very responsive this a.m. Took info, walked the area to confirm the unit making noise. We'll see how things go tonight.] 10/16 update.
