B5 Campsite extremely poor conditions for a tent set up especially at a premium cost. The landscape appeared to be heavily used as a driveway had packed down sand with ruts and uneven very hard surface. Under the impression that was last site available until the next day was offered a chance to relocate to another site which would have been inconvenient to do so.

We had a great time visiting with family & watching the Blue Angel show across the bay. Thank you for placing us so close together, it helped when running back & forth for items. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful. The pups loved the K-9 park & we felt very safe at night with the lights.

Everything was absolutely wonderful.Except we didn't get to stay because the camping spot that we got.We didn't find out until evening was covered in fire.Ants. They filled our tent so we were unable to stay Which was sad because we were enjoying everything. I'm sure if we had found out earlier.We could have moved to a different site But we didn't find out until after the office was closed

Tent site was small for my 8 person tent.. the slope road was kinda hard for me. But I am getting old lol. Over all had great time with my grand kids. They loved it. Thank you.

Fairly clean. Friendly staff. Tent camping needs to be more accommodating. Pool temp was perfect. hot tub wasn’t very warm nor very clean. No sign of where to turn on jets for tub. So it was sitting in a chilly bathtub.

I have always had good experiences at Gulf Shores/ Pensacola West KOA and will continue to stay here each time I am in the area. The entire campground is clean and all of the employees are kind and helpful. Jennifer was able to help me multiple times during our stay for "stay" related issues I was having as well as recommendations for non "stay" related activities.

Great facilities. Very nice pool. Local discount was a surprise and will definitely be taking advantage of it in the future. The only problem I have with the grounds is their beach needs to be redone and cleaned. Unable to lay out and enjoy by the water.

It’s quiet with beautiful view of bay and sunrise. I will not stay anywhere else. Very friendly and the store has a little bit of everything you need. I would tell anybody traveling that way stay at the Koa you will love it there.

Everything was where it was needed. Of course, off of the bay, it was great view. Overall, it was a pleasant place to stay.

The campsite was clean and neat. Bathrooms well-stocked and clean. The faucets automatic flow was a little glitchy and didn't always turn on in the bathrooms. There were wasps in the playground and the gaga ball court, and the gaga ball and basketball were flat. The employees were very nice and helpful. Very pleasant stay.

We did the tent camping here and although the amenities were nice, you are packed in like sardines on top of each other. I had one neighbor set their tent up at 10pm and another at 3AM. The RV next to us were up until 1AM partying. If quiet hours were actually enforced and you had some space it would be a nice stay but would not recommend tent camping.

Wish even in primitive area there was a communal electric Plug-in to charge phones and water hose to wash dishes.

stayed in bay view whispering woods site. was told there would be 3 other families coming as we were 1st to arrive. that would have been fine. 2 other familes and a boy scout troop of about 20 people is not fine. not sure if they set up in wrong spot but they didn't show up until 10:30 and were loud as possible until midnight friday night and then got up at 5am very loud.

Wonderful and polite workers at the desk. The grounds keepers were out working and would acknowledge you with a smile and a nod. The facilities were clean and our spot was as presented online. Will definitely be back

This was just the place I was looking for to get some rest, and enjoy my surroundings. I loved the pool, hot tub, the views, the ease of getting around, and the fact of having clean showers, and the park itself was immaculate. The staff was amazing.

We had a wonderful time! The campground was super clean. Quiet times were enforced. Staff was so friendly. It was a really nice few days of camping. The view from our campsite was spectacular in the morning. Thank you!

Very nice campground!! My son and I really enjoyed our stay, even though we traveled throughout the days we were there. It's a perfect location and you can't go wrong with any site you pick. Friendly staff!!�ϋ��ϋ��ϋ�

The staff was overwhelmingly friendly, helpful and informative. We stayed in tent area and loved, loved the space. Saw pelicans dive for fish the dolphins signaled. What a delight. Thank you so much. Hope to return someday !

Everyone was very nice. The bathrooms were fantastic. Would not visit again as these were definitely the smallest sites I’ve ever seen. I mean, we could hear our neighbors breath. Also, I’ve never camped at a primitive site without a built-in grill or fire ring.

Good place to stay has a nice view nice bath houses and clean rest rooms and if your going to stay in a tent I would recommend the bay view tent spots cause your less then 200 feet from the water. And the people was friendly

Great campground to visit! Super nice employees and great facilities. This is a great place to fish and is just a hop, skip and a jump from Florida. They have a nice pool but not heated and the hot tub is not so hot but still nice. It has a cute little club house and a place for your dog to hang out and play.

My only complaint is the faucets in the bathroom have no hot water and the stream lasts only a few seconds. Not easy to get your hands really clean! We loved the view from the primitive site. Amazing view of sunrise and the bay. People were helpful.

This is a great place to stay. 'We loved our stay here. The staff was great and the campground was beautiful. The restrooms and showers were clean and well kept. It is a great location. Defiantly will stay here again.

Stayed there in a travel trailer for attending the Pensacola Navy Base Air Show. This KOA located in the Lillian AL woods country. The KOA situated off the Perdido Bay and a short drive to the Gulf Shores scenic beach drive along the Gulf of Mexico. When drive from this Alabama KOA across the Perdido Bay bridge you enter Florida and closer to the Gulf of Mexico beautiful beaches. There are cabins to rent as well as tent and RV campsites full hook ups. Many sites appeared to be unleveled without concrete pads. Many shade trees and overall it's a quaint park. The bathhouse was very clean and accommodating with hot showers.
