We live in Montana and soon we will deal with temps close too -40. When we have a chance to get away to someone warm we run for the summer. This KOA was so peaceful and quiet. Being right off the bay was a perfect start to the day and a perfect way to end day. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back to stay.

One of the nicest KOA’s I have been to. The only thing I would change is the toilets seats in the bath house by the bay. They are very uncomfortable. I am still sore as of a couple days later. Very pretty property and great customer service!

Came to see my daughter and family, they live 3 minutes away. I stayed in a full cabin but I have a 32 foot RV I may bring in the future with my dog but I wanted to check it out first. I could not have been more pleased and I loved the cabin, much easier than pulling the trailer!

We had a wonderful stay, cabin we stayed in was very clean, all the comforts of home. The young ladies in the office/store were very helpful and friendly. We had a couple of concerns they immediately took care of them. The only suggestion would be to get better cushions for the futon, very uncomfortable to sit on or something different in there. We would absolutely stay there again.

The staff here is wonderful. Kept us well informed of bad weather conditions due to a hurricane coming in near LA. I’ve stayed here many times and can’t say enough good things about this place. A serious hidden gem. Special shoutout to AJ and CJ. They know what they did to help us.

The first evening we arrived I was In the bathroom and there was a 3" cockroach crawling up the wall. Perhaps an exterminator could take care of the roach problem. Other than the roach problem we enjoyed our stay.

Everything was great. Place was super clean, quiet and relaxing. My only suggestion would be a rug in the cabins. I had to constantly sweep the floor from tracking in dirt. We will definitely be back to stay again soon!!

It would be nice to have a small ceiling fan in KKJ. The small AC unit is not sufficient in the heat of summer. It doesn’t keep whole cabin cool. Also we missed having the swing on the front porch. We did enjoy the swing near the bay! We saw many dolphins and jumping fish :)

My only draw back for this Koa was the roach bugs in the cabin. I understand it is close to the water, but the dead ones weren't even swept up before we arrived. We will be back, awesome place.. Just being honest.

The staff was very nice and the pool was amazing. Perfect temp during the day and at night. We rented a cottage and the view was beautiful and the AC worked great. The bed was uncomfortable and loud and I did run into some items that weren’t in the kitchen but told the staff. Also our coffee pot was a little tricky so we just got coffee at the office every morning. Over all we had a great time

I have stayed in KOA cabins all over the USA. I love KOA. The cabin we rented at Golf Shores/ Pensacola West had an extremely bad odor that permeated in our clothes. �so we left early

Campground was fairly nice, pool needs updated, staff was not friendly. Staff members family/friends were smoking in the pool area, in the cabanas you can rent. No smoking signs posted all around the pool area. The cabins were nice. Don’t think we will be back to stay.

The store isn't open long enough. No bikes for kids. No activity for kids. It could be an amazing place with a little more cleaning. Our porch has black stuff all over. Poor repairs in the cabin.

Bathrooms close to the water needs an update bad, also the bathrooms at the office. Our cabin driveway was hard to get into because it was on a hill. Cabin was nice but the floor was dirty. The queen bed was hard as a rock.

We love KOA Facilities, this particular location is beautiful but this time, we encountered a problem with the mattress and cleanliness of this particular deluxe cabin that affected us in order to sleep comfortably at night. I called the day after, and reported the problem so it could be fix for next guests. Other than that , we were happy with our stay. Hope to come back soon.

Stay was nice and enjoyed the constega wagon. I would however recommend putting in a small refrigerator in the wagons. There was plenty of space to add one. The hot tub was just like warm water I was honestly very disappointed about it because I looked forward to this when coming back from a long day at the beach. Also need alot more light on the pier for fishing. It was nice just needs updates

We love this place, The only kabin we will stay in is the Sand Dollar. It is so peaceful every morning to drink coffee on that porch and watch the Dolphins out in the bay. The staff is top notch and the place is super clean. We have been here many times and plan on more !

Liked being waterfront in air conditioned cabin with a front porch swing and view of sunrises. Lovely stay! Thank you for smoke-free and vaping-free air for consideration of guests with allergies, and elderly or child family members on site. Also liked having no drive through traffic and headlights at all hours of the night as happens at other camps/lodging. Keep up the southern hospitality!

The grounds were nice the cabin was not very clean. The toilet was nasty also the toaster did not work. There was not enough eating utensils for four people. But everyone was very nice.

We stayed in a conastoga wagon.it was great and awesome experience. It rained, alittle noisy, but awesome! We kept ourselves busy even with the rain. Would recommend to any one.

First off when I made my reservation I picked a specific cabin, when we got there we didn’t get it because we didn’t pay the $20 pick a site fee. I even called two months before to confirm the reservation; no one told me our cabin was changed. We stayed in kk1 couples cabin which was nice and clean. Stayed there in a travel trailer for attending the Pensacola Navy Base Air Show. This KOA located in the Lillian AL woods country. The KOA situated off the Perdido Bay and a short drive to the Gulf Shores scenic beach drive along the Gulf of Mexico. When drive from this Alabama KOA across the Perdido Bay bridge you enter Florida and closer to the Gulf of Mexico beautiful beaches. There are cabins to rent as well as tent and RV campsites full hook ups. Many sites appeared to be unleveled without concrete pads. Many shade trees and overall it's a quaint park. The bathhouse was very clean and accommodating with hot showers.
