Beautiful setting. Cabin has a perfect layout with a separate bedroom, full bath and kitchen. Camp office hours are limited, closing at 5 pm. Cabin locked upon arrival-- no key left for us. Unable to get anyone on emergency number. Thankfully housekeeper was able to help us. Poor wifi so unable to get TV to work. However, would stay here again.

We always enjoy our stay, however, our one complaint would be the small widow unit is not sufficient for keeping the cabin cool. It still gets unbearably hot during the day to the point of us leaving just to take advantage of the AC in the car. Other than than, we had a wonderful time and caught a few fish.

We upgraded to a cabin with a bathroom and shower. It had great air conditioning, a full kitchen, a couch that could be made into a bed, and a lovely queen size bed that was very comfortable. The bed was already made we both linens and pillows, plus a nice comforter. The restroom had wash clothes and two towels. This cabin by far was our favorite one.

Cabin was ok fairly clean but need handrails in bathroom for elderly. Need taller toilets. TV wouldn't stay on internet and wifi didn't work most of time but enjoyed area. Had golf carts we used to get around. Nice pool and game room for kids

Cabin can use a bit of fixing up outside, but inside was good. Bathrooms need a overhaul. But overall the location was great.

Great base for trips to Pensacola area and trip Mobile. Cabin was comfortable and had all we needed for a week’s stay. We came at early part of the season, only complaint was out of order laundry facilities. ( new machines were coming, just not while were there.)

Internet and TV connection , was non working 90% of our time there � Coffee maker non working but was replaced when we notified the staff . Staff was very friendly! Cabins are very old but are working well and the window units for a/c worked very well and kept us cool �

Primitive cabin mold, health risk, termites, dirty, old AC blowing warm air, office closed or note on door be back soon, nobody answers phone, nasty dirty cabin, holes all over cabin, ABSOLUTELY DOES NOT MEET KOA STANDARDS!!! Bathroom and shower disgusting. No hot showers, left and lost out of hundreds of dollars. No one to speak to because office closed during office hours. Pursuing litigation!

We stayed in a deluxe cottage. It was so cute & clean! Its so beautiful and peaceful there. Only one glitch, we paid a lot for firewood from the camp store that would not burn at all. We used like 10 firestarters trying to keep it lit. We ended up buying wood from a grocery store the next day for way less that burned well

This has been my favorite KOA I’ve stayed at so far and I’ve stayed at 5-6 different KOAs coming from Colorado to Florida. I highly recommend! I got a cabin right off the water and it was breath taking!

Nice clean KOA! Pretty bay views! Friendly staff, there was an error with our online booking but staff made it right and even gave us an upgrade! My only complaint is the shower house hot water only worked for one shower, if 2 people were showering one person's would go cold! So, time your shower for an off time when no one else using it. I'd still stay here again, everything else was great!

Good location on the water, cabin was better than a tent because the roof didn’t leak, but those are the only positives. Everything else is run down and needs a lot of maintenance and repairs. The bath house was terrible, and I hope I don’t get sick from stepping in the raw sewage. Might only recommend if someone had a camper.. worst campground I’ve been to.

We had a wonderful Mother's Day weekend! We rented 2 cabins, a wagon, and two rv sites and had everyone there together! The staff here takes such pride in their work, and it doesn't go unnoticed. Everyone is friendly and helpful. We will 100% be back!!

Everything was great and only had one problem during our stay. The floor in our cabin was super sticky and had a weird oily residue. I touched it with my bare feet and had to wash my feet immediately. I made sure to wear my shoes the entire time after this.

The covered wagon was much smaller than it seemed but we were excited because we could hear the water at the shore line and figured that would be relaxing. The problem is that there was construction going on less than 50 yards away which cranked up at 5:30 am the first morning of our stay and then again at 7am the rest of our stay. I did not sleep well my entire stay. I will never come back.

The grounds are beautiful but the cabin we stayed in was not. The floor was mopped with something soapy and sticky that turned my socks black. I bought a mop and I had to mop the floor multiple times to get the soapy sticky stuff up. One window did not lock or close well and the furniture is in pretty rough shape.

When we got there the office was closed at 4:30 pm they are supposed to be open till 5:00. We got our paperwork from the night box but no key. We went to our cabin and the key was inside. The countertop in the kitchen, stovetop, and the floors were dirty. The floors were so dirty you had to wear shoes otherwise your feet would be black. TV didn’t work. People across from the cabin were fighting.

The cabin was expensive at 250/night, even though it was weekdays. No one bothered to clean while I was there, no paper towels, beds were uncomfortable and loud. It advertised it could sleep 6 but there's no way 2 could sleep on a futon. I spent my entire savings on this lodge in hopes it would be nice at that price, but it wasn't any better than a camper. Hotels are much cheaper.

The staff is friendly and accommodating. I have rented clean cabins four years in a row and find the location on Perdido Bay to be one of the reasons I will continue to enjoy the KOA West Pensacola Campground in the future.

We stayed in a cabin that was significantly overpriced given the condition. The fire alarm were removed, the fans were broken, the heater was broken and insanely loud, the hot tub was out of commission.

These comments are for the cabins only as the campground was good and the owners were great! The outside of the cabin looked run down and in need of paint; the TV sat on a rickety table with steel chairs; couch looked dilapidated and uncomfortable; curtains were shredded; floor had a dip in it; bathroom was very tiny. We were offered another cabin which was better but the couch had burrs on it.

We loved the bay view, the location of the kamping kabins, the bathrooms were clean, and the pool area is nice. We were disappointed the cabin had carpenter bees. We couldn't sit outside and enjoy the day without bees buzzing around us. They did refund us for a night due to the inconvenience. Also, the queen bed matress and box spring cover need replaced. We would still stay in a cabin again.

The house was too tiny and had NO PLACE to store our clothes nor our foodstuffs. There was no where comfortable to sit as footon was ancient and extremely low to the ground. No place to eat food except on our laps as TV is on the table. WiFi is nonexistent and even the hotspot we put on the phone barely worked. Young boys at the pool screaming and yelling at the top of their lungs was unpleasant

We stayed in the basic cabin with our front porch facing the bay. We had beautiful and peaceful sunrises. We had great pizza at Gulf Coast Pizza. It's highly recommended.

My family and I had a wonderful time. We stayed in one of the covered wagons, and the kids enjoyed it. The pool area was nice, with plenty of seating available. The fishing pier was nice especially when the breeze was coming in off the bay.

We spent 4 nights at this KOA. It was landscaped nicely and clean. The staff was very friendly. We don't understand why people post negative comments but we enjoyed our stay and will go back.

Great location!! We took our family here and enjoyed it! One of my favorite KOAs so far. We hit Destin, Gulf Shore, and Perdido Key beach, and the location of it it's kind of right in the middle to hit all of these places. People are super nice and clean facility. Will definitely be coming back here again!
