We loved the little camping cabin that we stayed in! I t was right on the beach! Super clean and adorable with a wind chime, porch swing, ac, heat, fan. refrigerator and very comfortable beds! We will stay there again for sure!

It was the day after a hurricane came through, so the basic cabin I wanted was not available and the campground was still cleaning up.

Quiet little campground with beautiful bay view. The pool area was our favorite, with the swings all over the park being our second favorite. The game room stayed locked and closed at 5pm with the office, there weren't as many activities as other KOAs we've visited, both of which were disappointing. Our cabin was in need of some repair as well. Overall, staff were friendly and we had a great trip.

We enjoyed our stay for 2 nights in Cabin 1 very much! We especially appreciated being so close to the dog park, since we had our sweet little dog with us! The cabin was comfortable and cozy, and provided just what we needed. Thank you so much!

It was a lovely experience. The cabin was comfortable, and the view was amazing. I enjoyed seeing the ocean and hearing the waves just outside our door. We will definitely be back.

Bed Bugs in KKE. We stayed in it in June and September, bed bugs both times. No offer of compensation from KOA management. And the cabin was available to rent on their website as soon as we left. It's highly disappointing as this was our favorite place to vacation with our family. Guess we'll be looking for somewhere else until this place gets new owners

Great place. Great location. Can’t wait for the improved WiFi but it worked well enough on our Kottage porch. Loved the pool!! Laundry was so easy once I followed the instructions for payment. Can leave my quarters at home next time. We have stayed here in the past anc will return again in the future.

All was fine except the coffee pot had dried coffee in the bottom. I guess no one cleaned it from previous stay.

The park was clean, cabin was clean and cozy. Only issue we had was the tv was missing on day one and one was installed on day 2, and as with all rv parks WiFi just didn’t exist so I don’t know why they install roku tv’s??? No antenna to pick up local stations.

We stayed in one of the Kottages and it was very clean a set up nice. Had essential cookware and utensils was a plus. All the grounds were well kept and the pool was cleaned every morning. Will definitely go back hopefully soon.

They check in was easy and friendly. The worker at the front desk was super sweet and very knowledgeable of the facility. Our cabin was fine and the location was great. The pool was ok. Overall it was perfect for what we needed.

Lots of ants in the Kabin. No kids activities like tie die, coloring, or anything. Not the friendliest staff but the location and look made uo for it.

I will definitely use Gulf Shores again if we have a need. We dropped off my son at Pensacola Christian College and the location and facilities, worked out perfect. Only improvement would be to put up more exit signs. Thank you.

We opted for a covered wagon this trip and completely enjoyed our little getaway. The campground was friendly, quiet and accommodating. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. Pizza available for purchase on the property is a nice perk too.

The Staff were extremely helpful and friendly here. but The fully furnished mini house/ cabin we stayed in was very dingy and musty smelling, we looked at multiple cabins and they all had the same issues. We wanted to stay for two nights but only stayed for one because of the condition.

Office is only open until 5. There was a lot of drinking, loud people, and loud music at the pool our first night there causing our dog a lot of stress. Lots of no-see-ums morning and evening. Beautiful view of Perdido Bay.

KOA staff was wonderful. We have stayed a few times and have no complaints. We found there are boat slips now, so next time we come we will be know to reserve one.

The cabin was ridiculously hot. Yes, it’s middle of summer and completely understand not running an ac while no one is occupying however the unit never pushed out cold ac. The filter was cleaner but the vents and the interior was caked with dust. We moved to a more expensive cabin the next day. Spoke to front desk was told they’d put a fan in after our stay. Didn’t accommodate or reimburse.

We had a wonderful stay overall. The staff were friendly and helpful. The first night we arrived we saw dolphins out in the Bay, which made for a magical start to our stay. We appreciated how dog friendly the property was. The pool was clean and refreshing. The bathrooms on the upper level were clean. The only downside were the lower level bathrooms at the waterfront which were often out of order.

Loved the covered wagon. Very hospitable staff. Weather was great. Would’ve liked some more activity options like putt putt, but overall great stay and we hope to be back!

So many issues with this cabin don’t even know where to begin. In a nut shell the place is a dump. So much neglected minor maintenance issues. Peeling paint, blinds missing on windows the smell is terrible. For $212 per night it was robbery. The mattress was horribly wore out my wife and I kept rolling to the middle it was so broke down. I will say I’ve never really had a good experience at KO

I was very disappointed with this KOA. It was very unkept. I booked 3 nights but only stayed 1. I stayed in one of the cabins. The microwave didn't work. I was able to get the tv to connect during the day but could not at night or the next morning. I used the laundry room. It had garbage and towels on the floor. Behind the store/office, there was a lot of garbage on the ground.

Conestoga with A/C, bathroom, and drip 12c. coffee maker AND Perdido Bay views was a real fun alternative to I-10 hotel, for similar price and a great rest. Plenty of overflow parking for Uhaul and toy hauler or boat trailers. Quiet, clean campground. Loved waking up to birdsong.

Great location. One of the most peaceful spots to catch a sunrise. Bath houses need some update/attention, but the laundry, pool, and hook ups were fine.

An overnight at a great campground for sure. Immediately upon arriving we were greeted with a smile like we were long lost friends returning for the 100th time, not the 1st. The grounds with very clean and orderly. A great night for a fire and cigar under the stars.

10/14. Noise. They advertise quiet hours but don't enforce it. After 10 [continued through 1145], music blaring, no answer at office number. 10/15 [Found out from neighbor that this isn't the first incident with these campers. Email reminder was sent early the day of our arrival] [Mgmt very responsive this a.m. Took info, walked the area to confirm the unit making noise. We'll see how things go tonight.] 10/16 update.
